Great care was shown to our son, from the moment we entered til the moment we left. Friendly service, quick to the room and dealt with his health issue swiftly and with such kindness. Prescribed medications were easy to receive and they gave him medicine right then and there. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I visited the new Urgent Care Clinic in Belle Chasse out of desperation for relief from extreme sciatic nerve pain, and left feeling much better physically and emotionally. The staff and doctor were so kind and compassionate, and were right on it. I’ve been out of pain since and immensely grateful for the quick treatment. I can’t stop talking about the great experience and how glad I am to know now of this nice facility. Very beautiful clinic. Thank you!

Dr. Kassie Gill went above and beyond to help me and was extremely thorough. The rest of the staff was very friendly, and the clinic looked and even smelled clean. I was taken quickly and testing was prompt as well. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone. 10/10!

This Urgent Care is the BEST urgent care I have ever been to and I’ve been to tons! From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist (Devin)the assistant Alexa and PA Jackie, they treated my son and I with respect and they were just such wonderful people to be around. I already felt so much better just by being there in their care. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! You need TLC? Go to this place! Service was quick as well and the PA explained everything so thoroughly! Thank you to all of you! What an amazing staff you have. So glad my son and I came here ?

I was able to go to the website and schedule an appointment and provide all my insurance information. This made the check in so easy. I was seen in less than 5 minutes . The staff and doctor were very friendly and professional. Overall, it was a very good experience. I highly recommend FirstAid Urgent Care.

I was recommended by a coworker to go to Fast Aid Urgent Care in Belle Chase. He raved about their service. Quick in, on point diagnosis, and fast out. I arrived here today on 04.19.24, and just like he said. Whitney had me process and in the back quickly. Reign diagnosed, treated me, and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Great job ladies. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!

I went last night to this urgent care. I walked in at 7::50 pm. They still saw me and could not have been nicer. They listened to what was wrong and did not try to make me feel bad about my concern. Found the problem. And got me out of there in a reasonable time. I was still having challenges today and had some questions for the doctor. So I stopped by and they were happy to answer them for me. I will definitely go there again.

Walked in. Filled out some paperwork and was seen within minutes of completing the paperwork. Staff is friendly and attentive. Doc made a quick and accurate diagnosis and got my script sent out to the right place. Highly recommend.

I was seen by MA Ronika and Family NP Dr. Reign. I had seen a new Urgent Care being built near our home on the reserve military base, and I was thrilled to have it so close! They did not disappoint! I was seen right away, and I had excellent care. I had sliced my finger pretty good, so I was nervous walking in. They immediately knew what to do and gave me options to either receive stitches or use skin-safe glue. I was so thankful for the options, as it allowed me to choose my care. Of course, no one is ever too old for a lollipop, so I obviously accepted the two they offered me to distract from the pain. By the end of a surprisingly short visit, we had laughed and joked together. I left feeling much better, my finger was mended, and a trust was formed! I’d recommend anyone to come see the lovely staff at this urgent care! They truly care about the community they are serving!

Fastest I've ever been seen at any type of medical center for sure. Very nice and big waiting area with very friendly, professional and polite staff, all of them. Service was very prompt and very informative and efficient for sure. I can go on about all of the staff and the services from check-in to the position and by far the lady that Drew my blood I didn't even realize she stuck the needle in my arm.. Hands down 10 Stars definitely recommend!!!

I've been in the medical field for 25yrs and have seen way more than my fair share of Drs. I couldn't have been more pleased with my care. No question needed.
