Chelsea Poe @ Triad Internal Medicine, Mack Road location, is an amazing Provider. She listens and addresses your medical concerns. Her Nurse is amazing as well as the Front Desk staff.

Mrs.Poe was very kind and compassionate. She was very concerned about my knee. She just returned from leave so this was my first time meeting her. She explained her plan for my care, and asked if I had any concerns!

Dr. Poe is wonderful! She listens to all of my concerns. And prescribes the medication I need. She has worked with me to get the right protocol for my migraines and willingly fills out the cumbersome FLMA paperwork I have to have to protect my employment. I always feel safe with her and thankful to have her as my doctor. I would recommend her to everyone but especially women who have trauma issues or who were not treated well by doctors in the past.

I've been seeing Chelsea for 3 years now. After going other places,she saw something wrong with me immediately. She had me go to the hospital an hour later and they admitted me for heart failure. She most assuredly saved my life that day. I've been doing well since and have returned to work full time. She's the first Doctor I've felt safe seeing since. Thank you Chelsea so much.

They are wonderful! You get your personal and total attention of all the staff there. Your prescriptions are called in and waiting for you at the pharmacy. Absolutely no complaints!
