This location is excellent . Everyone is warm and welcoming. When discussing matters pertaining to health I felt very informed and confident in the decisions that were to be made. Finally Bridgette was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

A special thank you to my medical assistant, Jayla, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She took the time to listen and made sure everything went smoothly. My provider, Simran, was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions. I had my appointment today and I was super scared and anxious because of elevated blood pressure numbers. The check in process was so smooth, i didn’t have to sit down and get back up and sit back down. The wait to get called back was no longer than 15 minutes if that. The icing on the cake, the Medical Assistant Bridget was the best! She greeted me with a smile, comforted me when I mentioned that I was scared and ensured that I was taken care of. I’ve always feared doctors visits; it is so nice to have staff who are compassionate and caring. My blood pressure did come down and I am sure that was all God and Bridgett. Ashley, NP was very knowledgeable and ensured they were going to get me on the right track. I love this practice!

Jayla and Simran are helping me rejuvenate my weight loss journey to get back on track! They take the time to suggest new strategies and keep focus. Before Primary Care Center I struggled with extreme diets and exercise that typically only resulted in weight gain and frustration. Their program has been life changing, helping me lose a significant amount of weight and maintaining good health since 2023.

I love Primary Care Center. I have had the best experiences here. All doctors work together and care about me and my health. From my heart and blood pressure, to my weight and even mental health, they take care of it all. Dr. Simran takes extra care of me and even stayed late to make sure I was doing well. Juan and Noah have been nothing but kind and helpful towards me my past few visits. Both of them have been wonderful making sure to take everything seriously, like my heart palpitations. Usually it was checked once then brushed aside as anxiety but they took the time to actually make sure to check multiple times just incase so no underlaying issue would be left unchecked.

Dr. S Choudary is very thorough and takes time with her patients. I feel like I’m in good hands with her. I also see Dr Cantù, she is very down to earth and very knowledgeable. The appointment process is super easy and the nurses are great. Millie was my nurse today. I also love the respiratory therapist Datrick. I had an upper respiratory infection and felt pretty bad and he just had a way of making me smile and feel better. He truly has a gift and he probably doesn’t even know it

I started the weight loss program at the end of July. Jayla is one of the first faces I see when I get to the clinic and she is always so sweet and nice. My appointments are in the mornings which is always so hard for me since it’s so early but she always makes it so easy. The entire staff here is always so nice I highly recommend!

I had an appointment regarding swelling of the legs and feet. They did an ABI on my legs and arms to check it out. A very handsome young man by the name of Datrick did my test. He just MADE MY DAY! He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and smart, he thoroughly explained how the test works,you could tell he really liked his job and cared about the patients comfort. He was always smiling, a very nice smile I might add. He was truly interested in what I had to say. He was very diligent in cleaning the equipment.He said something to the effect that he liked helping people, and it showed! So kudos to Datrick! Thank you!! …..P.Jensen

I accompanied my Mother Ann on a doctors appointment today at Primary Care Center of Clear Lake today and Matthew FNP and Adriana MA we present. Both Matthew and Adriana were very informative and caring and Empathetic during the entire appointment. Initially Adriana did a great job of getting current medical weight and blood pressure and also asking great questions to access all possible medical issues. Finally, Matthew did an outstanding job of asking future questions to narrow down the best medical plan to help my mother with her current medical condition. Matthew also explained in concise but descriptive and easy to understand details on the why behind both the plan and corresponding prescriptions. Overall Matthew and Adriana did a great job and most importantly put my mother at ease with a great medical plan and prescriptions. Thanks again Matthew and Adriana.

My mom and I recently visited Primary Care Center of Clear Lake and had a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen. Dr. was very attentive and took the time to listen to all my concerns. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood everything . Overall, I felt very well cared for. I've been a patient, as well as, my adult sons, for a very long time, maybe 15 years? Much of that time, I've preferred to see Dr Niraj. I adore him and the fact that he doesn't seem rush you in & out. He does take his time to converse and actually "hear" you, as the patient. I will continue to be a loyal patient until he retires. Love the new office location. Now, if you desire to get "fit & trim" please see Dr. Fatima Cantu. She is equally as amazing at providing quality care and discussion options for you according to the latest medical innovations. I've referred several people who convey they are just as pleased as I am.

simran and jayla are so amazing!! simran is one of the few medical professionals who have taken my weight seriously. as someone who suffers from insulin resistance pcos, i have been told to just “exercise” and “eat healthy” to lose weight. as someone who played sports for over 10 years, i’ve been there and done that. simran listened, empathized, and gave me exactly what i needed. also, jayla and simran are both sweet, they care for you, and treat you as a human instead of a patient. go see them!!

I don’t have a problem at all when I walk into my primary care center office, the nurses at the front desk are always smiling and full of joy. Adnana smiles and takes me to the room to fill in my paperwork and never closes the door on her way out, Dr. Abraham is always a nice and polite guy, . I have been a patient of this office for over a year now and I am very happy with all the care I receive. The doctors and NP are very kind, knowledgeable, and listen to me. I’m always in their weightloss program and getting the needed support from Simran M, NP & Jayla W, MA. They are very encouraging, even if I’m at the same weight when I come in, they are not scolding but acknowledge that I’m maintaining and improving myself. I switched doctors bc my original doctor didn’t take HMO Insurance. It was a good switch for me bc my new doctor was a lot more informative and actually explained to me what caused my problems and how to fix it. Not only did he explain everything to me he also kinda gave me a crash course on understanding how diabetes works. I had no idea what A1C was. I had no idea what medications actually did what and most importantly he was honest about the side effects of some of the medications he prescribed. He didn’t just say take this and get out. The staff is amazing as well had no trouble scheduling and always greeted with a smile and good energy

I’ve been a patient at primary care center of Clear Lake over seven years and have never gotten anything but excellent care from both The doctors and the staff. Everybody is friendly and professional. Dr Niraj Choudhary is very thorough and always takes time to answer all my questions. Dr. Smriti Choudhary help me lose 37 pounds and gave me a plan to keep the weight off. Dr Fatima Cantu developed an allergy treatment plan for my specific allergies, and I’m already feeling positive results from the allergy shots. In other words you can get total healthcare support with this clinic. I highly recommend it for all ages in need of caring professional healthcare. Another perk is the Staff. They are all caring wonderful people that make sure your visit is a good experience.

Nurses and front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, when I walk into this place I don't even need to sign in because the staff remembers their patients and their names 🫶🏻If you are looking for a PCP or weight-loss specialist, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes to be treated well.

I had a great experience with this office. The front office staff were very polite and professional. They have an iPad system for filling out paperwork which is much easier than relying on my handwriting. I’m seeing Dr. Amy McConkey (I hope I spelled that right) and she has so far been a great provider. She listened intently to my concerns & answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Primary Care Center of Clear Lake.

I just started coming here after switching my PCP and I’ve had great experiences every time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked in the door at my first visit I was greeted by Marcie with a big smile. Dr. Smriti was knowledgeable, professional, and so helpful. They go above and beyond and offer so many services you normally don’t find at your typical doctor’s office. For example, I have lifted weights for years now and have always wanted to know my true body composition and was able to get a Whole Body Composition Scan done on their DEXA machine. Christina did a great job of explaining how the DEXA works and the different results you can get with it.

I have seen both doctors and they have both been incredibly professional, kind, and very very helpful!! I had a bit of a complicated situation because I go to college out of state and they have all been super accommodating, getting me the help I need while working around my school schedule. Both nurses I’ve had, Adriana and the one who always has her long blonde hair in a low ponytail (I don’t know her name!) are SO kind and answer all my questions. I highly recommend this place if you want good service! Even the receptionist is great. Very glad I established care here

The absolute BEST most thorough and caring physicians I’ve ever experienced! They truly care about the patient as a whole and make sure to address every concern you may have. They don’t just give you medication and send you home feeling rushed. They actually stop and educate you on your diagnosis and how the treatment plan they put you on will help. If they can’t treat you they get you the labs, imaging, and referrals to the specialist you need to get well asap! I’ve never felt more heard and cared for by a physician in my life! I highly recommend making them your PCP! You will not regret it!

Dr. Metts and Dr. Choudhary are excellent. I would highly recommend them and have to others. There staff is friendly and the doctor listen very well to what you have to say. They are very knowlegeable and have a Quest Diagnostics in the building so you dont have to schedule that seperatly. Very happy customer.

Absolutely above first class service and Dr. Choudhary is absolutely amazing. You can talk to her about anything and she's always able to answer. 5 star for knowledge, bedside manners, treat's practically everything including weight loss and a spa that that I'm researching and will update soon. I've been in the medical field over 26 years and only 2 doctor's do I trust 100 percent and she's one of them. Thank you for PCP for being here for me in a rough time.

Dr Choudhary is a wonderful physician. She took the time to listen to what was happening with me and immediately began to provide ideas on how to fix the situation I was placed in by another less-caring physician. She is compassionate and thorough. A physician who listens and then responds is a resource sorely lacking in the medical community these days. Not everything is about numbers and Dr Choudhary makes it about her patients and their care first.

I've been seeing Dr. Smriti Choudhary since 2011, she is compassionate, I feel comfortable talking to her about my medical issues, she listens, she's always on time with refills on my medications and provides the best care I've ever had. I would definitely recommend her as a medical physician.
