I used to go to Emerson urgent care which is excellent but my insurance removed that as an option. I've been very happy with Acton Urgent care so far and it's a godsend when I can't see my primary.

I am very grateful for their timely and effective treatment and professional medical advice every time I visit them. My primary doctor office could not arrange same day visits. Every time I seeked the help from them, I was seen promptly and the clinician was knowledgeable and patient. They addressed all my concerns, performed all necessary tests, and prescribed the medicines which helped my symptoms immediately. Highly recommend it to all who need effective and prompt medical care with a high-quality team.

My children and I have been here multiple times now since a Christmas Day visit and the care we've received has always been extremely good. From check-in, to the nurse and both doctors we've meet I've not had a bad experience with all listening fully, caring about you and educating you about any prescribed medications (even warning about cvs pharmacy possibly closing soon) times have been from 30min to just over an hour for the whole visit which I find to be great.

I had a deep cut on my head and came in to get patched up. I filled out a few pieces of paper work and they were ready to treat me. They had the wound cleaned out and stapled up in what seemed like 10 minutes of less. It was a quick and painless experience all around. I would recommend them.

Moved to the area recently, first time needing medical care and came here because of the great reviews. My experience went well! Quick to get me into a room + quality care and practices. Somewhat long wait time for a doctor but I can understand that and appreciate them checking in while I waited. They figured out the issue and updates were available online/via email. My only qualm was that when they called with my results, they did not leave a voicemail, so I got my medication later than I could have. I would definitely return!

I have been to Acton Urgent Care two times and have recommended it to my elderly neighbors for their medical needs many times. And all of them come back with high satisfactions. The doctor is knowledgeable and patient. The front desk staff, Karen, is efficient and friendly. They can prescribe, make referrals, and most importantly, see me right away, and don't do unnecessary tests and procedures. America's healthy care system is so broken and expensive. Thank goodness for places like Acton Urgent Care!

Maddie The PA, was very kind and helpful. Haha I was annoying asking her questions and she truly was kind enough to answer all my questions with ease. She was very kind and gave me some really helpful information. She was very respectful of my personal space and that truly made me feel comfortable. Need more people like her in the healthcare field!

I came to Acton Urgent care for an X-ray after taking a tumble and banging my elbow. From my first call Karen at the front made me feel at ease and that the team was available for me to be seen. This kindness continued when I arrived and she helped me through the check-in process. Both the Tech who took the x-rays and the doctor who came to see me (Suri) were empathetic and warm. I left knowing that I did not break my elbow, but it was a good bruise. How to care for it and even received a phone call later from Suri assuring me that they got a second opinion and i was in the clear. I feel so much better knowing that my elbow is okay - I was honestly dreading going to the emergency room or urgent care and frankly have avoided it in the past and regretted it. After this visit with Acton Urgent care I feel more confident that if something like this happens for me or my family that they are a great place to get care and will go to them first. Thanks for the excellent experience team!

I am so appreciated of this place. Whenever it is impossible to schedule a ugrent sick visit with the regular doctor office, I went to this office, and the everyone from the staff to nurse to doctor is so warm, caring, responsive, and helpful. It is such a relief that there is a place like this to turn to whenever we need medical assistance

I came in with ear pain and learned that I had ruptured my ear drum. Miles Danis was the PA and was amazing in evaluating me and addressing the issue. He thoroughly walked me through each step to take including the ear drops to use for infection prevention and how I can ensure the ear heals properly and quickly. Rebecca was also great in getting me checked in and quickly into a room to be seen. I will definitely go back to Acton Urgent Care when needed to receive care from Miles!

One of the best (if not the best) urgent care experiences we’ve ever had. Easy appointment booking, friendly staff, and treated my daughter with kindness and care. Also, much quicker than any other urgent care visit at other places, without feeling rushed at all. Highly recommend.

I was treated very courteously by the Nurse/Receptionist, Karen, and seen promptly by the Nurse, Marat, and then the P.A., Madeline. Despite Madeline's youthful appearance, she presented herself very professionally asking me at the right questions. It was determined I had sciatica in my left lower back that was causing the pain in my left hip. The muscle relaxant she prescribed relieved 75%of the pain, enough for me to get a good night's sleep. Further I have been stretching my lower back and that has further relieved pain, especially when walking. I am very happy with the results of my Saturday visit to AUC.

The nurses and doctors in this place listen to me more intently and thoughtfully than my primary care doctors and office staff! They are always super thorough, kind, attentive and they help me get better every time I go to them. This visit, in addition to treating the root cause of my illness, they helped me fix sinus issues brought on by numerous unnecessary and expensive over the counter nasal sprays that my primary care doctor had prescribed me…. For my bronchitis :/ I can’t sing your praises enough. Thank you so much!!!!!

I’m grateful to urgent care because I had a UTI. I was tested and the results were available right away. Their doctor wrote a prescription and I picked it up at CVS the same day. The nurse at Acton Medical suggested I go there.

The staff was great! The receptionist was super nice and great with my daughter. When I got brought to the examination room the nurse who did my vitals and checked me in was thorough and didn't make me wait long at all. I got a Lyme screening and the nurse that drew my blood was very gentle and made me feel comfortable and was super caring. Would def recommend and would visit this urgent care office if need be.

This is the second time I have been to this clinic. They are open until 8:00 pm, which is very convenient, staff and doctor are very pleasant. There was not much waiting time on this visit, the place is clean and I super recommend.

Karen at the front desk was awesome and really helpful- I am not very informed about how payment for medical services operates, and she explained everything to me very clearly and gave me a ton of different options for how to pay my bill. Great experience! Easy online scheduling, easy registration, no wait for my appointment (seen on time), and the doctor was able to explain my situation thoroughly and treat me accordingly. All symptoms have abated since then. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how the whole appointment went -- why can't all medicine be like this?

All staff is exceptionally courteous and very nice. Very satisfied with their handling of the situation. My only negative feeling is not getting lab options that would evaluate the current situation to get an immediate grasp of what was going on internally; in that sense only, it was a wasted visit. But at least getting a basic review eased my mind somewhat until I can get actual testing results at my PCP. I would recommend the facility based on the friendly staff and their attention to patient’s needs to the very best of their ability within the perimeters of Urgent Care options. Thank you!

I came in with a splinter under my fingernail. A co-worker had the same problem, and advised me to insist on numbing my finger before they extracted the splinter. The doctor was very friendly and suggested putting a tourniquet around the finger and then she’d pull it out. It worked! Quick, easy and painless. All with a wonderful “bedside” manner. Was expecting the worst, but it could not have gone any better. Soaked my finger. No band aid or anything! Thanks!

Be sure to call and ask what services they offer because I’ve made the mistake of assuming their capabilities a few times. Really sweet administrator responded to my lighthearted insert of “non-binary” into the gender survey by filing a complaint to the server company to include that option. Made my day!

Omg…now Acton is my premier Urgent Care! Check in was the most difficult part and it only took 3 minutes. Marrat took my vitals with dry wit and humor, and Maddie (PA)came in and diagnosed viral conjunctivitis!!! The antihistamine drops prescribed gave me relief instantly, and I had been suffering excruciating eye discomfort for more than a week. Once I got the medicine relief was almost instantaneous. Thank you so much!
