Dr. Douden took the time to listen and understand my situation. I'm happy to say that after over 3years of debilitating back pain I am now (mostly) pain free! Dr. Douden and his staff were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Doeden, a pain management specialist,checked MRI'S of my cervical vertebrae and suggested an epidural injection before cervical neck surgery! My nurse,Halie, helped squeeze me into a booked schedule for the epidural injection! She was always very positive, upbeat and compassionate!The epidural steroid injection was performed by Dr. Doeden in a professional manner focusing to not only his medical expertise but also patient care! The receptionists at the Interventional Pain Institute were friendly, cordial and assisted patients in a timely manner!

I saw Dr. Tyler Ptacek, MD, for lower back pain. He's been one of the best medical professionals I've ever worked with. Professional, polite, knowledgeable; he explained both what was going on and why, gave me details about treatment plans and options, and took his time answering all my questions. 10/10, I absolutely recommend.

A year and a half ago, my concerns centered on my chronic lower back pain and if I could ever golf or walk my dog again. My chiropractor advised me to se Dr Doeden. We started with shots in my lower back, and burned off some nerve endings slightly above this. I am very happy to say I can golf and walk miles without chronic pain that affected every part of my life. I am a new person. Thank you.

I have been absolutely impressed with Dr. Doeden's professionalism, bedside manner and of course clinical knowledge/skills. I injured my back and was referred to Rapid City Medical Center by my primary care provider. I was hesitant at first, but I'm so glad I went in. I can't say enough about how amazing everyone was, but Dr. Doeden really went above and beyond. Thank you for everything!

I was very pleased with the injection I got in my back! Went from being in pain, struggling to sit up in bed to absolutely ZERO pain!! Couldn't be happier with my results! Dr. Doeden is extremely friendly, as is his staff! They make you very comfortable from the beginning and listen to your concerns and worries! So very happy I was referred here!

Dr Doeden cares!! I have been in pain for 15 years fighting every Dr just trying to have someone help me! Black hills orthopedic and spine center sent me to him, I am much better and now I can live with what pain I do have left it has been reduced by at least 60% thank you to a awesome staff and a Dr who LISTENS to his patients

I highly recommend Dr. Doeden! He was so amazing with me, I was in so much pain and referred to him by a Dr at Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine for SI joint pain, but after talking to Doeden he said it sounded more like nerve pain. He was so eager to help me with my pain!
