Good doctors, I had all my health check ups done here and scheduled for follow up health care needs. The doctor recommended tests as needed to support my age and health conditions, all the staff working here are very nice and helpful. Keep up the good work.

I love this place… I started out with just a regular PCP visit.. now I come twice a week for allergy shots.. Dr.Cantu and Dr.Metts are truly amazing! They go above and beyond with accommodating appointments around your work schedule. The people here are super nice, friendly, and truly care about not only your health but you as an individual. Highly recommend coming here for your next appointment.

I was in need of a PCP and found help with there weight loss program aswell. So glad I chose this office. The office staff is attentive and friendly and the physicians and NP’s have been nice and knowledgeable. The office is flexible to my schedule and willing to work with me. They are appreciated.

I’ve been a patient at primary care center of Clear Lake over seven years and have never gotten anything but excellent care from both The doctors and the staff. Everybody is friendly and professional. Dr Niraj Choudhary is very thorough and always takes time to answer all my questions. Dr. Smriti Choudhary help me lose 37 pounds and gave me a plan to keep the weight off. Dr Fatima Cantu developed an allergy treatment plan for my specific allergies, and I’m already feeling positive results from the allergy shots. In other words you can get total healthcare support with this clinic. I highly recommend it for all ages in need of caring professional healthcare. Another perk is the Staff. They are all caring wonderful people that make sure your visit is a good experience.

Front office staff are all super nice and fast. Christy remembered my name after my first visit! The doctors, nurses, and PAs have all been wonderful. Very knowledgeable. I'm typically in a room by the time of my actual appointment. No waiting. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with this office. The front office staff were very polite and professional. They have an iPad system for filling out paperwork which is much easier than relying on my handwriting. I’m seeing Dr. Amy McConkey (I hope I spelled that right) and she has so far been a great provider. She listened intently to my concerns & answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Primary Care Center of Clear Lake.

Mikaly pulled me back for my appointment 10 minutes early and was the kindest, bubbliest person to start off my appointment. 10/10 great customer service and hospitality. I just started coming here after switching my PCP and I’ve had great experiences every time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked in the door at my first visit I was greeted by Marcie with a big smile. Dr. Smriti was knowledgeable, professional, and so helpful. They go above and beyond and offer so many services you normally don’t find at your typical doctor’s office. For example, I have lifted weights for years now and have always wanted to know my true body composition and was able to get a Whole Body Composition Scan done on their DEXA machine. Christina did a great job of explaining how the DEXA works and the different results you can get with it.

I have seen both doctors and they have both been incredibly professional, kind, and very very helpful!! I had a bit of a complicated situation because I go to college out of state and they have all been super accommodating, getting me the help I need while working around my school schedule. Both nurses I’ve had, Adriana and the one who always has her long blonde hair in a low ponytail (I don’t know her name!) are SO kind and answer all my questions. I highly recommend this place if you want good service! Even the receptionist is great. Very glad I established care here

My experience here has been great the weight loss program has been a huge success ? I started end of April beging of May 2023 my start weight was 274 and today my weight is 250 Dr Smriti has been working with me the whole time she finds what works best for you! I recommend this place ?

My experience here couldn't have been any better. Came to this place with weight loss goals in mind- I was tired of living an unhealthy lifestyle. Both Dr. N. Choudhary and Dr. S. Choudhary were so kind and thorough with their evaluation. I managed to reach my weight loss goals thanks to the great doctors here!

Dr. Metts and Dr. Choudhary are excellent. I would highly recommend them and have to others. There staff is friendly and the doctor listen very well to what you have to say. They are very knowlegeable and have a Quest Diagnostics in the building so you dont have to schedule that seperatly. Very happy customer.

Absolutely above first class service and Dr. Choudhary is absolutely amazing. You can talk to her about anything and she's always able to answer. 5 star for knowledge, bedside manners, treat's practically everything including weight loss and a spa that that I'm researching and will update soon. I've been in the medical field over 26 years and only 2 doctor's do I trust 100 percent and she's one of them. Thank you for PCP for being here for me in a rough time.

Need to have blood drawn for a test? Dr Chouhary's nurse is hands down the best I have ever seen - did not even know the needle was in my arm until the blood filled the tube!
