Up until February I was in such a dark hopeless place. I accepted that this is just what my life was going to be, an unhappy soul in the shell of a person that’s just barely existing, no highlights, no lowlights, just an “extra” watching life pass by.. then I met Hannah and EVERYTHING changed. Everything. That was the last month I had a panic or anxiety attack, that was the last month that I’d wake up daily feeling like just getting out of bed was a pointless task, it became the first month that I became happy, I started to finally love myself and my life. On paper I was born in 1991, but it feels like my life didn’t actually start until feb 2026. She took my mental health from the 2014 Knicks to the 1996 bulls. Hannah restored my confidence and gave me hope for the first time in my life. I don’t know what karma points I’ve earned in life for our paths to cross but I pray everyone that’s ever felt the way I did has that same blessing from the universe to find Hannah. Thank you for changing my life.

I'm hoping that this review might help at least one person struggling with mental health. If you're reading this, all you need to do is call Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I’ve been to so many doctors that I was honestly starting to feel hopeless, burnt out, and was close to shutting down, but this has been a different experience that has completely changed my life for good. I started my journey with Daniela Contreras. She is incredibly intelligent, empathic, and kind. She made me feel safe enough that I was able to open up to her and share everything I was struggling with. I am currently seeing Dr. Sabina Goldstein (same practice). She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly brilliant. After years of struggling with PTSD, feeling overwhelmed, and frustrated, I'm finally able to sleep better, feel good, refreshed, and ready to tackle my day. It may not sound very important, but not being able to sleep and rest had become a huge issue for me because I was always too tired to perform simple tasks. Not being able to sleep and rest had me on fight/flight mode. Dr. Goldstein is also very patient, empathic, and understanding. I have a lot of stress and anxiety affecting me, and she takes the time to address everything without ever making me feel rushed. That means a lot, especially since I tend to ask a lot of questions and, I talk a LOT! Dr. Goldstein takes the time to look at the whole picture instead of making me feel like just another appointment on her calendar. She has never made me feel like a burden for that. There is an incredible number of reasons that make me a very complicated patient. Dr. Goldstein has somehow been able to compartmentalize each problem and has been extremely helpful in targeting each problem separately. Her staff, Karianne and Kerly, are just as impressively sharp, friendly, and always responsive. Every time I reach out, I get a prompt and helpful reply, which is not something I can say about most places. What stands out the most is how I never feel like just another number here. With so many doctor’s appointments in my life, I was starting to feel extremely overwhelmed, but this team has been a refreshing change. I feel much better, and I'm ready to move to the next phase of my mental health journey. I’m very grateful to have found them. I highly recommend Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches. P.S. My experience has been great. I feel I get more than I pay for. Ashley Toledo connects with you in a real way and makes you feel like you matter... not just another customer buying medicine. So, I have no regrets coming here for treatment. I've been here about four months now and don't see myself going anywhere else. I live in Port Saint Lucie, but I use telehealth calls for my appointments. Makes it easy.

I have had an excellent experience with Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches Fort Lauderdale with Ashley Toledo. She is takes time to really listen and is very empathetic. I don't think I have ever been as comfortable speaking with someone in regard to my mental health as I have been with her. The office staff has also been very friendly and responsive. I would strongly recommend Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches and specifically Ashley Toledo, PMHNP-BC.

Dr. Rodrigo has been an incredible support for our family during very difficult times. He has been caring for our 21-year-old son who is on the autism spectrum. Even while he was on vacation, he checked his messages, called us back, and spent over 40 minutes speaking with us when we needed help the most. He has always been there for us during our hardest days, and we are truly grateful for his dedication, care, and compassion.

Great relaxing comfortable and peaceful environment to get your thoughts and emotions out to the forefront. The psychologist is good at identifying issues and behaviors and give solutions on how to work on them for positive results.
