Just left my appointment and I genuinely felt very well taken care of and true concern for my health and wellbeing! Ramos was very attentive and helpful in figuring out best ways to address my health concerns to get me on a healthier path. I have always had difficulty getting my blood drawn, but Isabelle (Izzy) did it so quickly and effortlessly! I can tell that she is very experienced and does a good job of being conscious and considerate to patient comfort and explaining the process of each procedure thoroughly! I would highly recommend working with them both. Cermak Immediate Care has always been my go to during times of health needs, and they’re very attentive to the local community.

Recently lost my wallet and also my ID and insurance card that was inside front desk was very nice and working with me and looking up my info for previous visits without having my insurance or my ID on me which is a lifesaver. I walked in I was there maybe 10-15 minutes before they called me in within 10 minutes I was in my car going home quick fast flight helpful

I called ahead & they told me when when to come for fastest service. I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. Got checked in was seen by 2 professionals that made me feel super comfortable. Will continue to go there for my non urgent medical needs.
