Dr.Rothe is absolutely INCREDIBLE! My son was hit with a freesbee in the eye at school, and the Dr. examined him with care and re-assured me as a parent. I keep coming to this urgent care clinic because of Dr. Rothe. He is caring, shows concern, and connects with his patients on a deep personal level. Thank you Dr. Rothe! The receptionist was also kind and very cheerful! Great experience all the way around.

I had an amazing experience! I came in with some bladder issues and was in and out in around 30 minutes. I met with William Rothe and he, as well as every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly.

I hardly ever do reviews but I am so happy right now. I had some red scab/blisters start popping up on my face and the first 1 started 3 weeks ago. I finally realized I should get it checked out and I wish I had sooner because they kept popping up and looking even nastier each time on my neck and more on my face. I came to this urgent care and I was in and out in 20 mins, the DR told me not to worry. Just a skin infection and I needed antibiotics. Sure enough, it hasn’t even been 36 hours and they’re all very faded and going away. I’m mind blown and wish I went sooner. Thank you!!

After receiving the run around from two OhioHealth Urgent cares on New Year’s Day I did a quick Google search from the parking lot and found this urgent care. I called crying with frustration because I was in pain (sinuses) and mad at the treatment and lack of professionalism I had received from their competitor, asking if they take walk ins or if I need an appointment. The person I spoke to said I could come on in! I arrived about 20 minutes later, got checked in seen in and sent on my way in about 30 minutes total. The medical assistant and doctor on staff both took the time to listen to my issue. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and made the check in process very easy. Thank you again!

Medical care is often governed by rigid regulations that follow a one-size-fits-all approach, dictated by the government, which may not always address the unique complexities of individual needs. This practice, however, treats you as an individual, recognizing the nuances and challenges of life. For that reason alone, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Very quick, walked in, was seen and tested and back out in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was nice and very efficient. They have a sign up front that tells you what insurance they accept which is great when you're just picking a random place that's open on a Sunday afternoon.

I have been coming to Scioto Urgent Care for a few years now. It's nearby and typically have a short wait. Everyone is kind and takes time to answer questions and listen.

I've been there for my own and others stitches and maladies. I've always had great service. The best thing they ever did is my mother with dementia fell hit her head and needed stitches. I let the doctor know this and he had her feeling like a million bucks in a situation that could have gotten very combative if you've ever dealt with people in advanced dementia.

It's an unconventional looking building but a fantastic experience from start to finish. In and out with X-rays and stitches in about 30 minutes. They even looked up our insurance info for us quickly.

Needed stitches to close a cut that wouldn't stop bleeding. Dr. Woodard and Val did an excellent job taking care of me. Professional, efficient and personable. Can't ask for anything more from a medical team. Very highly recommended.

Front desk was quick and pleasant! They had people waiting outside before they even opened their doors. Doctor Rothe was amazing! No nonsense guy. Got me in & out. I appreciate quick medical care that don’t over prescribe or diagnose with you a bunch of stuff you don’t need.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to, they actually give you medical advise not like other urgent care, didn’t have an appointment just walked in process didn’t take long and was talking with a provider in about 10 min even though there was about 6 patients in the waiting area

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. I moved over near Westerville and still make the drive because I refuse to go anywhere else. The doctors are always so nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommend

Scioto was very quick to see my daughter. I liked that we were not waiting long. Dr. Bill was very good with my daughter! Made her feel comfortable even though she didn’t feel well. He knew right away that she had strep. Excellent care for when you don’t feel good!

Minimal wait time, expert staff. Dr. Rothe was excellent. I was in and out in less than an hour; certainly better than the hours one spends in the ER. I would definitely return.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a really good experience here. It was fast service and the doctor, Martin Woodard was super engaged and efficient. As a patient it is rare for a doctor and shake your hand when greeting and leaving the room. Thank you guys for your service. Will recommend for sure

I tested positive for covid last night. I couldn't find a clinic still open so had to wait until this morning. Sciota was wonderful. I got the paxlivid prescription and was in and out in 15 mins!

Love the checkin system, I was able to make an appt. for after work and when I got there I checked in and was taken back shortly after. The doctor I saw was amazing and very relational, I felt listened to.

Everyone at this urgent care is so friendly and attentive. I tend to feel intimidated when I have to ask questions at clinics, but here at Scioto Urgent Care, the doctors and nurses always make me feel safe to ask any questions and I always get clear answers. Also very easy to make appointments if you use Solv. I keep coming back to this one even though there are many other urgent cares that are closer to my place.

Quick in and out here. We are from out of town and I chose this urgent care based on others reviews. I was able to register and make an appointment fairly easily online and only had to click to let them know we were here. While it was Christmas Eve and during a winter storm, the staff were friendly, quick, and professional. The nurse tool all my information, and the doctor was efficient and personable also. The doctor gave me a written script to take since we weren't local. Everyone was awesome and I'm finally on my way to feeling better.

I came here this evening for the first time due to an ear infection. I’ve had back to back flus so I was not looking forward to going back to urgent care. There were no other appointments available at other urgent cares near me so I decided to make an appointment here. I was so pleasantly surprised by the speed of service, quality of care received, and kindness from everyone I encountered here. I registered for an appointment online and even checked in from my car so they got me in right away. I got the antibiotics needed and my nurse and doctor were both so empathetic and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I am out of state and became I’ll last week . After a tele-conference with my Physician on Orlando , he decided I needed to be seen and have blood tests. Your Dr. Pesa and staff were great. They were so accommodating and I got in right away. Made me feel much better seeing them.

I went in for stitches and the quote was almost half price ($220 vs $400) of any other urgent care in the area. The service was absolutely amazing; When I walked in the back the sweetest male nurse attended me immediately followed by a undoubtedly veteran Doctor who were both extremely lighthearted and comforting. *Graphic*: My thumb had been cut almost half way through all around my finger pad and I had very low expectations as to how I would look post sutures but the Dr was able to repair my finger to almost perfect condition in 6 stitches. The anaesthesia and removal all all included in the original price.
