Love the honesty and the vibe of the facilty. Very welcoming. Emily A. RN-BSN was very educational. I felt very comfortable with her and the staff. I had a "face thread lift" which gave me results right away. I couldn't believe my eyes. I love it! They truly care about their patience. Totally recommend!!

I had my lipoma removed by Dr Ayoub sayeg he is well respected and well experienced Dr he did with local anesthesia. Lipoma on my forehead . Angelica is the front desk employee very respectful and help me understand the procedure and explain post operative care . She is very kind person as well . I highly recommend this face works spa in Schaumburg for there cosmetics surgery as well medical needs . Thanks to them . I had my procedure yesterday ie 22 august 2025 at 11 am in Schaumburg.

I made sure to wait to post my review since I wanted to ensure I was satisfied before guiding others! In late June I had jawline lipo with Dr Dillon. I was so nervous that something could go wrong but I'm so so happy I did the procedure. I did an initial consult and set the date for a few months out, planning around some personal events. The staff was friendly and accommodating. In fact, the day before my surgery, I was so nervous I called and Nayomi (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) talked me off the ledge for about 15 mins. I really appreciated that. Day of surgery, everything went as planned. Dr Dillon was reassuring. I had local anesthetic so I didn't feel any pain but it's a weird sensation being awake during the procedure just because you know what's happening and can feel a little pressure. It was quick and I drove home after. I only took Tylenol that evening and by the next day there was no pain (but there was swelling of course). The staff was clear about wearing the compression garment which I did! I'm about 6 weeks post op now and everything is looking so lovely. There is still a bit of swelling and I've been doing lymphatic massages with Nayomi which help. It should take about 6 months for swelling to go down completely but so far I am SO glad I went for it! Angelica at the front desk has been great if I need to rearrange any appointments and I would recommend this facility for jawline lipo 100%!

I came to FaceWorks to inquire about chin lipo and was able to set up my procedure dates during my very first visit. Honestly, I was super hesitant at first — I wasn't sure if I could fully trust the clinic not to botch the job. I’ve had several cosmetic procedures in the past, so I feel confident in knowing what to expect and how to compare experiences. That said, my experience at FaceWorks exceeded my expectations. The entire team — especially the ladies at the front — went out of their way to be welcoming and accommodating. They made the scheduling process simple and stress-free. The office itself is clean, modern, and has a warm, professional feel. Check-in was efficient and pleasant. My procedure was performed at a nearby surgical center. I was really nervous beforehand and was even offered medication to help calm my nerves — though I ultimately chose not to take it, and in hindsight, I didn’t need it. The procedure itself went incredibly well. It was quick, completely painless, and over before I knew it — around ten minutes total. Dr. Sayeg was reassuring and thoughtful, explaining what he was doing throughout the process and helping me feel more at ease. He has a calm, confident demeanor and great bedside manner. (Also worth noting: he has great reviews on RealSelf, which helped solidify my decision.) The nurse assisting with the procedure was also outstanding — she was thorough, intentional, and genuinely empathetic. Her thoughtful support and clear post-procedure instructions made a big difference in how comfortable I felt throughout the entire experience. Overall, I’m really pleased with the results so far and the care I received. I continue my healing journey and will update my review if needed. I fully trust the team at FaceWorks and will definitely return for any future procedures I consider. Highly recommend!

If any one is looking to get a chin lipo stop looking. This is the right place to do it!!!!!!!I recommend it. I promise you, you will love your results 🥰 not only that but from the time you walk in there you can feel such great vibes. All the staff are amazing. Dr. Dillon did my procedure. He did such an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. Izzy, Emily, Angelica and nayomi were so awesome. I also got a lymphatic massage from Nayomi, she made me feel so relaxed and did such a great job. I’m so thankful for them all and the results 🥰♥️

I am extremely happy with my experience at Facework Spa! Emily is one of the kindest estheticians; she is sweet, professional, and highly skilled. I receive Botox for excessive sweating on my forehead, which can be quite uncomfortable in daily life. The facial service is both refreshing and relaxing. The entire team is caring and genuinely had my best interests in mind, making my appointments more pleasant. The spa is clean and equipped with the latest technologies. I have already booked my next appointment! Highly recommend.

I came here for HD Vaser Chin/Jawline Lipo three weeks ago and could not be happier with my results so far! From the consultation with Emily, who is simultaneously knowledgeable and comforting, to the surgery with Dr. Sayeg, who was able to get me results so quick and painless, to the recovery with lymphatic drainage massage from Nayomi (which is sooo worth the follow-up visits), Faceworks is really the best place to go. My before and after photos shows my three week results from HD Vaser and then a before and after from a 45 minute lymphatic drainage massage. Just wow! If I could come every day for a lymphatic massage, I would. Relaxing plus results.

Wow! I’m 55 years old. My review is coming from someone with a lot of experience with ‘ work’. I’ve had Botox and lip fillers , facials, micro needling, PRP. I decided to not use the doctor that I’ve used in the past because I didn’t feel like I was given different options and also questions I had were not answered. I am SO grateful I found Faceworks.” As soon as I met , consulted with Emily, I knew this was the person and the place for me … for anyone! A shout out to sweet Angelica. She’s great and patient ( I called a lot witg many questions. I scheduled several procedures that we had to “ plan out’ and Nayoni was so patient and understanding because, again, I asked many questions. These ladies, this place is knowledgeable, looks at each individual for their different needs. Also, what a person needs is offered and available at the same time , nothing is pushed on you. If this is the first place you go for ‘ face anything’ you are lucky! You won’t need to ‘ shop around.’ This is the place to be well taken care of in every aspect : medical , knowledgeable, understanding and kindness.

I had a hd jawline lipo last week, still recovering. But everything went so well. I had a great consultation with Emily, she was very good at explaining the procedure and recovery. I am over the age of 50 and recently lost my husband to cancer. The entire year he was sick chemo & hospic I felt aged me 10 years! At any rate, I drive by face works every day on my way to work and thought, why not stop in and see what it’s about. I am a now a forever client! From Angelica answering my phone call and responding to me as a new client inquiring about services was outstanding to say the least. She loves her job and she loves helping people! The entire staff from Naomi, Angelica, and Izzy, my nurse, made me feel “special“! I have had several minor procedures done however, the results are on unbelievable, I am beyond satisfied!! The facility is beautiful, clean and laid out perfectly! Every time I’m there for an appointment or if I even need to call for anything, the graciousness that is shown to me is unparalleled! Great place! from the moment I walked in everyone was welcoming and professional. The office is nicely decorated and clean. I went with botulinum (Botox) treatment. I was looking to smooth up my fine lines and a fresher look, of course mission accomplished. Emily (the esthetician) was informative transparent, and patient she explained the process all very well.

I had a great experience from initial consultation, doctor visit, day of surgery to post follow-up. I am only 5 days post surgery, I am happy to share I am feeling physically really good. Shout out to front desk staff “Angelica” in Schaumberg for making sure I had all my questions answered. Another shout out to Heidi, the nurse who took care of me pre& post surgery. First off, the Office is very nice! It was very easy to get an appointment because the girls there are very prompt. The consultations are free which is also a plus! Dr. Sayeg a good doctor. Angelica and Nayomi helped me the most with any questions and payment options. Emily the nurse was phenomenal.

Super nice ladies and Dr.Sayeg as well! Anything I need the girls are always there for me. I love how professional and attentive everyone is at this office. I had liposuction 360 and bbl and I love my results. Words can’t explain how happy I am and how comfortable the girls make me feel at all times. The best place I could possibly recommend for lipo jawline, everyone is very kind, the whole staff are very friendly specially Angelica, pricing is generous, and they are transparent with you throughout the whole process. Consultations are stress free. I’m feeling a new person and absolutely loving the results in just one week. For a long time I was insecure about showing my face, especially my double chin, and now I love what I see in the mirror definitely one of the best decisions I have made.

I love Dr.Sayey and his whole team! From the front desk we have Angelica she’s so welcoming and funny she a breath of fresh air. Then there’s nurse Emily and Izzy without question your in good hands! If you have a million questions they both have 5 million answers! The coordinator Nayomi make sure you’re experience is as smooth as butter. I am so beyond excited with my results. The HD Jawline Lipo eliminated all my fat and double chin. For the longest time, I wanted to get this done, and I am glad I finally did. Emily, Nayomi, and Angelica are very sweet and caring and answered all of my questions. Dr. Sayeg is so caring and down to earth. They all made me feel as if I was a part of a great family. I just started my 1st Sylfirmx treatment with Emily, and I am super excited to see the end results. Emily makes you feel so at ease with the process, and throughout the SYLFIRMX procedure, she is checking to see if you are feeling okay. Had it not been for their advertising and all the great reviews, I would have missed a chance of a lifetime to finally get this done with 100% results. I recently had my first ever cosmetic procedure done at face works. Although I was hesitant about doing anything to my face, Emily was very knowledgeable about the procedure I wanted done. She answered all my questions, reassured any concerns I had, and gave me clear instructions on after care and follow up treatment. I enjoy coming to this clinic! Angelica, Emily, and Naomi are so wonderful to work with, they lift up the energy in the room and make you feel at ease and comfortable! Dr. Sayeg was also wonderful as well! They took the time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted to accomplish and they were very detailed, professional and helpful. This was my second time coming here and will definitely be the only place I’ll go to for filler. Emily knows exactly what she’s doing and breaks her method down to a science. I’ve been getting filler for 6 years now and am walking away for the first time 110% happy with my results. Nayomi has such an upbeat and positive personality. She mad my experience that much better. Angelica is a sweetheart. I am so happy with the filler I got and I look like a different person in the best way!!
