I arrived a little after 3pm on a Sunday and doc advised that they had closed at 3pm and all of her staff had already left. Doc still saw me anyway and took care of me. Greatly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness the doc provided. I rushed to speed up the process but doc reassured me to relax and take my time. Process was quick and seamless. Doc was caring and thoroughly explained and questions that I had. Thank you very much for the hospitality and care!

I had a great experience at this clinic! I went in for a terrible migraine and doctor was welcoming, very attentive, and asked a lot of questions which made me feel actually cared for. She also answered all of my questions and explained everything so I could understand what was going on.

Great place, great doctor. I’ve went here for weight loss (down 30 lbs) she managed my symptoms wonderfully leaving me experiencing very little side effects. I can’t express how happy I am with the results. I also went to the urgent care side where I was quickly and correctly diagnosed. Then given meds that had me back up on my feet in just a few days. I always find myself hanging around a bit after my appointments to chat, the ladies here are endlessly kind and fun to talk to. I also appreciate they are open after work hours and weekends. The cost is a bit better than area average. I recommend giving them a try, you won’t regret it.

I was able to make an appointment online and get into this place right away. There was no wait when I arrived and I was able to see the doctor immediately. She quickly got me in for x-rays somewhere else and got me to a surgeon within the same day. It was all incredibly efficient

I made a same day appointment, showed up and there was no waiting time. Barbara took an interest in my concerns and my health. She actually took the time to listen and then she explained the next steps to take AND why!!! My experience under the circumstances of not feeling well, was so wonderful that I asked if she could be my permanent health care professional!!! I came in on a Sunday with a stomach bug and was worried it would be packed but I was the only one there. I had made an appointment about 15 mins before driving over. When I arrived I was super nervous and weak, but Linda was so kind and had me feeling as good as new by the time I left. I’m so grateful for the amazing experience I had at this urgent care.

I saw Barbara, a PA, for an upper respiratory infection. She saw me right away, listened to all that I had to say, great rapport, very thorough. She sent me for a chest x-ray to be sure there was no lung involvement, then called me later that day to give me the report and advice on treatment. I will definitely go there again when the need arises.

I made a same day appointment for the urgent care and was greeted right away when I walked in. The place was very clean and has great decor/style. It felt welcoming and not like a typical urgent care which feels kind of cold and bland. I spoke with Dr. Linda about my issue and she was very helpful and receptive to what I had to say. We didn't know what exactly caused my allergic reaction but she gave me some prednisone while in the office and also sent in a prescription for me to pick up as well. I really liked that she was willing to hear and address my concerns. A lot of doctors don't listen to their patients but her making me feel heard made all of the difference! I will definitely come back to this urgent care and see her again if I need to.

Booking an appointment was very easy and I was able to get a slot as early as the next day. I saw a Nurse Practitioner and she was very professional. As per my experience with Memorial Health Urgent Care & Infusions I would like to rate it as 5/5 star & would definitely recommend it to anyone who may be needing urgent care services. The staff is well trained & very cooperative. Their facility is nicely located & setting wise it is nice & contemporary. Last year we took our daughter to this clinic because she was sick & they tested her for flu & strep throat infection. The results were quick & she tested positive for flu. The doctor prescribed the medication & gave us the note for school. Just a few days ago I received letter from the school regarding my daughter’s absences & we found out that the attendance clerk never received the doctor’s note. I went back to the urgent clinic a couple of days back & asked them if they could provide me the note from last year’s visit again & they were quick.cordial & extremely cooperative in providing us a hard copy of the note & emailing us the soft copy. I truly appreciate their cooperation & quick responses & I am very happy & satisfied with my experience with them. I’m glad they are just 5 minutes away from my subdivision in Katy.

This place is great! Unfortunately because we have 3 boys we have been here a few times. For COVID tests, a kid with the flu, fever and today we had to go and get stitches for the youngest. Barbara and Marie were a fantastic team. They got us in right away. Helped keep our little guy calm and we were out 30 minutes later with 4 stitches. We will continue to go there whenever it is needed, as we know we will be taken care of. We also would recommend this place to anyone!

I was feeling sick and heard about IV therapies helping other people in the past. I am glad I picked this location. Booking the appointment online was very easy. I loved that they accept FSA or HSA. The nurse practitioner that helped me was so nice and helpful. Walked me through everything before and during the treatment. The clinic is very clean and the chairs are very comfortable.

Went in with congestion and fever. Very helpful Nurse Practitioner tested me for covid and flu. Determined I had an upper respiratory. She was very conscientious and dedicated to me getting my meds and gave me her number so I could call her the next day to let her know if the treatment was worked! Highly recommend!

Very clean, prompt service, welcoming. I'm glad I drove 10 minutes from my house and passed 3 other Urgent Care facilities. When i got there, Barbara was sanitizing and disinfecting the door and reception area. That was a plus. I got seen right away with no wait. I’ve been here a few times now - to get a PCR Covid test and to be treated for an inset bite ????? and every time I was there, I had a positive experience. The wait times are always very short, the clinic always seems to be clean, and the PR has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Although they take walk-ins, I recommend making an appointment so you can fill out some registration forms prior to going in to shorten the upfront process time there!

After feeling sick for about a week, I became tired of the constant feeling of fatigue and drowsiness. I went to two other urgent cares before coming to this one today, and I definitely experienced a difference in patient care. At this urgent care I felt heard by the nurse, and given options to get me better. This facility does do IV infusions which truly helped me become better. I will definitely come back to this place if I’m in need of care.

I had an injured knee and didn’t want go to ER and as I’m impatient I didn’t want a long wait. Got seen right on time and have treatment that relieved pain and to start the healing. Assuming this great service continues I will return for future medical assistance. Thank you for being so helpful and professional.

Of course I needed to be treated when my PCP was closed. Memorial Health Urgent Care was my insurance plan so I scheduled an appointment online. They called me to see what my symptoms were and confirmed they would be able to help. The facility is very clean. The staff was superb and I will go again if I need treatment outside of my PCP hours.

I’m from Georgia and they took such good care of me and was very caring and patience, they explained everything that they were doing kindly answered all questions and concerns. Exceptional!!!! Today was my third visit in the past six month. Each and every time I have been beyond happy with the service I received. Visiting Memorial Health Urgent Care And Infusions was like going to my regular family clinic. The nurses took an interest in my concern from when I scheduled my appointment to when I went into the clinic. Nurse Linda took her time with me in the clinic to ensure she covered everything to make the correct diagnosis. The staff is amiable and professional, and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Great people, great service. We hadn’t been 100% for a few days because of all our allergies, received an IV that helped supplement our hydration and vitamins. Coming back for sure.

My experiences with urgentcare here was so great. My son had fever it looked like doesn't drop. I don't want to go to urgentcare but i had to. Because always waiting long and fill out so manu information while confortimg my son. I was always so stressed out before seeing the doctor. But here was so soso good . I just come in and see the doctor right away while filling out the simple form and she treated with clear and kind detail information . I was so happy and my son didnt' even have time to cry. I really appreciate her kind quick response to sick patients.

Fast and efficient! We have had to get tested here multiple times and the staff here have been very fast and professional. Even my young kids have gotten tested here and although the process is not fun for them, the staff were very patient and kind.

Very nice facility! Clean, accommodating, kind and friendly staff, and they are equiped with all the supplies, vaccines, etc that you need! The provider was very nice and patient and explained all possible treatment options in language that I understood. Definitely coming back for all my urgent care needs!

I dread walking into urgent care as there are always long lines, the clinic seemed pretty busy but it barely felt like a wait. I was in and out with my Covid 19 test. They managed to move large group out quick fast, while maintaining a smile. The staff seemed so attentive to not only my needs but to my kids as well. They were so good with me asking a million questions and my 8 year old who didn’t want the swabbing. I would definitely recommend them as they are so good with children and pressure from a crowd.

I brought my mother to this center while she was very sick and weak during the height of the new COVID Omicron wave. We needed to know as soon as possible if she had the virus, since my mother is a nurse who wouldn't want to infect her patients. I'm grateful I brought her to Memorial Health Urgent Care, because the workers were kind and caring to my mother, despite having others to attend to. In fact, they contacted us with the test results less than an hour after I brought her there, which gave my mother more than enough time to notify her job that she was positive for COVID so that she could quarantine to protect her patients.

I had a great experience! I went for my Covid test and the nurse practitioner(I’m sorry I do not remember her name ) listened to my lungs and gave me some recommendations to treat my cold. She was extremely professional and polite! I will make this urgent care my place to go. If you are going for anything else than a Covid test you need to ask if they are taking your insurance. As of 12/21/21 they were out of Network for all insurances.

Had a great experience at this place. All staff working here are very polite and very professional in receiving, guiding, explaining, carrying out the tests and following up to inform the results and on how to receive the reports. This experience was in stark contrast with the worst experience we had at Preferred Urgent Care at their Katy facility where the staff and the nurses were rude and were trying to rip you off in offering more expensive test that what we really wanted and looking down on their patients.Because of their behavior, we walked out and gone to this Memorial Health place at Nelson way. We are glad that we did!!
