The nurses always treat you like family. They’ve always been super nice and super caring. The doctors are always so sweet and nice with my children. I bring them here. I even have them set as their primary. I love them to death all of them.

They are friendly. And the doctors don't rush with you, they let you explain your situation and symptoms and really listen. Wait times for appointment are usually short. Office us clean and an over nice experience.

They really care. They started out being my urgent care. When my primary doctor's office, couldn't get my referral in 4 months. I switched and 3 days after my appointment I'm seeing a gastoagest. I love the care the doctor's have. The front office is also amazing.

Highly recommend! My family and I have been going to Universal urgent care for a few years and then we made the switch over to their primary care. It was honestly the best decision we could have made for us. Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing, and very helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend them for your health needs! They make you feel like family and are always there for you!

After 1 year of no answers with my health conditions Dr Patel answered all of my questions without rushing out the door. He took his time to address my concerns, prescribe me the proper medicines, even showed me proper exercises and exercised with me! He showed compassion and treated me as a human not just another patient taking up his time. Dr Patel took so much weight off my shoulders. Finally I can work on the improvement of my health.
