Really a great place. I always have a positive experience with the staff and the rest of the office. The provider is also amazing, a miracle worker if you will; she always takes the proper time to talk and listen to you during a visit. I am happy to be a patient here.

This office has helped me so much in managing pain and getting back to my active life. The staff is very knowledgeable and excited to help me get a better hold on my chronic issues. They are always quick to answer my questions and never make me feel like an imposition for asking them. I never feel rushed or like I am a burden for my issues. The Dr and the NP Melissa are in great spirits and that makes it already easier to walk in the door. I have not found this kind of care in a long time and that is worth writing a review for now a days. Thank you Melissa, Dr. Gatz, and all of the staff in Port saint lucie comprehensive pain associates!

Wonderful location with amazing staff. Living with chronic pain is hard, but this office makes it so much easier to deal with. The staff treat you like their own family, not like an other number, and they actually want to HELP the pain instead of pushing meds down your throat and sending you on your way. Melissa, the nurse practitioner, understands pain herself, she's personally been on the injection table and understands how terrifying that can be. When she gives an injection for pain, you can bet she's going to have the most gentle touch as well as give the most pain relief she can possibly manage with what she's given. There's no one else that I would trust with my back. Thank you to this office for givingg me back so much of my life. Please, if you're looking for a provider that truly cares give this office a call, you won't be sorry!

Great staff who really care about the patient as a person. I come to treat and mangage my TMJ jaw pain and was referred to some great specialists as well as established with a good regiment for me which really does increase my quality of life.

Hi my name is Chris mg delight I have been going to comprehensive pain management for over 5 years I work with Dr gate and Melissa karta when them I came a stretcher from a rehab in palm beaches area I had given up I never thought I could have a almost pain free life completely bed ridden they worked with me with several meds until they the right combinations of meds now I can get in a chair with sliding board and somewhat a great life Melissa karta is wonderful Dr her and the hole staff work hard pain slot better she and Dr gate open the new office in port saint Lucie I have a great logo for them and mean it comprehensive pain management where you not just a patient you AR family so make change to comprehensive pain management hope this helps you make the right choice with pain care

Simply stated the absolute best Pain Management Clinic, Pain Doctor and Pain Nurse Practitioner in South Florida by far. For over 6 years I have been driving from the Treasure Coast all the way down to Greenacres, Fl to work with Dr. Gatz, N.P. Melissa Martz and the rest of the awesome team at Comprehensive Pain of the Palm Beaches. Why did I drive an hour every month for over 6 years? Because Dr. Bart Gatz is not only a Board Certified Pain Management and Anesthesiologist he is the most effective, comprehensive and caring specialist in his field. When I was first referred to Dr. Gatz I was literally fighting for my life to survive. Out of the blue my Immune System turned on me and my body and started attacking it. My ultra rare, genetic, severe, and chronic Autoimmune Inflammatory Process and Tissue disease is comprised of over 30 diagnosis' underneath. Painful Diseases like CIDP, Fibromyalgia, NP-SLE, loss of 1 1/2 inches in height due to loss of, damage to, herniated and completely destroyed 12 disks in my neck and back, Susac-Syndrome, RA, PA, CNS disorders and the list goes on. Dr. Gatz sat with me and some 5,000 pages of documentation, took the time to listen and understand and then came up with, over time, the most comprehensive pain management plan, included in addition to traditional pain medicine, different creams and topical solutions, Nasal Sphenoid injections, Facet Injections, Rhisotomy procedures, and other forms of pain and inflammation relief. including referring me to a Medical Marijuana specialist and doctor. At the end of all of that, with all of these different medical, holistic, comprehensive approaches he gave me relief, and hope again. While I will likely always have pain (severe most would say) for the rest of my life, but with Dr. Gatz and Melissa Martz, NP in my corner I am getting pain relief and my life is livable again. After a couple of years, due to changes in the staffing, onboard comes Nurse Practitioner Melissa Martz, N.P. And thankful I remain. Most of my regular visits are conducted with Ms. Martz, now that the overall plan is in place. She is absolutely awesome to see, she implements, updates, adjusts my Pain Plan, she explains well and listens effectively. Dr. Gatz and she have now opened this new Port Saint Lucie clinic. Not only was she instrumental in the push to open an office for the Treasure Coast, but she and Dr. Gatz are partners in the venture. Ms. Martz has high tech tools such as a full body Fluoroscopy machine, she also is trained in various different techniques ie. performing Facet injections, or Rhizotomy Injections, Nasal Sphenoid Injections and more. Dr. Gatz and Ms Martz certainly have changed my life, they keep my pain levels reduced, they both have great bedside manor, patience and most importantly very effective. The whole team, from the receptionist at the door, to the Nurse who brings you back to your exam room and updates my record, to the N.P. and Dr, and support staff working diligently in the background making everything run smoothly. So glad you are closer to me with this brand new location, and hope some of the many disgruntled Pain Clinic patients in this area will set up an appointment and get switched to Comprehensive Pain Associates.
