I arrived and Ms James immediately knew exactly what it was and what I needed. I had been to a doctor elsewhere four days prior and was still having symptoms. The prior physician misdiagnosed. Ms James was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. The front desk was also welcoming and kind.

There are no words to explain how wonderful the doctor and the medical assistan were. Professionals, kind, each one showed interest, the place was neat and I will highly recommend that clinic to any one that needs medical assistance

Great experience. Easy to make an appointment in advance on line, fill out all the paperwork and upload a picture of my driver's license. Once I arrived I was greeted pleasantly and taken right in the back for preliminary stuff. The dr saw me immediately after and was thorough with the exam and explanations of my back pain. Gave me some prescriptions, no painkillers, and a day later my pain which at time of visit was around 7 is at 4

Receptionist/Nurse was awesome and very helpful with my paperwork and Dr was also very good and prescribed me what I needed, since UConn ER did not. Also a quick process. Don't hesitate to go here

Very helpful. Son seen for wrist fracture. X-rays taken on site, and results interpreted within 15 minutes (given copy of CD with results to take with us- saved time at ortho). Temporary splint used and sent to orthopedic for follow up. Filling out advance information online made for super easy in person experience.

APRN Jasmine James was amazing. She was quick and efficient. Very polite and helped me quickly when my oxygen started decreasing. Would def recommend her services. She is knowledgable, respectful, and quick.

I think I was the first patient. I needed a tetanus shot. The staff was super nice, and I didn't feel a thing during the shot. Highly recommended!
