Dr.Rothe is absolutely INCREDIBLE! My son was hit with a freesbee in the eye at school, and the Dr. examined him with care and re-assured me as a parent. I keep coming to this urgent care clinic because of Dr. Rothe. He is caring, shows concern, and connects with his patients on a deep personal level. Thank you Dr. Rothe! The receptionist was also kind and very cheerful! Great experience all the way around.

I had an amazing experience! I came in with some bladder issues and was in and out in around 30 minutes. I met with William Rothe and he, as well as every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly.

After receiving the run around from two OhioHealth Urgent cares on New Year’s Day I did a quick Google search from the parking lot and found this urgent care. I called crying with frustration because I was in pain (sinuses) and mad at the treatment and lack of professionalism I had received from their competitor, asking if they take walk ins or if I need an appointment. The person I spoke to said I could come on in! I arrived about 20 minutes later, got checked in seen in and sent on my way in about 30 minutes total. The medical assistant and doctor on staff both took the time to listen to my issue. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and made the check in process very easy. Thank you again!

Medical care is often governed by rigid regulations that follow a one-size-fits-all approach, dictated by the government, which may not always address the unique complexities of individual needs. This practice, however, treats you as an individual, recognizing the nuances and challenges of life. For that reason alone, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Very quick, walked in, was seen and tested and back out in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was nice and very efficient. They have a sign up front that tells you what insurance they accept which is great when you're just picking a random place that's open on a Sunday afternoon.

I have been coming to Scioto Urgent Care for a few years now. It's nearby and typically have a short wait. Everyone is kind and takes time to answer questions and listen.

I've been there for my own and others stitches and maladies. I've always had great service. The best thing they ever did is my mother with dementia fell hit her head and needed stitches. I let the doctor know this and he had her feeling like a million bucks in a situation that could have gotten very combative if you've ever dealt with people in advanced dementia.

It's an unconventional looking building but a fantastic experience from start to finish. In and out with X-rays and stitches in about 30 minutes. They even looked up our insurance info for us quickly.

Needed stitches to close a cut that wouldn't stop bleeding. Dr. Woodard and Val did an excellent job taking care of me. Professional, efficient and personable. Can't ask for anything more from a medical team. Very highly recommended.

Front desk was quick and pleasant! They had people waiting outside before they even opened their doors. Doctor Rothe was amazing! No nonsense guy. Got me in & out. I appreciate quick medical care that don’t over prescribe or diagnose with you a bunch of stuff you don’t need.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to, they actually give you medical advise not like other urgent care, didn’t have an appointment just walked in process didn’t take long and was talking with a provider in about 10 min even though there was about 6 patients in the waiting area

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. I moved over near Westerville and still make the drive because I refuse to go anywhere else. The doctors are always so nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommend

Scioto was very quick to see my daughter. I liked that we were not waiting long. Dr. Bill was very good with my daughter! Made her feel comfortable even though she didn’t feel well. He knew right away that she had strep. Excellent care for when you don’t feel good!

Minimal wait time, expert staff. Dr. Rothe was excellent. I was in and out in less than an hour; certainly better than the hours one spends in the ER. I would definitely return.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a really good experience here. It was fast service and the doctor, Martin Woodard was super engaged and efficient. As a patient it is rare for a doctor and shake your hand when greeting and leaving the room. Thank you guys for your service. Will recommend for sure

Staff is friendly and wait time was short. I made it quicker by filling out my paperwork using the app. It’s great to have a superb facility so close to home (literally right around the corner).

Making an appt on Solv was super easy (per usual). The place was well run, right on time and the MD I saw (Dr Resa) was fantastic. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

I tested positive for covid last night. I couldn't find a clinic still open so had to wait until this morning. Sciota was wonderful. I got the paxlivid prescription and was in and out in 15 mins!

Love the checkin system, I was able to make an appt. for after work and when I got there I checked in and was taken back shortly after. The doctor I saw was amazing and very relational, I felt listened to.
