I always have a great experience when I come here, and it’s because of Davia and Nikki. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because their customer service is out of this world! They take their time to explain everything to you and they don’t rush you out of the room! I was able to talk to them about any concerns I have and I felt no judgement from them! So I definitely recommend anybody to come here and enjoy this 5 star experience from these two beautiful ladies!!!

I love Dr.marc he really cares about women's health especially women of color I gave him a. Hard time at first but realized he was only doing what was safe for me and my child I really appreciate him so much for that.and would let him deliver my future children. Would recommend him to anyone I know.

I absolutely love coming to this office. The ladies at the front desk are always so kind and welcoming and the nurses make you feel so comfortable and always make sure that you’re feeling good. I have come here for both of my pregnancies. Second time around I had a high-risk pregnancy and Dr. JEAN Giles took the absolute best care of me and my daughter. He always made me feel safe and always answered any questions I had. He did a great job of making me feel seen and heard for both pregnancies. He also has delivered two of my family members babies. You can say we absolutely love him. I occasionally saw the mid wife Karif and she was always amazing and very helpful. Definitely will be coming back for baby number three and for an occasional compliment.

I am a nee patient and I had such a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and I was scheduled to have my Nexplanon removed the same week. I didn’t wait too long and Shamica was personable and extremely knowledgeable.

Dr. JG is awesome I had to come on here and give a positive review I saw him with my first pregnancy back in 2019 healthy baby and delivery. and back now In 2023 nothing has changed still awesome.The Dr. Was very nice and patient with me and addressed all my concerns and questions. Did not feel rushed at all! Everyone was sweet and nice from front desk to labs! Perfect! Also there were no wait times!!!!!

I loved this office! I had my daughter almost a year ago and still talk about Dr. Jean Giles! I moved to Georgia when i was 7 months and being high risk it was so hard to find an office that would accept me. I’m so glad they accepted me and I was able to have my baby by them. They show how much they care about you and the health of your unborn. I ended up having to have a c-section due to my baby being breeched and he did such a good job at making my family and I feel comfortable and safe. The operation went so smooth and my scar has healed so nicely! I 100% would refer anyone to him! Don’t even think about going to this office just go!

I really enjoyed my experience here with my first child, staff was very friendly and helpful through the whole pregnancy. They made the whole having a baby during Covid not as bad as I would’ve imagined, Now im back for prenatal care for my second child.

Ok so my experience with abundant life started off a lil rocky because of one nurse, but the rest of the staff really turned it around! The phlebotomist is so cool and made me forget I was even getting stuck, the other nurses are so much fun and always made every visit so pleasant, and the doctor was amazing I didn’t have one bad experience with him!

I love the doctor and staff. If I ever had any issues I would be able to get an appointment same day. Everyone is friendly, professional, and family oriented. I couldn’t chose a better place to go. And the doctor is easy on the eyes, love it!

If you're looking for an amazing doctor to deliver your baby I definitely recommend Marc Jean Giles. He listened to me and made sure I had the birth experience that was best for me. He's confident, and makes you feel confident and assured about your delivery. I had such an amazing birth experience this time around after having a traumatic birth with my first baby and I owe it all to this doctor.

I had my first and recently my second baby with them; Dr Jean-Gilles took both deliveries and everything went well. Abundant Healthcare always take good care of me. And the ladies; omg they’re the absolute best, very friendly and nice. I always look forward to my appointments so I can see and chat with them. Would highly recommend ??

I was having a hard time finding a doctors office that would see me so late in my pregnancy. Surprisingly, Abundant Life Healthcare had availability and didn’t give me the run around like other places have. Since then my experience has been awesome! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The wait time isn’t long and the office is clean. I’m surprised they don’t have a higher rating. I would deff recommend!

Dr. Jean-Gilles & Staff are exceptional. This is our second baby with the same doctor. They are very professional, down to earth and confident beyond the measure of a textbook. This OB/GYN knows his craft. This practice is relaxed but holds itself to a high standards. My family and I thank Abundant Life Healthcare for being in our corner during this life changing event. ?????????????

Great expierence! Dr Jean-Giles delivered both my babies and I’m so grateful that he did! There’s no one else I’d trust more than him! Office visits were usual wait, I always made them on non busy days. Staff is super nice, and the NP always made me feel at ease! Would 10/10 come back for my next pregnancy- if we decided on more bundles of joy! But absolutely love this office and the experience I’ve had in the last 3 years! —- appointment wait time is per usual- I’m very punctual and always showed up about 10-5 mins early. Staff is great w blood work- I hate needles- but they always have you distracted by talking about random things! Thank you for all the attention and helping me bring healthy babies into this world! - Emmanuel & Yolanda!

I'm a new patient and I've had nothing but the best experience working with Roxanne Rios. I was having an insurance issue and she was so patient and understanding with me. She went above and beyond to help me get taken care of and always answers any questions I have. Roxanne has great customer service skills! The ultrasound nurse is very talented and kind, the nurse that did my blood work is very nice and was so quick. Dr. Jean-Gilles was quick to see me at my scheduled time and I felt very comfortable and at ease that he is going to take good care of me and my baby. I look forward to every appointment! :)

Ok so this is my first pregnancy and I had watched Dr. Marc Jean Gilles deliver my best friends baby girl and he did such a fantastic job so I decided to come check them out and I absolutely love him and the staff! They are so sweet and treat you like family I love Roxanna at the front desk because she was so on point with communication and letting me know the sex of my baby. She deserves a raise for sure ! She kept her word and did everything she promised to do and did it as if I was a family member and that’s rare to find in doctors offices.. Dr. Marc Jean Gilles is awesome!! I normally would go with a female doctor but I was very impressed with watching him deliver (and I’ve watched a lot of deliveries due to a large family )he definitely knows what he’s doing! and every visit I’ve had so far he has made me feel even more confident in having him be apart of this special time in my life. You won’t be disappointed coming here and having Dr Gilles take care of you and your baby. (:

I was new to the area, and pregnant. I chose this doctor office from looking around online, and looking who’s close to me loved the reviews about this office. I’m so glad I chose Dr. Jean-Gilles. Honestly was nervous about having a guy doctor. Just bc I never had one before. He is such an amazing doctor though. You get a lot one on one with this doctors office, all of the nurse stuff are so sweet. And I’m so glad he delivered my first baby, he made me feel comfortable during the whole pregnancy and when I was crowning. Whenever I have another baby I will be back. ?? I switched from Gwinnett Physicians Group (which was a terrible experience) to Abundant Life Healthcare early on in my pregnancy and it was the best decision i could’ve made. Ever since the beginning of my pregnancy the doctors and staff made me feel like i was family. Dr. Jean-Gilles is an amazing doctor, he takes his time with his patients to answer any and all questions you may have & gives you very useful information each & every visit. he has made my overall experience better than i could’ve imagined. I’m so grateful to have had him deliver my son. i highly recommend this practice, 10/10!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Jean-Gilles for almost 4yrs mos. I've been under his care delivering 3 babies. Dr. Jean-Gilles is very informative, efficient, and lovable! My visits have always been pleasant, comfortable, and smooth. With a recent move, I chose not to change my ON because I love Abundant Life Healthcare as a whole; The staff is also great and timely with handling all of your needs; Even on hectic days, they always get the job/request done as a whole. I'm forever satisfied & honored.

Doctor Giles and his staff were very friendly and professional. He has great bedside manner and made me feel as comfortable as possible during my exam. I have PTSD from sexual abuse as a child and he understood my discomfort and uneasyness during the exam and took great care to make sure I was okay. Even though the office was very busy, my appointment was still pretty much on time. I look forward to using Doctor Giles and his team throughout my pregnancy.

Some people had a bad experience. But I had my first child here and it was the best experience. Everyone was knowledgeable. I was ALWAYS late to my appts and they were still nice to me. The midwife Debbie is not a racist. I'm black which everyone can see and my fiance is African, his traits are noticable. Debbie has many patients, so she is quick at what she do, that's a good thing. Not a lot of places has midwives that you can grow with.. nor receptionists that can actually tell you which doc appts are important vs the non-important. It's never a long hold time when you call... And trust me, I called ALOT! I was offered to be induced because I was already at 41 wks and my daughter was not ready to come out. Docs will push what they feel is important to the baby...and some just want the money. In this case.. it was a option given to me to ensure that the baby was safe. I ended up not needing the inducement. I recent transferred to another location off Buford... I WANT TO GO BACK TO DEBBIE! I know from first hand of the signs to look for if your being mistreated b/c of my job. And never once, was I mistreated. The best damn midwife ever had!

My experience has been quite wonderful. When I first enter the practice it was due to a very negative experience;and I was quite jaded. But I remembered Dr. Marc from a previous encounter during my first pregnancy he was kind, professional; and he took the time to listen,which is something I greatly appreciated;and needed at the time. Finding that he had gone sole made me very happy;because we need more caring doctors in the world. In addition, to him going sole he gained a midwife named Debbie. She is the most wonderful person I have ever met. She not only loves her work, which shows in her patient interaction. She is also very knowledgeable,patient,and kind. She gave me confidence during my second pregnancy ;and she assured me that, I can in fact have my baby; and that everything was going to be okay. She was right ;and because of her ,I know when I have my third child there is no one, I trust more ,to handle my delivery. Dr. Marc you have something great in Debbie. Also "KUDOS " to Debbie for being voted number two Certified Nurse Midwife in Atlanta Parent Magazine. You are number one in my book! Thank you for all that you do ! Dr.Marc and Debbie are truly amazing! Life long patient here!

Today was my first visit here and I was skeptical due to the reviews I had read. The facility smelled good, the waiting area is clean and organized,they have a t.v and a couch that makes you want to take a nap. The waiting time was average like in any medical facility. I was seen by the midwife (Debbie) for my gyn exam and she was WONDERFUL! I have to say that the whole staff was professional and friendly. All my concerns were addressed by the midwife and all pending appointments were made before I left their office by the front staff. I can't emphasize how satisfied I am with this office and as a patient just makes me question the negative reviews that have been written yet we all have different views. I met other patients in office and started talking and they all were highly satisfied. I learned that appointment reminders were through their patient portal. The midwife wore gloves as she entered the room and washed her hands on her way out, I too needed blood work done and the nurse sanitized her hands, then proceeded to wearing gloves before cleaning the area where she was going to draw blood from, she had wonderful bedside manners and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole process. I will definitely continue my care her and I can't wait to become pregnant and have Debbie and the staff take care of me. I hope my review helps those considering coming to this office.
