I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Paige and her amazing team. After dealing with allergies and rashes for almost two years, she was the one who finally helped me get answers. She performed a biopsy and took the time to truly understand what I was going through. Brickell Cosmetic Center is incredibly professional from start to finish. During my first visit, I met with a dermatologist provider who created a personalized skincare plan just for me. They performed a full skin analysis- including a detailed map that broke down my bacteria levels, sun exposure, and overall condition- which really helped me understand what my skin needed. We started with The Perfect Derma Chemical Peel, and it was amazing. You can actually see the difference in my before, peeling, and after photos- it cleared up so much of my acne and gave my skin a fresh reset. I followed up with a HydraFacial that left my skin deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing. I also picked up a few products from the ZO Skin Health line and other dermatology-grade skincare to maintain my results. The entire experience felt thoughtful, customized, and results-driven. Selena and Paige are amazing! Selena did my hydrafacial and the results were so impressive, I immediately booked another for next month. Paige did my Botox and it was exactly how I wanted it- I will be back to see her once it’s time for upkeep. Just had the most incredible facial experience. It was a full Hydrafacial treatment with extractions, followed by a cooling jelly mask and my skin has never looked or felt better. The Hydrafacial deeply cleansed, exfoliated, and hydrated my skin without any irritation. The extractions were thorough but gentle, and honestly more effective than any I’ve had in the past. You can tell the aesthetician really knew what they were doing precise, clean, and not rushed. The jelly mask at the end was the perfect finishing touch: cool, calming, and left my face visibly plump and dewy. My pores are refined, my texture is smooth, and my whole complexion looks brighter. I love going to Brickell Cosmetics Center especially to do my facials with Liz! She is so kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Her facials have significantly improved my skin. My face is prone to acne (mid 20s hormonal acne) and I saw her at least once a month for a facial with extractions. After my very first appointment I saw such immediate improvement! It’s the complete package! My first appointment they did a scan of my face and Liz explained the imperfections and damage my skin was going through. She recommended starting with a HydraFacial and I loved it so much that I purchased the pack of 4! The products she’s recommended have also helped me out so much!! After my most recent visit, we did another facial scan and let me tell you, the results were amazing!! If you are curious about facials I highly recommend seeing Liz, you’ll be in the best hands!

This is my go-to spa for anything skincare. The staff is kind, professional and always seek to do the best for your skin. I started here over a year ago with a dermatologist to resolve acne, and now a year and a half later I still come for maintenance and general improvement with micro needling, facials etc. Booking is always easy, as well as cancelling/rescheduling. This is my new favorite place! I’ve been here now a few times and so I decided that the time is now to leave a review. I first went last month for derma-planning, that appointment was with Nina, who is really good. My skin felt so smooth and good. I decided that I also wanted to give Laser Hair Removal on my chin a try. So I’ve now done two sessions, my session today was with Julie, who is amazing and super friendly!! After the first session of laser hair removal I started noticing the difference - barely shaving every 4-5 days. I’ll see even more of a difference after the session today, and also my upcoming one in August. I’ve also decided to purchase the Brazilian laser hair removal service too! So excited to see how that goes. From the staff to the team, everyone is so friendly. Definitely give this place a try. It’s nice to have in addition to my regular dermatologist.
