I get a seasonal facial with Traci and it’s always a 5 star relaxing experience. As a guy, I’m still getting used to spa treatments and Traci always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Will follow her wherever her career takes her, and you should too!

I came here for a facial for my birthday and I must say I had an amazing experience. Tracy was my aesthetician and she made my face GLOW - my grandmother even confirmed it. I felt well taken care of and will definitely be back. Tracy was so informed and answered all of my questions. I would honestly say the best part of this experience is Teresa who provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. She is not only super friendly, but genuinely helpful and warm. Her energy made me decide to stop by again and use their services. Amazing!

The best experience I’ve ever had with a new company , had my special needs son with me & they were SOOOOO kind & even more understanding. On top of that goodness, they are knowledgeable about their services , set you up for success with discounts & helped me get work done within my budget. Their space is decorated so cute & kept clean! Neuvospa is hands down the only place I trust for my self-care. Their cosmetic spa services are unmatched every time I walk in, I know I’m in the best hands. I’ve had both Botox and facials here, and the results are always flawless. The true stars are Rana and Dayker. They are the BEST injectors I’ve ever met their touch is so gentle you don’t even feel a thing. I always leave feeling fresh, renewed, and confident. I had an amazing experience at Neuvo Spa! The staff was professional and friendly, and the spa was clean and relaxing. It’s also beautifully decorated. I got an Oxygeneo facial from Allie and the results were fantastic—exactly what I wanted. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. I’ve scheduled my next appointment for laser hair removal. It will be my first time trying this but I’m happy to be trying it at Neuvo. I know they will make the experience a good one. Highly recommend Neuvo for anyone looking for top-notch treatments!

Got a deluxe hair spa and facial and it was a nice experience. I do wish there was a different bed though, the massage bed was a little too hard with not enough cushion. And I came out with severe back pain after. But other than the bed it was good!

This review is a few weeks late, but wow very impressed with this place and so glad I found them randomly. They accommodated me on the spot after another med spa lost my reservation and wasted my time- I had gotten childcare just to get my dysport done and was so disappointed until I called Nuevo Salon & Spa on my way home and they fit me in! The facility was clean and inviting, the staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone, especially if you’re looking for dysport rather than just Botox (I’m personally not a fan of Botox and a lot of places off Botox only.)

I had the best facial here. I suffer from dry skin and experienced a major breakout after my session my face cleared up if it wasn’t for the knowledge I gained during the session I wouldn’t be able to maintain my skin and understand what products work best for my skin.

It was really wonderful to sit down with the beautiful Rana and come up with a plan to address my concerns with my face. I have been to a number of med spas over the years this place is the best by far , The office and staff are also very nice. The price is reasonable too. My impression is that they dont push the spa products for your face, which I appreciate. I am so happy I found this place ! I highly recommend and will definitely come back ❤️

She is friendly, knowledgeable, very honest, professional and takes her time to explain everything in details by answering all the questions you may have for her. Great experience!!!! I had been looking for somewhere to get facials for a while. I’m picky though so wanted to take my time. I heard of this new spa opening real close to home. After seeing and reading the many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I have not stopped going since. Service is excellent. Staff is so sweet and knowledge. The place looks amazing and so welcoming. Rana, the owner/manager, treats all clients like family. Love how patient and transparent she is when explaining services/treatments. Aliyah has done my facials and she is excellent! Please give this place a try! You won’t regret it. I have also enlisted my mom as a faithful customer 😉 and recommended to several friends.

If you need/want anything done do NOT HESITATE to trust all you needs here. Rawan is my laser technician she’s amazing and Aziza is my Botox/filler nurse practitioner. I always feel amazing leaving here!

I had been looking for somewhere to get facials for a while. I’m picky though so wanted to take my time. I heard of this new spa opening real close to home. After seeing and reading the many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I have not stopped going since. Service is excellent. Staff is so sweet and knowledge. The place looks amazing and so welcoming. Rana, the owner/manager, treats all clients like family. Love how patient and transparent she is when explaining services/treatments. Aliyah has done my facials and she is excellent! Please give this place a try! You won’t regret it. I have also enlisted my mom as a faithful customer 😉 and recommended to several friends.

I love this place, I got Botox done by Rana the injector, she make sure I understand the process step by step, Great service, professional, knowledgeable staff and beautiful facility. I can't wait to go back for more treatments!

I get a seasonal facial with Traci and it’s always a 5 star relaxing experience. As a guy, I’m still getting used to spa treatments and Traci always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Will follow her wherever her career takes her, and you should too!

I recently went for a facial with JuJu her and all the staff are professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their clients' well-being. They are knowledgeable about the treatments and products, and they take the time to listen to your needs.

Got a deluxe hair spa and facial and it was a nice experience. I do wish there was a different bed though, the massage bed was a little too hard with not enough cushion. And I came out with severe back pain after. But other than the bed it was good!

10/10 recommend to anyone!! Juju did amazing & definitely coming again!!

Came in for Botox and had a great experience

I had the best facial here. I suffer from dry skin and experienced a major breakout after my session my face cleared up if it wasn’t for the knowledge I gained during the session I wouldn’t be able to maintain my skin and understand what products work best for my skin.

My experience was amazing, i had a headspa and an express facial by juju. Both services were so relaxing and juju made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I definitely recommend trying them out.

Top tier service. Results are their main priority so when I brought my mother in law in with some skin concerns they curated a skin care package for long term results even after the treatments provided. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely a gem in WC

Rana was amazing with her botox treatment. I had some concerns being a first time botox patient and previously having bells palsy. She was very informative of how botox would help me with the symmetry and explained everything. She put all of my concerns at ease. 10/10 recommended!!
