This was my first visit. I was so happy with the easy process of checking in, all the women were exceptional in the front office and the PA was very nice, listened to my concerns and my visit was very short. Totally impressed with the whole process

I got the best care here. I was in a lot of pain from a cyst and they were able to take care of it quickly for me, the doctors and staff couldn’t have been nicer and were considerate of the pain I was in when they were taking care of numbing and draining, I’ve had these before and honestly I’ve never had a doctor do it so well. I absolutely loved this place and this will be my #1 urgent care from now on. They also gave me a referral so I could get the underlying problem looked at, I’ve had this done a number of times at other places before and didn’t even know I could go see a specialist for it. It was very holistic care. To the staff, thank you so much! You knocked it out of the park and made someone with bad medical anxiety feel more comfortable than I ever have.

Infant was seen and handled with care. We made an appointment and were seen on time. The waiting room and patient room was clean and staff were accommodating and welcoming. We felt comfortable and heard by the doctor and all our needs and concerns were met at our visit!

Great communication with staff. Dawn did a great job explaining dosages and options.Had been dealing with poison oak for a week and needed relief from the itching. Making the appointment was a breeze, staff was helpful and courteous. Nursing staff found an additional skin infection, called in my prescriptions and I was out twenty-five minutes after I arrived. Great experience!

I loved it went in because I couldn’t hold this toothache nomore made an appointment online came to my appointment. I see exactly at 3:50. They saw that it was an abscess gave me an anabiotic’s ibuprofen and Tylenol and I really think them now the hard part taking this damn tooth out.lol very good first time here

Friendly and quick, X-rays , minor surgery (foreign object) and everything needed for an injured finger. Dr was very nice and patient. Haven't been since Covid and was much easier to get in. Good place for non ER issues, Would recommend.

I had a positive experience at Priority Urgent Care in Chicopee. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The wait time was minimal. The PA, Brian Daly, was kind and respectful. He answered my questions and offered advice, and made a referral to a specialist . I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care Center.

Staff very polite and courteous. I got there around 10AM on a Saturday and there was no wait time to get called back. The staff were caring and compassionate. Had to wait about 30 minutes once I was in a room to see a provider. That said I was a walk in without an appointment so I actually expected a longer wait. The PA came in and was professional and kind. We talked about a few treatment options and he ensured that I would have medication ready to go should conservative treatment measures not work. Overall good experience especially when you’re going in not feeling well.

I sliced my finger with a box cutter that was pretty deep. I knew I needed stitches but didn't go that same day. The scheduling was very easy and quick and they got me in within the hour that I called. Because healing already started I didn't need sutures but my cut was cleaned up and liquid sutures were applied. The doctor was extremely nice and knowledgeable and today my finger is pretty much cleared up. I would definitely recommend priority Urgent Care for your minor Medical non-emergencies. I was only there for less than an hour. Had I gone to the emergency room I would have been there for God knows how long. Good job staff and doctors!

Needed an expedited physical for summer camp and they were awesome. The Dr was very personable and the facility was clean. In and out when we needed it. Glad to know they are there for future situations. Updated: I have now seen the same Dr twice, once yesterday for me and then before for my child. He really listens, thoroughly evaluated my concerns, gives great directive for follow up and has a warm and respectful bedside manner. It’s a 35 minute drive for me but this is my new go to.

The physician assistant we saw was very professional and incredibly thorough. I accompanied my father to his visit because he has dementia. The provider spoke to us both in a manner that we could decide on a resolution and plan together. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care facility. The appointment itself was easy to schedule and the provider was on time. 5 ⭐️

I needed an immediate diagnosis of my symptoms on a Sunday morning and got it. Didn't have to wait more than a few minutes before seeing a cheerful, competent nurse. The doctor came soon after with my diagnosis and a prescription.

I went to a different urgent care and they denied me care because it was on the weekend and they couldn't confirm my blue cross blue shield insurance I decided to call priority urgent care and thank God I did they took care of me and ran my insurance on Monday very grateful it was very fast and the staff was really nice and place was really clean thanks again

Made an appointment online for my 2 year old who wasn’t feeling well. Got there for the appointment and the front desk was super helpful and friendly! Called us in immediately and the nurse was so kind and gentle with my daughter who is super shy! And then HUGE shout out to the PA Dawn who was fabulous with my daughter during her exam and was able to give us some answers on why she wasn’t feeling good. Love, Love, Love it here. Dr. Kohanski took great care of me, she was friendly, funny and sooo nice and she reassured me during and after the procedure and walked me through the procedure every step of the way. I was in great hands she was the only one to help me after going to two different places that refused to remove what I thought was a cyst as told that was my prior diagnosis from elsewhere and learned that it was actually a abscess. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve sat there with that on my face till April of next year seeing as the place I was recommended to go was booked up. She said let’s see what we can do and she most certainly did just that I am forever grateful for her and her staff who were amazing, nice and friendly especially Abeer she was so funny and sweet and made me feel so comfortable her energy was amazing. I’d make the drive out there anytime just to get help from them. You come here your guaranteed great service this was my second time here and even when I brought my kids here I had an amazing experience. I’d recommend this urgent care to anyone 10/10

I was really curious about this place as it is NOT common to see a medical facility with such high rating. We decided to give it a try and had a GREAT experience. Everyone was great and friendly, the place was even cozy (extremely rare at a Urgent Care unit!!) and they didn't try to push medicine right away but rather, come to an agreement with us based on what felt best for us. :) Hoping all other urgent care and medical offices can keep up with this one!😁

The staff was a delight to work with. The front office greeted me right away and began getting me checked in. The nurse was an absolute delight. Put me at ease and made me feel like a person, not just a patient. Same with the NP that saw me. I hope to never have to return but if I do need urgent care, I'll be there!

I went here a few days ago for a broken toe. They were so nice....before, during and after the appointment. Melissa was so sweet to me while there and was so empathetic. After the appointment I had to call back and Beth was amazing!!!! This is the place to go if you need medical care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before heading to the ER, we came here—and I’m so grateful we did. Dr. Dawn Kohanski quickly identified that another doctor had prescribed her a medication that was too strong, causing extreme lethargy. Dr. Kohanski was incredibly patient, thorough, and truly caring. She took her time to assess my mom’s condition and made sure we understood everything. Thanks to her expertise, we avoided an unnecessary hospital visit and got my mom the right care. If you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares and takes the time to listen, Dr. Kohanski is the best! Highly recommend.

I made an appointment online and was seen semi quickly (they were busy). The PA (Elvis) was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and I was seen quickly. The office is clean and staff is friendly. I do not recommend walking in without an appointment though, as the wait time without an appointment was 2.5 hours at 0930.

Scheduling an appointment with Priority Urgent Care through Solv was so easy and it was nice to be able to fill out “paperwork” on-line with not having to sit with a clipboard and pen in the waiting room. The staff were amazingly friendly, helpful, very polite and professional. When I first went home to the window to check in, the attending staff person asked for my name and then stated “you have completed everything perfectly” (I anticipated a “but” or “except” at this point) but it never came. She asked me to have a seat and I would be seen soon. Solv also allowed me to see my wait time and how many others were walk-ins of had made an appointment in real time with the App. I sat down and was seen by an intake nurse within 10 minutes, and Nurse Practitioner “Dawn”. She was humorous, inviting and knew exactly what to do about my ear issue. I couldn’t hear out of my left ear and although I had been to the Veterans Administration Hospital in Northampton, MA and they didn’t solve my hearing or wax problem. My ear was severely and deeply impacted with a huge wax plug which was causing pain and my lack of hearing. Dawn laid me on my side and put hydrogen peroxide in my ear and let it sit for 10 minutes. When she came back she was able to remove a huge was plug from deep inside my ear. I was so impressed with not only the speed with which I was serviced, but the convenience, and the friendliness of the entire staff, especially NP Dawn…I give NP Dawn and the entire staff at Priority Urgent Care 5 stars! What a fantastic experience. Thank you all again. You will have my business and my recommendations to friends and family from here on out! 🇺🇸🫡

I took my son in to the clinic on 1/31/25 after a slip and fall on some ice at school. We were in and out in no time at all, which was absolutely terrific! The staff was very kind and courteous!
