She is absolutely amazing. She really explains what she’s prescribing, breaks down what it will do and how it will affect you and make you better. She’s honest and relatable. And very understanding and kind. The most nonjudgmental but professional woman I’ve had the opportunity of meeting. If you need a doctor that gets down to what you need, what is does and checks to make sure it’s working and you’re okay. She’s the one for you. 11/10

James leach is a very awesome doctor. He actually cares about his patients and he also lets them no even we are recovering addicts we matter. Also lacey is a kind caring person kayla is awesome as well I love both of them girls so much. I've been going to rbi for a long time and these lady's are always helpful and patient.

It's EXPENSIVE and doesn't let you use insurance unless it's tenncare but other than that it's alright I've never had issues

In my life I have always thought that the medicine Suboxone was a joke until I literally started going to this clinic and then it changed my life. It helped me stay on a straight in narrow path and actually helped me choose which way to go in life now I Don’t have doubts in my recovery. Almost two months with this clinic and wow! This clinic is exceptional, and Dr. Leach is truly the heart of it. He is an outstanding physician whose knowledge, professionalism, and genuine compassion set him apart. Dr. Leach takes the time to listen carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and makes sure you fully understand your care plan. You never feel rushed—only respected, heard, and supported. His calm, reassuring presence and commitment to patient-centered care create a level of trust that is rare and invaluable. Kayla, the receptionist, is always welcoming and kind, making every visit start on a positive note. She is efficient, friendly, and goes out of her way to help, which makes scheduling and check-ins effortless. Lauri, the counselor, is equally wonderful—empathetic, patient, and deeply supportive. She provides a safe space where you feel understood and encouraged every step of the way. This clinic is a true gem, largely because of Dr. Leach’s dedication and leadership. I am incredibly grateful for the care I receive here and would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking exceptional medical and emotional support.

Dr. Leach has a great bedside manner and is very easy to talk to . Always ask if he can help me with anything else before he hangs up . He also informs me of any changes or takes time to give me knowledge on stuff that helps me personally without a lecture and dragging on which is very cool !

RBI was a great place The staff is friendly and really wants to help. Mrs Simmons and Dr. Glaser For great people that are easy to talk to and more than willing to help you understand and get you where you want and need to be me and my family feel very confident about the care and attention we are receiving from the whole team. I’m a new patient and my first visit was last week and I had a very good experience here. From the front desk receptionist Kayla, the counselor and Dr. Leach; I felt very well taken care of. Dr. Leach has wonderful bedside manner and I felt very comfortable talking to him about everything I was concerned about or if I needed clarification. Dr. Leach is also very well researched and of course, an expert in Suboxone treatment. They made the process of being a new patient the easiest out of any practice I’ve been to, and nothing beats convenience in health care. I live quite far and it’s worth the drive, and soon it will be even more convenient with telehealth appointments available. Also, their responsiveness and having your phone calls answered and returned promptly is unlike other healthcare practices I’ve been to. The ability to communicate with a live person 24/7 is so important in this area of treatment.

Absolutely wonderful clinic. All staff is so nice and are truly concerned for all their patients and their wellbeing and health. Kayla, the young lady at the front, was an absolute joy to speak with and really made me feel 100 percent comfortable. I am a new patient to RBI but not new to the system. I recently moved to East TN from SC. I have been on this road to recovery since 2017. This will make my 3rd time changing Doctors offices. As much as I loved my last Doctors office in SC, who I was with for over 3 years, RBI is by far the most comfortable I have ever felt as a new patient. From the time I walked in the door and spoke to Kayla, to the wonderful councilor, Mrs. Simmons, to Dr. Leach, they all made me feel very comfortable. If you are not in the Loudon area, like myself, it is most definitely worth the drive. You will not be disappointed.

I love Dr. Glasser. She always takes time to listen. Dr. Glasser will always find a way to help. She is a blessing to all of us attending RBI. Lori and Regan always know how to lift your spirits and make the day seem brighter and more manageable. All three of these ladies know their job and they know their patients. They are intelligent and caring always understanding and helpful. I thank God that I have them as my medical team.

Dr Ernest is easy to talk with and thorough in his questions and his answers to questions. Intelligent and keeps up with recent medical studies. Highly recommend. Lori is an excellent councilor! She is low key and compassionate; non-judgemental. I'm now finishing with treatment, which is the good news, however, the sad news is I won't be talking with Lori each month. She's an awesome person and personality! Thanks for your care!

Dr. James leach is a wonderful dr he will listen to you and he really cares how each patient is doing:) he is a great dr. but he is no fool he is a smart man and can see though B.S so dont B.S. him! I would just like to say Lori is very sweet kind and caring she asked me every time how I'm doing with everything medicine mood I have extreme loss I have lost to my brothers and she is helping me through this RBI is outstanding in the excellence that it does and the care that I receive I would recommend this place highly thank you so much for all that you do RBI for the best I appreciate you so much for changing my life I would love to add that Dr Leach is also extremely kind not only does he look out for me and give me advice but we laugh and cut up about situations he's very very kind and funny I appreciate all the compassion and the friendships I've made down here I love it here wouldn't go anywhere else if you're looking for serious help and want to change your life this is the place thank you to all the counselors and to Dr Leach you guys are a true blessing

Always a smooth experience with all of the staff, therapists, and doctors. They understand people's busy schedules and hardships and do everything in their power to work with you, not against you! RBI is staffed by people who actually care! Reagan Murray, one of my therapists, is just awesome. I've had over 30 different therapists since the age of 6 and she is definitely in my top 5. She listens and understands and doesn't make you feel like less of a human for having a past or for having battles that you may be struggling with. I love that she believes in JESUS and uses what HE tells us as reminders that it's all going to work out over time!

Dr Glaser is awesome she really listens to me and isn’t just trying to push me on for the next patient. She doesn’t try to force me to change my dosage because she thinks I’m ready. She is wonderfully kookie I absolutely adore her.

Ms. Lori and Dr. Leach create a safe and pleasant environment for treatment. Having Lori as my counselor has helped me on my journey tremendously, and I always enjoy meeting and speaking with her. I leave each session feeling heard, and with greater insight and understanding. She shows great care in what is shared. Dr. Leach always makes sure to ask me about how my treatment is going with a kind attitude and takes my personal input seriously on my treatment, and treats me with respect and care, which I appreciate. Ladies in the office, Kayla and Lacy, are great and always make it a pleasant visit. All involved make the whole experience feel like I have a team of support who care. Wendy

All are good though Im not certain I spoke with Jessica Thompson. I usually speak with Lori who is perfect, in my view. She knows well struggles I have, listens compassionately and provides amazing advice. Lori is the best therapist I've ever had. Dr. Mark Earnest, MD is a saint. He gives you time if you need to discuss anything and provides world class medical advice. This is one of those doctors you hope for: nice, eases anxiety and had an innate ability to describe high medical detail in multiple ways to ensure patients understand. Compassionate, HIGHLY intelligent, always a smile no matter the circumstances and practices medicine with excellence. I could write all day ... but if you become a patient of Dr. Mark Earnest: Jackpot! And thank you everyone at the office! You all are just as fantastic!

I've been going to RBI for a while now. I'm so grateful to have Dr. Ernest, my counselors, and the office ladies who truly care and want to help their patients without judgment only compassion and understanding. They're wonderful. If you're trying to make a change in your life and are considering getting help, you have found the right place. The new telehealth app: It was easy to connect with Dr. Ernest and I could hear him better with this new application, unlike the previous telehealth app. I also easily connected with Lori, my counselor. She's so nice and caring about how I'm doing emotionally. They're always there and available if their patient needs them. I gave it 5 stars for the connection and simplicity. ☆☆☆☆☆ I spoke with a different councilor, Sheena, today. She was kind and caring, and I enjoyed meeting her.

R.B.I. is great! Been going for awhile now.. they always answer any questions I have.. always asking how my little one is doing.. great you by name… love the therapist they have now.. doctor I see is great.. I have had pacemaker most of my life and he’s always asking how I been doing with that.. checked on me when I had it changed

I have been going to R.B.I. now for a couple years and let me tell you they are the best around. Dr leech is the smartest and compassionate doctor I have ever met. He is very thorough and always checks on me even outside of just my addiction treatment if I am sick or have something going on he takes his time to listen. No doctors do this nowadays.I feel very blessed to have him on my team of care.Best Doctor of the year!

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for years and love the staff and doctors. Also to anyone who uses walgreens without insurance, look up single care coupons. Huge savings on some if the medication options. My meds are usually 150 and now I get the for around 45 to 50!

Most MAT offices feel cold or not personable, maybe due to high volume. This one doesn’t!!! They treat patients like family and come from a place of compassion & not judgement. I cannot say enough positive things about my counselor Rheagan. Normally you get bounced to whomever is available during your visit. I took charge of my recovery and requested to only see her, to actually heal and not just “check-in.†It ended up being one of the smartest decisions I had made. Her and I have processed SO many things. Seeing a counselor is a vital part of MAT. It’s not just about medication. As for the medication side of things Dr. Leach actually listens to concerns and asks the correct questions to ensure there are no complications or side effects due to medication. He has helped me solve other medical concerns as well. He goes out of his way for his patients. The entire staff is truly focused on direct case by case basis patient care.

I just wanted to reach out and thank some amazingly remarkable young ladies that run and counsel RBI Clinic aside from outstanding Drs who actually care for a change Lacy , Kayla,and Laurie have been my lifeline the past 7 months My life's had tragedy with the death of my son Anthony ,mental illness affecting one of my children and my precious daughter losing everything that she loves the past 2 years have been horrific add a near fatal car accident on top of that and half my body broken I just wanted to give up.Girls you have been my lifeline along with my sister Jennifer Smith.I don't feel like just some Suboxone patient .I've been in some offices that the staff were mean to me so I left Thank God I found RBI.hopefully this post goes through this is my 3 rd time trying to thank some very special women I'm blessed to have. In my life and I love 💕 all of you .Thank you Linda Bunch

I want to thank EVERYONE that works at RBI! You all are the absolute best!! You all have given me so many tools I use everyday to keep my mind on health and happiness, not focusing on the past or triggers, even how to redirect my thoughts when I do have triggers. NEVER once felt judged, only awesome people who make you feel safe and comfortable. There are not enough good words for this place! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Since I've been going there, I have been able to not only stay sober, I have got to the point where I have been in a situation where it was NO ISSUE to turn down my d.o.c and leave so fast their heads spun! This is a great place for treatment. The staff,doctors, and counselors are all friendly and nice. They take the time to listen and care but are fast. There's a Pharmacy inside so you can see the doctor and get your prescription all at once. The best part is,there is absolutely no judgment from anyone. Highly recommended!

Lacey is absolutely amazing.. I came back for my recovery because to me this place feels like family.. Tommy is a great owner he will reach out and check on you 💜 Lacey is by far one of the greatest people I know 😊 I can talk to her about anything and I feel like I can be my true self around her without judgement 💚 give this place a chance you will not regret it.. I absolutely love every person in this building or on the phone I have talked too. They are all incredible! I drive a hour to this doctor and it's worth it because it's a fantastic facility.

RBI wellness saved my life! This is the best clinic I've ever been to. After nearly 20 years of addiction to opiates, they helped me get away from that stuff. Lacy and Whitney are the BEST! They treat me as if I'm family. I can always talk to them about anything. I highly recommend RBI Wellness to anyone suffering with addiction. I feel like I've known Lacy all my life ☺ï¸
