This place is amazing and close to home. They have been amazing with my son every time he’s sick and I can’t get him into his pediatricians office or after hours. They are so amazing I’ve made them my primary doctors office and my husbands!

Excellent and very friendly service. I was there for a simple screening and there were not many people at the time so it did not take long at all. I would certainly go back, if needed. So glad they are at Ladysmith.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was very personable and professional, and they even stepped in to help entertain my two toddlers while I filled out paperwork. The physician was very thorough, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about the quality of care she provides to her patients. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

They are so very sweet and very nice. They supported me and my sisters through the whole thing. They even offered coffee with a smile and manners. They were very wholesome. We are going to come back. They were very patient yet quick.

PACS Urgent Care in Ruther Glen is AMAZING!!! We are part of New Life for Adults and Youth, a long term recovery home located in Spotsy, VA. We were able to bring MANY women in recovery in for their first physical in YEARS!!! We received fast, kind, holistic service! We will be coming back and recommend everyone else for their service as well!

We used pacs urgent care this morning for our daughter. The staff was so friendly, and made the situation so much better. They were attentive, immediately jumped in to help, and talked us through the full process. It started with the front desk offering our daughter a lollipop while she was upset, then the nurse taking extra time with her and playing peek a boo with her, not to mention helping us as parents stay calm, and ended with the doctor being very warm and friendly and informative. We received great medical care and it was in decent time as well. This will be the urgent care we will use from now on. Small but mighty!

I made a walk-in visit yesterday for respiratory illness. From the moment I walked in until I was ready to go home, everyone was kind, smiling, warm, friendly, and caring. Treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. The service was quick but thorough. I received treatment and on my way to feeling better so quickly. My prescription was sent to my local pharmacy and I was home to rest and recover within 2 hours including picking up medications. I am a retired nurse and I cannot provide a higher recommendation. So happy to have a place I can trust in my community. Thank you everyone!

I went today at 9am and was out at 9:35. Tamika took very good care of me at the facility and Dr Shamma was available on an iPad. Thank you both for taking very good care of me!

I had not been feeling well for about a week and was feeling worse. I went to PACS.....Tameka and Brooke were amazing!!! They took great care of me!! I would recommend this place to everyone and there was no wait!

The old crew IS BACK and they are amazing as always. Go visit them for some amazing service. I have had to go several times in the past week for sick kiddos and each time they are welcoming.

After having to drive 50 mins to an urgent care since we don’t have one local here in Louisa . They ladies up front were warm, welcoming and fun all while be serious about my childs health. They are great with children and you can tell they really care. The doctor was quick and to the point but also had amazing bedside manner and was able to explain everything very well.

We visited pacs today and the experience was wonderful after going to ashland to care one and my concerns about my 3 year not getting better being dismissed and told it was just a virus once my daughter started to get sick I said screw it im taking them to PACS in ladysmith I was in and got immediately welcomed by the front desk woman who was so sweet and taken immediately in bybthe nurse Tamica who had remembered my daughter from when she was last seen at her old location 7 years ago she listened to my concern was great with my kids and tested both of then for strep after look at them theybtested positive the attending dr was also very nice and thorough and knew from the moment jenlooked in their throats it was strep as well I recommend 10 out of 10
