I was a literal walk-in during the final hour and twenty minutes of business. Reception indicated that I could be seen if I were willing to wait. I was seen within a very reasonable time and my visit needs were met within minutes. Staff was kind and empathetic. I would definitely come again for urgent care needs.

Awesome, first time experience. It was pretty late when I got there. I needed to be seen quickly because I was showing signs of shingles and needed to get diagnosed right away to make a pharmacy that was closing soon. I was seen quickly, diagnosed with shingles where they called in a prescription to s pharmacy 20’minutes away, which I made before the closed. This allowed me to start medication right away, avoiding perhaps some extra pain…,. Way to go and thanks.!!!!!!

I don’t typically visit urgent care facilities, but I needed to be seen quickly before the holiday. I decided to try a new office and was extremely impressed. From the seamless scheduling process to the quality of care, everything exceeded my expectations. The wait time was minimal, and the entire visit, from check-in to discharge, was efficient and professional. The provider was patient and friendly and listened to my symptoms and concerns. I also appreciated being able to have a chest image taken right on-site, with both the provider and a radiologist reviewing the results. I will absolutely return to this office for any future urgent medical needs.

Priority Urgent Care has replaced the ill-fated MedExpress at 430 Cooley Street in Springfield, MA. It seems to be an adequate facility with a clean environment and somewhat efficient processes. I visited on a Sunday afternoon after falling at a hockey rink and, after a few x-rays (which were read by an off-site radiologist), it was determined that I had a separated shoulder. They called ahead to Mercy Medical Center and off we went. There are plenty of urgent care facilities in the area so one has plenty of choices from which to choose. Reviews here and recommendations from family and friends can point you in the right direction.

The place was clean, only waited 10 minutes and that was my fault for going across the street first. Scheduling was easy, ALL of the staff was in a great mood, which is very rare in the medical field these days. Results were in fast and paperwork provided within reasonable amount of time. I’ve never had to use Priority Urgent Care before but I will always choose them moving forward, and the Cooley st location specifically.

I heard there were easy booking of appointments online, everything is ready for the patients as they were walking in via online registration. I seen an QR code for DOTs, And an added bonus I found out they even do Virtual Online Visits too! Suggested place to keep in mind for when Urgent Care is needed.

I had a really positive experience here earlier today! I was able to get an appointment within two hours of me calling. The receptionist was friendly and the registration process was very easy. The medical assistant, Amanda, made me smile, even though I was feeling pretty lousy. The APRN, Joanne, was very professional and actively listened to my concerns. If I find myself in need of urgent care services again, I will definitely return to this office!

I got the best care here. I was in a lot of pain from a cyst and they were able to take care of it quickly for me, the doctors and staff couldn’t have been nicer and were considerate of the pain I was in when they were taking care of numbing and draining, I’ve had these before and honestly I’ve never had a doctor do it so well. I absolutely loved this place and this will be my #1 urgent care from now on. They also gave me a referral so I could get the underlying problem looked at, I’ve had this done a number of times at other places before and didn’t even know I could go see a specialist for it. It was very holistic care. To the staff, thank you so much! You knocked it out of the park and made someone with bad medical anxiety feel more comfortable than I ever have.

Staff very polite and courteous. I got there around 10AM on a Saturday and there was no wait time to get called back. The staff were caring and compassionate. Had to wait about 30 minutes once I was in a room to see a provider. That said I was a walk in without an appointment so I actually expected a longer wait. The PA came in and was professional and kind. We talked about a few treatment options and he ensured that I would have medication ready to go should conservative treatment measures not work. Overall good experience especially when you’re going in not feeling well.

I sliced my finger with a box cutter that was pretty deep. I knew I needed stitches but didn't go that same day. The scheduling was very easy and quick and they got me in within the hour that I called. Because healing already started I didn't need sutures but my cut was cleaned up and liquid sutures were applied. The doctor was extremely nice and knowledgeable and today my finger is pretty much cleared up. I would definitely recommend priority Urgent Care for your minor Medical non-emergencies. I was only there for less than an hour. Had I gone to the emergency room I would have been there for God knows how long. Good job staff and doctors!

Needed an expedited physical for summer camp and they were awesome. The Dr was very personable and the facility was clean. In and out when we needed it. Glad to know they are there for future situations. Updated: I have now seen the same Dr twice, once yesterday for me and then before for my child. He really listens, thoroughly evaluated my concerns, gives great directive for follow up and has a warm and respectful bedside manner. It’s a 35 minute drive for me but this is my new go to.

Dr. Kohanski took great care of me, she was friendly, funny and sooo nice and she reassured me during and after the procedure and walked me through the procedure every step of the way. I was in great hands she was the only one to help me after going to two different places that refused to remove what I thought was a cyst as told that was my prior diagnosis from elsewhere and learned that it was actually a abscess. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve sat there with that on my face till April of next year seeing as the place I was recommended to go was booked up. She said let’s see what we can do and she most certainly did just that I am forever grateful for her and her staff who were amazing, nice and friendly especially Abeer she was so funny and sweet and made me feel so comfortable her energy was amazing. I’d make the drive out there anytime just to get help from them. You come here your guaranteed great service this was my second time here and even when I brought my kids here I had an amazing experience. I’d recommend this urgent care to anyone 10/10

I was really curious about this place as it is NOT common to see a medical facility with such high rating. We decided to give it a try and had a GREAT experience. Everyone was great and friendly, the place was even cozy (extremely rare at a Urgent Care unit!!) and they didn't try to push medicine right away but rather, come to an agreement with us based on what felt best for us. :) Hoping all other urgent care and medical offices can keep up with this one!😁

The staff was a delight to work with. The front office greeted me right away and began getting me checked in. The nurse was an absolute delight. Put me at ease and made me feel like a person, not just a patient. Same with the NP that saw me. I hope to never have to return but if I do need urgent care, I'll be there!

Called in with some questions about my insurance the receptionist was very thorough and helped me get a better understanding of my co pay. Made an appointment during that phone call, upon arrival i was taken in quickly and was evaluated by the Dr within 15 min of being there. Dr was prompt and professional and diagnosed me instantly with an ear infection. Prescribed me antibiotics and i was on my way, next time when needed i will return to this urgent care

I made an appointment over the phone and when I showed up for it, it wasn't in their system. Luckily they remembered me from our phonecall and took care of it.. I was in a room within 5 minutes after being checked in. I went in for an injured heel that I couldn't put any weight on. So, they did X-rays and it turned out it, I had a bruised bone with lots of swelling. They gave me the option of an air cast or just staying off my foot. So, I took the cast and they sent me on my way. I was in and out within an hour. They were very kind and knowledgeable! Thank you! 🙏🏻

They helped me with my insurance in 2 minutes and then I was in the waiting room for 1 minute and talked to a nurse for 30 seconds and the doctor for 30 seconds . So from the time I walked in to the time I was done it was less than 5 minutes. And they helped me a lot I’m very grateful.

My niece had a cough for almost two weeks, she is 18 months young, the professionalism and the attentiveness of the staff and doctors is admirable, didn’t know they took children but they even have a small section with a tiny table and chairs, very cute, we were in an out in about 25 min, registration is done online so it’s fast and easy, I’m glad that this clinic is by my house now I don’t have to drive 25 minutes to Springfield, if I could I’d give it 10 stars.

Reason for visit-severe cut on finger due to hedge trimmer, needed stitches. Scheduling was a breeze online! The receptionist would have helped me as well. She was very informed, intelligent, friendly and kind. The check-in was immediate. All staff was friendly, understanding, and kind. Made the appointment for my father, he had a cough that wasn't going away. I like the ease of being able to make the appointment online. We were in and out in a little over a hour. During the exam the PA, Brian Daly, noticed something that needed urgent attention and stated we should go to the ER. I would say that is going above and beyond.. we listened and everything checked out for the good. I would definitely recommend Priority Care for quick hit issues.

I had a wonderful time at this urgent care despite being sick. The office was clean and organized, the staff were very helpful and kind, and the option to book an appointment was smooth and easy to use. The nurse who took my lung X-rays was very sweet and even helped me take my necklaces off! And the nurse who took my original intake was very kind and understanding of my symptoms. I felt heard by the staff at this practice, which was very comforting. I also had a pleasant experience with the doctor who was very compassionate and explained my treatment plan with me and answered all of my questions. The reception team up front was very welcoming and got me seen very quickly after I checked in. Thank you Priority Urgent Care!

Beware of this place! If you are paying a copay, pay it cash if possible. They charged my debit card for the copay and almost a month later they charged me $200 more because supposedly my insurance didn’t pay. I called my medical insurance and they told me that the clinic never sent a bill. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS PEOPLE TO KEEP MY CARD ON THEIR RECORDS. I went to Priority urgent Care in Chicopee today. Called ahead and got an appt. Got there, very pleasant receptionist, and pretty quickly I was showed into a room. Pretty quickly after that, I had an x-ray. Waited in room for maybe another 15 mins then doc came in to explain results. I was taken care of efficiently, quickly and everyone was very pleasant. Sooooo much quicker and much more of a pleasant experience than having to go to an emergency room.

All staff are very professional and friendly. They demonstrate a compassionate atmosphere. The assistant at the front dest is very helpful and polite. I needed to have an X-ray done and the Radiography Tech was so professional knowledgeable and well educated. She explained everything she would be doing and why. After my X-ray was complete and sent out to a radiologist, the result time was very reasonable. the NP obtained the results and explained in Layman”s terms what the X-Ray reveled. They compassionately referred me to advanced medical care. I highly recommend Priority Urgent Care, Chicopee MA. Receive professional, compassionate and knowledgeable care without the half day wait at the ER.

The Priority Urgent Care in Chicopee is the best I've encountered. Kind folks, from the receptionist to the nurses to the nurse practitioners. And all of them so knowledgeable! They really listen, ask all the right questions and are informed and wise. I was see at the Chicopee location last week and treated with antibiotics for a pneumonia. Unfortunately the antibiotics left me with a new and very uncomfortable symptom. I contacted the same office today and was told by an MA that the doctor working this evening would need to see me because she was not the prescribing physician. The NA told me to come down. I reached the office at 6:20. The MA apologized and stated that they could not see me because she was not aware the front desk were no longer accepting walk ins for the evening? I am just wondering why this is not stated on the web site. I do see it states the office closes at 7:45 and I also saw the appointment slots were full for tonight however,I do not see anything stated that walk ins are only taken up to a certain time and I’m just wondering what time are walk ins not accepted for future reference.
