Being a new practice owner it has been a challenge to manage the many aspects of running a business. Website design and management along with SEO is not in my wheelhouse as a medical professional. Along came Patient Gain to the rescue. Working with the team, specifically Ashleigh and Roz, has really allowed me to focus on what I love and that is providing top notch patient care. They are there to answer every question and fulfill each request I have at the drop of a hat. Their team has taken so much of the stress out of my daily routine. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with their service. I really feel that they are a part of my team at Primary Prevention Center. Love this company they do such a great job with my practice. If there’s some thing I need changed or added to my website, they take care of it within hours. They are taking a lot of the stress out of website managing and SEO and we are ranked pretty high now!

Breath of fresh air after leaving another marketing company. I love the monthly check ups, fast responses. It's only been two months and our SEO is much improved as well as our Google rankings. Having the phones ring after dead silence for months opening a new business is amazing for us. Highly recommend!

Patient Gain has been such a pleasure to work with. As a private practice, navigating the marketing aspects of the business is challenging, time consuming, and expensive. Our team at Patient Gain does an outstanding job - Engaging, supportive, easy to reach, and fun to work with! The online portal used for incoming leads gives you a very clear picture of how effective your marketing is working. They provide feedback as they constantly monitor your practice and suggest different ways to help generate more traffic. We are extremely satisfied with Patient Gain and wish we would have made the switch earlier. Jaslyn and Roz are top notch - can't say enough good things.

I have been working with Patient Gain for a few months now and have been very pleased with their services. From the start they have demonstrated unmatched responsiveness in answering our questions and helping us with any issues that have arisen along the way to going live with our new website. We have been very needy as a clinic and expect a lot out of the service. They have been patient with our many questions and have sought to improve when we’ve offered feedback to their team. We’ve been working with Chloe, Shaz and Jennifer and all three have been so helpful. I appreciate their open and receptive attitudes towards the feedback we’ve given and their willingness to listen to our concerns and then quickly correct any issues that we are not satisfied with. We start cooperating with PatientGain this year. They optimized our website. The most valuable thing is that they put several communication tools on the web pages so that patients can "talk" to us more conveniently. When patient enters something in the web page, we get alerts. We can response immediately. And patient's satisfaction increases dramatically. PatientGain is really help.

Patient Gain has been instrumental in helping me start my private practice. They have created a beautiful website and have helped guide me through every step of the process. I had 90 patient appointment requests through the website before I even opened my doors. Patient gain marketing company staff, administration, and management are very professional and helpful , and they are doing their jobs very efficiently. We are happy to work with them. Being in Canada can be difficult at times when working with an American company as insurance and other things can be very different. However working with Sarah has been great, she's based in Canada and understands how things work here, highly recommend her!

The entire team at Patient Gain is top notch. We've had nothing but great experiences with them. They are incredibly responsive and get things done quickly. Our website looks professional and it is much easier to understand and use than our old website. In addition, the site allows for customers to get in touch multiple ways. It's clear that they are experts in what they do.

We have only been with Patient Gain for a couple of months now but are really happy with the service they provide. Communication with Anne and Manny have been great. When we have wanted to make changes to our website, they are very responsive and quick to incorporate them. In this short time with them we are already are seeing great results with our SEO.

I am amending my stars and if I could put ZERO STARS I would. This company is great as long as you are spending $50,000 per year with them. Then, you give your 30-days notice to cancel (as required by their contract) and they basically shut down your site by claiming that people are trying to copy their content from the site. I assured them that the new website company (that will cost only $6,000 per year) is definitely NOT copying their content. I explain that myself and other employees are simply doing what we've always done - copying and pasting things like addresses of OUR office locations because it's easier than typing it out, or trying to copy and paste basic information on a physician (pretty sure the physician's credentials and schooling isn't Patient Gain's content!) - and they continue to hide behind their claim that their "bots" or whatever have told them people are. trying to copy the site. Well, guess what, the addresses, names and credentials of our staff, our physicians and even the names of treatments and procedures that WE perform is NOT THEIR content. They don't own it, so we have every right to copy and paste it into an email or whatever we are doing. And their bots can't tell them exactly what's being copied, they just use this as AN EXCUSE to screw anyone who gives them notice that they are canceling and systematically shut down or delete their pages. DO NOT USE this company. There is NO REASON a website for a medical practice should cost over $50,000 per year! They get you by charging you several hundred dollars a month for each additional location you open - even if you still only have ONE WEBSITE. This is nothing bus B.S. NO other company charges to add locations to an existing website. We didn't request a separate website for each location. We simply wanted the locations listed on our ONE WEBSITE. Then, they start adding $15, $30, $60 and $100 charges each month for each of your locations that have over a certain amount of contacts and whatever else they can use to drive your bill up. I told them I was concerned about the insane costs. They did nothing to offer lower prices, they just kept telling us we were number 1 on search engines. There are lots of ways to become #1 on search engines that don't cost $50K per year! Then, when I give my 30-days notice because I have found a company that will cost less than $10k per year, they say "oh, we can get your cost down to that." What?! I sent numerous emails about cost and clearly indicated that I was concerned with how high it was, yet they never mentioned they had options that were 80% lower! Not once! Stay away from this company. There are better options out there!

We are a relatively new medical practice. We found PatientGain on line and we are so happy with the relationships we have formed and how amazing Andy and Sarah have been in helping Integrated Healthcare of South Florida literally gain patients. They created a unique and professional website for us that is easy for patients and potential patients to maneuver through. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism PatientGain has shown,. Andy and Sarah respond to my emails immediately and they address all of our concerns and requests in a very timely manner. In just a few short months we have seen our practice is grow with all the new leads we get from our new website. I would highly recommend PatientGain to any practice who is looking to grow their patient load and who wants to be led by a very knowledgeable team.

Working with the Patient Gain team has been nothing but wonderful. They are super responsive, work extremely quickly and best of all, they don't impose their will on you; they understand when to allow your ideas to lead the conversation, but also are very aware of when to step in and use their experience and expertise to guide you to where you need to be. Service offerings are fully transparent and their are no surprises at all. After a few months of working with them, we would recommend them to any other startup practice like ourselves just looking for guidance. Very satisfied!
