The doctor was caring and compassionate. The wait was pretty long in both the waiting and patient rooms. But it was Sunday and they had a full house. I didn’t want to take my daughter to the ER.

I came in today because I thought i had strep throat. Thr day after Christmas, it was no problem. Staff is VERY friendly. My only minor complaint is that the website looks like and operates like it's from 1997. Nbd though- still worth the quality of care.

Have been here several times before for myself and for my kids, but it has been a while. It was super easy to make an appointment online, and then I showed up about 10 minutes early. I didn’t even wait five minutes before they called me back – both the nurse and the PA were wonderful. They listened to me and checked me out thoroughly. Got the answer I needed, and the prescriptions were called in right away. Very excellent service yet again. I will continue to use this office when I need rapid care. Thanks so much!

Quick and simple Did appointment online which was easy and fast. The nurse was very friendly to my daughter and my daughter is very scared. Doctor was really nice and knowledgeable. Easy on my daughter with very friendly attitude. Definitely recommend!

Fast, Friendly and Efficient! I highly recommend this urgent care. The girl at the front desk was sweet, caring and quick as we brought in a sick 2 year old toddler. Nurse was pleasant and NP was thorough! Great establishment, so if you ever need urgent care, come here!

Just visited and let me tell you, from the receptionist, nurses to the Doctor I had nothing but outstanding services. I wish I could give more stars because I felt so welcomed. Everyone there was so sooooo knowledgeable and explained every little thing to me. The Doctor on duty was beyond kind to my daughter and myself (the patient). My daughter who was there (as moral support for me) is the process of being a nurse, indicated she had a nursing test later on that day and I really loved that the doctor even quized her as I was being treated. To conclude, she Aced her test and saw inspiration to take her field further just because of the Doctor on duty outstanding care for others. 11/20/24

Very friendly staff and very caring. Was able to book my appointment the night before online. So that helped. Did not have wait long to be seen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Care was good. They answered my questions and listened to what I was saying.

I had accidentally cut my hand ant work and they were able to stitch me up and send me on my way. Diana was able extremely helpful and quick about getting me back there to actually get them. Extremely professional, and they get it done quick!!

The staff is very nice, rapid(fast), respectful and careful to take care of the patient. They are really excellent health professionals. They made me feel better and did their best to make feel okay. I would suggest anyone who doesn’t feel good or having some urgent situation to run to rapid immediate care. They will be their best to make you feel better and refer you to a bigger health institution if necessary.

My family and I have been to the Hoffman Estates location around a dozen times (not bragging). The office is super clean and the staff is incredibly kind. Likely over-worked around the holidays, they have every excuse to be annoyed when I bring my kid in 40 minutes before they close…but no. They treat us like their first patients of the day. Highly recommend.

I had such a pleasant visit from the time I walked in to the time I walked out at this location. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. Not something you see very often. The girls at the front desk answered all my questions. Everyone was friendly &; caring. I definitely will be coming back to here.

The energy of everyone working at this place is also beyond amazing, such an upbeat environment which made my visit pleasant! Not to mention how quick they took care of me.
