I love NP Heather. She is so warm and listens to all my health issues. She doesn’t dismiss anything and is very thorough with her testing. I travel 30 mins just to see her.

Needing a dermatologist to take this growth thing off my bottom eyelid I looked through MANY docs and finally found a pic of FNP Mara Scaramella who looked like the kindest of all of those listed in my benefits! Took a chance and booked appt. Day before they send me the reminder and SHOCK! I thought I made appt at office near me but NO...blondie here booked at NORTH PHX office 48 minutes away! UGH. Not wanting to be a NO SHOW (How rude!) I drove...and drove...and drove. On the 5th floor of this parking garage I took this pic and sent to my bestie and told her if I disappear this is where I was last! Trying to break into the locked door by shaking and shaking it, the nicest young lady Melissa came and let me in. She said they were at lunch but I could go ahead and come in if I wanted! How sweet! (She probably knew I would squish my face against the window til she opened the door) She chatted me up with friendly conversation and had music on and sang a few words. OF COURSE, me being me, I started sing along SHOUT, SHOUT, LET IT ALL OUT....:) so I knew I had chosen the RIGHT OFFICE! Doc Mara was AMAZING!! She is adorable, so perky and friendly from the time she walked in the room!! Zero rushing you, lots of friendly chat and even shared personal stories to make you feel more comfortable. Found out we both had worked for rival major airlines!! She also got her Nursing license young so has lots of experience in many fields of medicine. I have a lot of medical issues so she was patient while we discussed each one. To choose a doctor randomly and hit the jackpot was worth the drive. I will be absolutely using Doc Mara and her sidekick Melissa the next time I can "telemed" for sure and maybe if I hit the lottery I can afford the gas to go see them on the 5th floor again! Book your appointment with Centra Internal Medicine and Doc Mara Scaramella and you will not be sorry if you live anywhere close to their office....she is WONDERFUL!! I am an expert on bedside manner and she rocks it.....and bonus! Melissa at the front desk could be the lead singer in a rock band!! Thanks for checking out my review! <3

You're texting details do need to be improved. My appointment was at 9:45. At 9:30 You sent a text to me saying see you at 9:00. That's really not helpful.

Mara Scaramella was excellent. She was extremely attentive, asked a ton of questions, and just all around knowledgeable. Very much recommend Mara and I will now use her for any primary care medical treatment moving forward! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and at peace.

I love heather mednansky I've been her patient for years now she's understanding KindHeart and amazing she calms you when your sad or worried she's always here for her patients she's the only person I trust and the staff and nurses are as amazing as heather it's the best office I've ever been too thank you all for the best few years and many to come hugs to all

I can’t say enough about the doctors, nurses and other staff here. I’ve been coming here for roughly 5 years and everyone is always professional and courteous especially at times when I haven’t deserved it. There’ve been times where I I have been short with them and their response is always kindness. I highly recommend this office whether you’re 100 years old or have a one-year-old. Top notch, caring people.

NP Heather is always nice and easy to talk to. She takes time to listen and answer all our questions. We would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone and so for Dr. Sahni, Manish. Centra Internal Medicine and the rest of its staff, from the MA's and those at the front desk, they are all nice and have great customer service.

I needed to be seen for a F/U, post ER visit. I made an appointment through the Centra Internal Medicine website, as it was an option and was able to book the following day! I received a confirmation email the morbid the appointment and text an hour later. I arrived to my appointment to discover the office did not have me on the books and told me that the person who handles the appointments made through the website wasn’t in, and PatientPop, Inc doesn’t work with their system. I was concerned as my reason for my ER visit was rather important so I asked them if they wouldn’t mind checking my BP before sending me out the door to come back another day for an appointment. The MA agreed and took me back to the examination room and took my BP, must have been high as she looked and me and told me to stay there and she would be right back. Evidently she went and explained what happened to the FNP Ms Mednansky, as she came in and proceeded to ask me how I was feeling and so forth. This office took an unfortunate situation due to a booking deficiency and gave me the best medical service I’ve ever had in the state of Arizona. Ms. Mednansky was patient with me, and thorough and addressed everything I needed to be addressed. The front office staff deserve kudos for helping me out, and I genuinely thank them for helping me get the care I needed. I highly recommend this provider for your health care needs and I know I will continue to see her as a patient. God bless you. ???

Dr. Sahni is absolutely AWESOME!!! I've had a lot of experience with dozens of different types of doctors in different states and know when a doctor is good or bad. I truly can say that Dr. Sahni & his medical assistant Michelle are GREAT! Which is a rare find in today's Health system. In the last 10 years, I've been battling an autoimmune disease along with other health problems and have had little luck until I met Dr. Sahni 3 years ago. Dr. Sahni was the one that changed my life in more ways then any doctor has by improving my health & feeling better. I am so thankful to Dr. Sahni and Michelle for how they have helped me that no amount of words could truly describe my appreciation. They are freakin AWESOME!!!!! ?

My experience with centra internal medicine is GREAT! Heather and Dr Sahni are the most caring and dedicated health professionals that I've meet so far and I have no intention to change my PCP office , the lady's in the front desk Michelle and Leslie are dedicated and very professional sweet and caring when ever I have any questions or concerns this are always answered promptly BEST HEALTH CARE OFFICE!?

He sees my wife and I every month . We drive from Tucson just to see him . He listens and is easy to talk to . Been seeing him for two years now . He is intelligent and explains it in ways you can understand. Friendly staff . Calm atmosphere. Definitely recommend .

Best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of having as my primary care physician. My husband and I see him together every month . We drive hours just to see him because we feel he is thorough , attentive , knowledgeable, and friendly . His staff is well mannered and respectful . Been going to him for two years now . I tried the juverderm lip filler and he did an amazing job like I knew he would ! Highly recommended.

My daughter needed a primary care physician to establish care so I thought about Centra Internal Medicine. I've known Dr. SAHNI MANISH and his staff for quite sometime and they've always been great to their patients. My daughter had a wonderful experience with her first visit. Dr. Sahni is a very good and excellent physician. And Michelle, his medical assistant is very professional, friendly, and is very kind.

I really like Dr. Sahni, since he moved into a private office he has really steped up when it comes to having the time to be personable therefore when I see him Im his patient not a just a number in the waiting room.
