I cannot recommend Blue Crescent Urgent Care strongly enough! We were visiting from out of town when we had to take our 3-year-old daughter to urgent care. After attempting to be seen at 2 other urgent care centers, we stumbled across Blue Crescent. Every single individual that we encountered during our visit from the front desk to the intake nurse to the physician, showed us kindness and compassion and were exceptionally efficient, which is essential when you're working with toddlers. The facility is comfortable and quiet which provides a calming effect and the staff contrubutes to that with their competent and caring manner. If I ever need to be seen at an urgent care during a future visit Blue Crescent is the place I will go.

Was visiting from out of state when I ended up sick. Had the best experience of any urgent care (or doctors office period). I have never felt so listened to and have never felt as important as I did here. While I’ll likely never be back, I would recommend them to anyone local!!

My daughter was sick and I was able to find available times at Blue Crescent Urgent Care at the day and time that was reasonable. So we made an appointment online and were confirmed. On the day of our appointment, we were checked in quickly by a friendly receptionist. From the time we were checked in to the time we were seen and left the clinic, it was 30 minutes in total. That was the fastest urgent care visit I have ever seen. The service was very good, the doctor was knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic.

I visited this clinic as a new patient while in the cities on vacation. The visit was quick and all the staff was very kind. I was able to get the help I needed quickly and get medications at a nearby pharmacy and continue with the rest of my vacation thanks to them! I would absolutely recommend and seek care from them again.

I am a physician myself, but I needed my son to be seen quickly and looked online for an urgent care for him to go to. I was able to easily book him an appointment online, get seen within a reasonable timeframe, and get the testing/medications that he needed. The staff was excellent and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What a great resource to have in the community and I’ll be sure to come here again for any further urgent care needs.

They don't do x-rays, so if they suspect you may have a broken bone, they'll have you go to a different care provider that can do x-rays. Therefore, if you think you might have a broken bone, you should go elsewhere. The front desk staff were very pleasant when I visited and I'll be returning for non-bone related issues in the future.

We needed to have a sports physical completed in order to allow my daughter to register to tryout for a local High School volleyball program. Blue Crescent Urgent Care was open on a Sunday morning and were willing to see my daughter on an expediated basis. We arrived in time and were welcomed into a bright and clean lobby. The check-in process was swift, the receptionist extremely helpful with a big smile and the nurses and while it was the end of their work day, they treated my daughter as if she were their only patient. Kind, thorough and professional - we were thrilled with the service. It's a blessing to have a neighborhood facility that is open daily and so openly caters to last minute needs of those requiring their services. This experience was first rate. I highly recommend them for exemplary care!

Amazing care, wonderful staff! From beginning to end I felt that might child was seen and compassionately cared for! The physician took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel like part of the solution for my child. If your child needs urgent care, you will not be disappointed with Blue Crescent!

In town for just the weekend from out of state and had an asthma flare up. Was seen in just under 10 minutes and doctor was very helpful. Was able to prescribe me exactly what I needed, and even called the pharmacy to expedite the process when they couldn’t fill the prescription. So grateful for this office and their staff.

Great experience here. Had to bring my daughter for a test and they were very helpful. I'm glad we have this extremely important service in the community. Hennepin Healthcare dropped their urgent care (who wants to bring their child, or themselves, to an emergency department just to get a test for something like an ear infection? You're more likely to get something worse once you're there!) and so have other major providers. I'm not even sure what other urgent clinics are nearby - all I can say is the staff were wonderful and the services were great. All in all, an excellent part of our community. I hope they stay in service for years to come.

Visited this Urgent Care center for the first time and was very pleased with my experience. It was a calm environment, I was seen quickly, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. This is a lovely option for health care in the neighborhood!

Very positive experience at Bluecresent. The staff here — the receptionist, nurse, and doctor — is so compassionate and friendly. I went in due to cold symptoms, and Dr. Khadra Muse was very thorough. She explained her findings, the symptoms she looked for when I asked if I possibly had strep, and next steps. I was in and out of the clinic in less than an hour. That must be a record for an urgent care. The clinic is also very clean. During my visit, I found out that this facility's director is an infectious diseases expert, so I felt particularly in good hands. It's been three days since I started the medication Dr. Muse prescribed, and I already feel better. Best urgent care in the Twin Cities. Thank you, Bluecresent!

The staff here are so wonderful. I’d been unable to sleep for two nights due to congestion and they set me straight. They were very informative and empathetic. I’m very grateful to have this clinic in the neighborhood.

I had a really positive experience at this friendly neighborhood clinic. I got in and out quickly, when the wait time at other clinics was hours. I appreciated being able to look ahead at their availability on the website. My doctor was Abdulqadir Ahmed. He explained everything in detail to me and let me feel at ease. I would come to this clinic again.

Incredibly impressed by this clinic - it’s no frills, but everyone is kind, they saw my kid quickly, answered all our questions, and took their time to make us comfortable. It felt like a small town clinic where everyone cares. Really happy to have this in our neighborhood.

We found this place in a pinch. The receptionist was very friendly, paperwork needed to be filled out. The doctor (Dr Ahmad), PA, NP are great. A gem in the city.

I'm overly beyond impressed and I'm extremely proud and happy to have selected this medical facility to come and receive the professional medical care and support. More than 5 stars should be awarded to this facility. I've never felt and received such a wonderful warm welcome from the time of my entering the parking lot. The receptionist was very thorough. Dr Ahmad and Siraad were the best professional medical care staff I've ever encountered. I'd fully refer others to this facility.

I have found my new favorite Urgent Care location in Minneapolis they got me in on Monday night at the last minute for a really bad ear infection. There was there was just a great group of people and I appreciated their help and I am so grateful for their help. I will also end that my family and I have found our new place for urgent care.

Scheduling was super easy using their website, came in at the time of my appointment, they diagnosed me very quickly, and had me on antibiotics for my strep throat in no time.
