I had an incredible hydra facial experience with Yana. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a water and warm towel in a relaxing welcome area. My face looked incredibly smooth and clean after the facial. I also loved the ice massage with with the alo mask. They also have a wide selection of products in case you are looking for recommendations for your routine.

Can’t recommend this place more. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been working with Paige on my acne issues since December and my skin has never looked better. I’ve done multiple sessions of laser hair removal, hydrafacial and laser facials. Everything has been on point. Don’t hesitate coming here, you won’t wanna go elsewhere afterwards.

The ladies at Brickell Cosmetic Center always get my skin glowing! I have been coming here for a year and a half and I trust them with all my cosmetic derm and aesthetic procedures. Paige is a miracle worker when it comes to cosmetic dermatology, always addressing my concerns with a multi procedure approach that refreshes my face without over filling or creating an unnatural appearance. Iana’s approach to my skin care has opened my eyes to new techniques and products that I love. I always leave feeling taken care of and seen. I have been coming to this place for around 2 years and it has been amazing. The customer service is top notch and the providers here really know what they are doing. They use latest tech and cosmetic products of the highest quality. I usually do clear and brilliant lazers here and I love it. I will never change my salon and I have recommended all my girlfriend here and they all love it. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but trust me it's worth it. When it comes to face skin quality you want to trust to professionals only, to avoid irreversible damage. All in all, I highly recommend this place if you are considering it.

Britney helped me at the front desk and she was so sweet and friendly. This place is the bessst they do a full facial analysis with high technology that photographs your face and gives you scores for all your facial analysis’s which you review with the derm at the consult. Came back for my hydro facial with yonna and she was so friendly and great. Brickell Cosmetic Center is incredibly professional from start to finish. During my first visit, I met with a dermatologist provider who created a personalized skincare plan just for me. They performed a full skin analysis- including a detailed map that broke down my bacteria levels, sun exposure, and overall condition- which really helped me understand what my skin needed. We started with The Perfect Derma Chemical Peel, and it was amazing. You can actually see the difference in my before, peeling, and after photos- it cleared up so much of my acne and gave my skin a fresh reset. I followed up with a HydraFacial that left my skin deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing. I also picked up a few products from the ZO Skin Health line and other dermatology-grade skincare to maintain my results. The entire experience felt thoughtful, customized, and results-driven. Just had the most incredible facial experience. It was a full Hydrafacial treatment with extractions, followed by a cooling jelly mask and my skin has never looked or felt better. The Hydrafacial deeply cleansed, exfoliated, and hydrated my skin without any irritation. The extractions were thorough but gentle, and honestly more effective than any I’ve had in the past. You can tell the aesthetician really knew what they were doing precise, clean, and not rushed. The jelly mask at the end was the perfect finishing touch: cool, calming, and left my face visibly plump and dewy. My pores are refined, my texture is smooth, and my whole complexion looks brighter. I love going to Brickell Cosmetics Center especially to do my facials with Liz! She is so kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Her facials have significantly improved my skin. My face is prone to acne (mid 20s hormonal acne) and I saw her at least once a month for a facial with extractions. After my very first appointment I saw such immediate improvement! It’s the complete package! My first appointment they did a scan of my face and Liz explained the imperfections and damage my skin was going through. She recommended starting with a HydraFacial and I loved it so much that I purchased the pack of 4! The products she’s recommended have also helped me out so much!! After my most recent visit, we did another facial scan and let me tell you, the results were amazing!! If you are curious about facials I highly recommend seeing Liz, you’ll be in the best hands!

I cannot say enough about the staff, Marta, Savannah and Hannah are always so professional and kind, the center is always clean and they are always on time with appointments. Came into the office for an injection as I did have a cyst which had some building up on my face. Dr.Tassy and Savannah were Very helpful in informing me about Kenalog and the benefits. Came in and was seen and taken care of within 30 minutes. Professional and effective staff, will be back again!

Everyone who works here is absolutely amazing, kind and they’re all extremely professional. I love Nina so much, and I’m really grateful to her! She’s helped my skin so much!! I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the texture and the pore size after getting Microneedling done with her. Just after 1 Microneedling session, I’ve noticed a HUGE improvement. Thank you for being so awesome and for being the actual bomb, Nina!!

This is my new favorite place! I’ve been here now a few times and so I decided that the time is now to leave a review. I first went last month for derma-planning, that appointment was with Nina, who is really good. My skin felt so smooth and good. I decided that I also wanted to give Laser Hair Removal on my chin a try. So I’ve now done two sessions, my session today was with Julie, who is amazing and super friendly!! After the first session of laser hair removal I started noticing the difference - barely shaving every 4-5 days. I’ll see even more of a difference after the session today, and also my upcoming one in August. I’ve also decided to purchase the Brazilian laser hair removal service too! So excited to see how that goes. From the staff to the team, everyone is so friendly. Definitely give this place a try. It’s nice to have in addition to my regular dermatologist.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Brickell Cosmetic Center. Dr Tassy is great as is the entire staff. I love the results I’ve gotten with every procedure. let's just say I’m a bit north of 50😘and no matter how much I worked out my upper arms had taken a major nose dive. I didn't want to have surgery because of the potental scaring. Dr Tassy suggested I try Morpheus 8. I am having 3 sessions. I see a big difference after the first one. I'm so excited to see the results after the third one. Julie does the Morpheus and does an incredible job. I just had a hydro-facial today with Savannah today which was great. I'm from L.A. where you find the best of the best in all types of skincare, fillers, etc. It took me awhile to find the perfect place in Miami, but I did. Brickell Cosmetics is as good or better than any clinic I’ve been to. Another thing I love is the customer service is incredible. Everyone that works at the front desk are so professional and so kind. You can tell they truly love their jobs. I could say more good things but by now your eyes are probably glazing over!

Absolutely love this place! The environment is so inviting and relaxing and all the staff is just wonderful. I get my hyrdrofacials here and leave with my skin glowing every time. I have hypersensitive skin but the estheticians make sure I am comfortable throughout the whole process, as well as recommending products that will benefit my skin without making it worse.
