I’ve visited this urgent care center in the past for my children’s illnesses and recently returned for my son’s sports physical. Every visit has been a great experience! Jordyn at the front desk welcomed us with a warm and friendly attitude, making the check-in process smooth. We were taken care of quickly, and the staff was professional and kind. The clinic is very child-friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for quality care for their children!

They have been so kind and attentive when taking care of my daughter who fell and hurt her hand. They made sure she got the xray before the technician left at the end of the day. They listened to our questions and concerns and gave clear answers.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience here, It’s rare to be treated as an actual human being these days especially in healthcare, that was not the case at prime health, I was taken care of & treated with such kindness. Suffered a bad fall and it was the day after a major hurricane and I had troubles finding an urgent care with an X-ray tech on duty, trying to avoid the drudgery of the local ER. PrimeHealth got me right in, I was in severe pain, PA Alex did an examination and administered an injection to calm the pain. X-rays were then taken. I was sent home with pain medication. It was after hours so had to wait until the next morning for a radiologist to read the X-rays. PA Alex phoned me and gave me the results, negative thankfully, and discussed treating the severe sprains of my back and wrist with ice and anti inflammatories. Everyone on staff was wonderful and I highly recommend.

Brought my girlfriend in today and shes scared of doctors offices. Julius calmed her down and made sure she was comfortable throughout the whole process. Julius showed great compassion, care and is very knowledgeable at what he does. Would recommend him anytime youre feeling sick.

Excellent service! The front desk reception was very friendly and efficient. Took their time to verify our insurance and make sure we did not have a co-pay. Julius was funny and friendly while taking my son's vitals. The Dr. came in and quickly accessed my son had an earache and called in a RX immediately to our local pharmacy. He was very personable and thorough. We have always used this as our walk in clinic while we stay on Anna Maria and will continue to do so with the new owner. It's a nice local clinic with quicker service than bigger walk in clinics and the Dr actually listens to you. Thank You!

Had a good experience at this office. Was very sick. The wait time was short. They got me right in. The staff and Doctor was great. I felt better the very next day. I was given prescription for meds. I would definitely go there again if needed.

I needed to use the clinic today. The staff is very nice and I really liked Dr Espinel. He is very friendly and took his time with his diagnosis. I did not feel like he was rushing to get out of the room. I definitely recommend using this clinic if you need medical help.

Given the circumstances, I couldn't have asked for more kindness. I had to bring my 6 year old to an urgent care for the flu and was nervous at first because I didn't know how they handled children. Daniela was so kind helped me in tears at the front. Brittany was so sweet to her and provided her with toys and a lollipop. She comforted me and calmed my nerves. Dr. Michael was quick and efficient and we were in and out in under an hour.

The front desk lady and the male nurse were great...quick attention...very quickly saw PA Alex (Oleg Zaluzhny)....both of my support people were allowed in exam room...Alex was friendly and discussed with us the best thing to do with the unfortunate skin tear/laceration that had occurred close to 24 hours prior...Alex did a great job and closed it up pretty good so it will heal faster...called in an antibiotic and gave clear instruction for after care since we are due to travel...I thought they all did a good job...

Today, Wednesday, April 10, 2024 I was in need of seeing a doctor and also having an x-ray. With basically only 2 options, 1 being the ER and 2 finding a walk in clinic that provided x-ray services, I chose the later. Crossing my fingers that I made the correct choice I searched online for the phone number of the last walk in clinic I had gone to ( on Manatee Ave, close to home, and I knew they did x-rays) well when I found it, it indicated it was closed but at the same time it showed a walk-in clinic was open at that location, so I called. I reached Prime Health Urgent Care, West Bradenton. This turned out to be my lucky day! From my initial conversation with Hannah at the front desk I was told that I could come in, that they had appointments available, same day and they were doing telehealth appointments, and yes, they had x-ray capabilities, Wow this is too good to be true I thought. Hannah was so kind concerned and pleasant, that was a change And once I got there, the surprises kept coming. There were only a few people in the waiting room. The medical assistant Natalie was wonderful very thorough and very kind and once I met Dr. Espine, I felt at ease and knew I would be well cared for, and I was!!!!! I almost hate posting this review because for Now I feel as if this is a hidden gem in West Bradenton No one knows about, but I know that word travels fast and this place definitely deserves all the kudos!!!!! Just a simple fact that they offer appointments and telehealth sets this walk-in clinic far apart from the rest I definitely and highly recommend the next time you’re in need of healthcare you see Dr. Espinel, Natalie and Hannah at Prime Health Urgent Care West Bradenton!! Truly the best!

Wow, wow, wow! My son and I came in 45 minutes before closing with a sports injury. Sonia reassured us they were there to help and got the ball rolling immediately. Natalie was so attentive to my son. She was comforting to him all while doing his assessment. Then Tony came in just minutes later. He took his time with my son and was extremely informative to me as to our next steps. These three are a perfect example of what medical professionals should be. Minutes on a clock were the least of their worries. From the bottom of my heart I thank you three!
