Amazing care, wonderful staff! From beginning to end I felt that might child was seen and compassionately cared for! The physician took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel like part of the solution for my child. If your child needs urgent care, you will not be disappointed with Blue Crescent!

In town for just the weekend from out of state and had an asthma flare up. Was seen in just under 10 minutes and doctor was very helpful. Was able to prescribe me exactly what I needed, and even called the pharmacy to expedite the process when they couldn’t fill the prescription. So grateful for this office and their staff.

Had a great visit. Was easy to make an appointment and they had plenty of availability. The staff listened to my concerns and made me feel cared for. One of the best urgent care experiences I've ever had.

Great experience here. Had to bring my daughter for a test and they were very helpful. I'm glad we have this extremely important service in the community. Hennepin Healthcare dropped their urgent care (who wants to bring their child, or themselves, to an emergency department just to get a test for something like an ear infection? You're more likely to get something worse once you're there!) and so have other major providers. I'm not even sure what other urgent clinics are nearby - all I can say is the staff were wonderful and the services were great. All in all, an excellent part of our community. I hope they stay in service for years to come.

Visited this Urgent Care center for the first time and was very pleased with my experience. It was a calm environment, I was seen quickly, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. This is a lovely option for health care in the neighborhood!

Very fast, 10 minute wait time. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Will come back if needed and refer family and friends. Easy drive from my home.

Very positive experience at Bluecresent. The staff here — the receptionist, nurse, and doctor — is so compassionate and friendly. I went in due to cold symptoms, and Dr. Khadra Muse was very thorough. She explained her findings, the symptoms she looked for when I asked if I possibly had strep, and next steps. I was in and out of the clinic in less than an hour. That must be a record for an urgent care. The clinic is also very clean. During my visit, I found out that this facility's director is an infectious diseases expert, so I felt particularly in good hands. It's been three days since I started the medication Dr. Muse prescribed, and I already feel better. Best urgent care in the Twin Cities. Thank you, Bluecresent!

The staff here are so wonderful. I’d been unable to sleep for two nights due to congestion and they set me straight. They were very informative and empathetic. I’m very grateful to have this clinic in the neighborhood.

Such an amazing staff and so timely! I was in and out in no time and the staff made me feel so cared about and really made me feel helped. If you have to go somewhere to get help I would recommended this place over anywhere!!!!

I had a really positive experience at this friendly neighborhood clinic. I got in and out quickly, when the wait time at other clinics was hours. I appreciated being able to look ahead at their availability on the website. My doctor was Abdulqadir Ahmed. He explained everything in detail to me and let me feel at ease. I would come to this clinic again.

Incredibly impressed by this clinic - it’s no frills, but everyone is kind, they saw my kid quickly, answered all our questions, and took their time to make us comfortable. It felt like a small town clinic where everyone cares. Really happy to have this in our neighborhood.

We found this place in a pinch. The receptionist was very friendly, paperwork needed to be filled out. The doctor (Dr Ahmad), PA, NP are great. A gem in the city.

I'm overly beyond impressed and I'm extremely proud and happy to have selected this medical facility to come and receive the professional medical care and support. More than 5 stars should be awarded to this facility. I've never felt and received such a wonderful warm welcome from the time of my entering the parking lot. The receptionist was very thorough. Dr Ahmad and Siraad were the best professional medical care staff I've ever encountered. I'd fully refer others to this facility.

I’ve never experienced such a short wait time to see care staff. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely cares about the health of each patient. It’s a hidden gem of south Minneapolis!

I have found my new favorite Urgent Care location in Minneapolis they got me in on Monday night at the last minute for a really bad ear infection. There was there was just a great group of people and I appreciated their help and I am so grateful for their help. I will also end that my family and I have found our new place for urgent care.

Scheduling was super easy using their website, came in at the time of my appointment, they diagnosed me very quickly, and had me on antibiotics for my strep throat in no time.
