I've been a client with Kimina Counseling since 2021. To put it lightly, working with Amina has changed my life. I'd struggled with anxiety, spiraling, overthinking, and people pleasing for my whole life and the tools and practice we have used in therapy started helping immediately. I feel more secure than I've ever been and even when something triggering comes up I have the tools needed to get through it. Therapy in general is an amazing tool, but I can say that the owners of this practice care immensely about patient health and it's much much more than a business.
