I made an appt for my 91 year old father to visits KA Dental for the first time. He was having extreme tooth pain. Working with Leslie we got an appointment quickly and they were able to extract the infected tooth at that appointment. Leslie was so customer service focused and a pleasure to work with. I am in CT and she called me several times to explain the procedure needed as well as calling me again to let me know dad was good after the extraction. Dad also needed a good cleaning and they did a very thorough clean prior to the extraction. I am now working with Leslie on priority needs that dad has for additional services. Dad does not have dental insurance and Leslie works with you to provide fair and flexible payments. Dad was also happy with everyone that worked with him. He is very comfortable going back again! Very nice people wanting the best for the patient. I am so appreciative that they took such good care of dad!

I always receive follow up phone calls to make sure I’m not experiencing any discomfort. I had a lot of old dental work that was subpar and Dr Silberstein did an amazing job correcting my teeth. Great experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were introduced to the staff, shown the facility and the excellent equipment. Dr Silberstein and his staff are friendly and inspire confidence. It was my friends first visit and after his treatment, he immediately made an appointment for a follow up visit. I was equally impressed and will be visiting Dr Silberstein as well.

This was a great office visit. Staff was so friendly and the office was spotless! The hygienist did a gentle but extremely thorough job. I often get very nervous about going to the dentist, but everything went so smoothly, and I really experienced no discomfort. The dentist was prompt and described the findings patiently and in detail. I would definitely recommend this office!
