Even just being a walk in today with no appointment we were seen and back home in an hour and a half, and they were super busy. As a mom who is constantly having to go to the ER, I think priority urgent care is just the greatest thing. So fast. Very nice.

First time going to this urgent care. My son needed care for a badly infected ingrown toenail. I made the appointment online the night before. Filled out all the paperwork online also the night before. I also downloaded the app for easy check in the next day. Our appointment was at 8:15am, and we arrived at 8:07am. I checked in the app which made everything at the reception desk so easy. Everyone from the receptionist, medical assistant, to the physician’s assistant that saw my son were so pleasantly professional. The PA took good care, and reassured my son who was apprehensive about needles since he needed a lidocaine shot to drain the infection. The PA was very nice, and easy to talk to. He was very thorough, and explained everything he was doing. Checked in at 8:07am and we were out by 8:47am! Can’t beat that! Highly recommend this urgent care based on first impression.

I had a really positive experience at Priority Urgent Care in Westfield. I’ve been to urgent care clinics before where I felt brushed off, so I came in feeling stressed and honestly expecting the same—but this visit was completely different. The physician actually listened to me and took my symptoms seriously. She didn’t rush me or dismiss what I was experiencing, which made a huge difference. I was given an inhaler that helped me finally breathe better, along with medication to reduce my symptoms. I left feeling much more confident and relieved compared to when I walked in. It’s such a good feeling to be heard and properly treated, especially when you’re not feeling well. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you for the excellent care!

After 36 hours trying to fix it myself it was suggested by four different people to go to urgent care. I arrived to no crowds, was taken quickly, the PA was very good and instantly diagnosed an ear infection. He answered my questions and prescribed an antibiotic as he described the eardrum as a balloon! I haven't had an ear infection in over 50+years...until 36 hours ago. Excellent and very quickly cared for. I hope I don't need them again but if I do I will certainly return. **************** As a continuation, two weeks after the ear infection it had moved into bronchitis. I returned to this urgent care in Westfield on route 20 to once again have a very positive experience. I was seen quickly, had X-rays and vitals, saw the provider who diagnosed me as such and perscribed three Rx's that have been working perfectly. I am so impressed with their care. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service was received by this facility. The staff were pleasant and efficient. They were able to assist me within just minutes and I was on my way home. I was feeling very anxious and nervous due to feeling sick, but after speaking with the registered nurse today she was able to attend to me, and I was able to feel relieved, relaxed, calm, not only that she was able to understand my situation. And she took her time talking to me she is simply the best. Her perspective on overall health was very Helpful to me 100% she is the best. Period.

Went into the facility on 01/04/26 and was greeted by Becca M. at the front desk. She was very warm and welcoming and answered all my questions in a professional manner. The wait wasn't long, but there was a mix up when being called in with another patient with a similar name. The MA who called the name was wearing a skeleton sweatshirt (not sure her name) and when we both stood up, she rolled her eyes and reiterated the correct name. I was taken aback by this and thought it was beyond rude and unprofessional. I was called in by Virginia and she was absolutely fantastic! All in all, I would recommend this facility as the staff I did come in direct contact with were phenomenal.

I had an 8:15 appointment. They took me in right at the time. The first girl I talked to was very nice, helped me with everything to get ready for the doctor the doctor was very nice.\n Figured out, my problem gave me a prescription. And it worked out great , I would definitely go back

Incredible experience from beginning to end. I called to see if the office was equipped for a the procedure I needed and got an appointment for the same day. Both the receptionist and nurse were patient, professional, compassionate and kind. They are good at their professions. I had Nurse Practitioner Kalen Byrne. Incredible. Explained everything and immediately put me at ease. Friendly and calm. Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

So happy an urgent care is back in town! Couldn’t believe how easy it was to schedule online and they had plenty of appt times available. Clinic was spotless; only a couple in the waiting room so no back up of patients waiting to be seen; staff professional, kind and efficient; provider was attentive, listened, genuinely cared and knowledgeable. In and out in about a half hour!!! Will certainly use this clinic again if needed!

Everyone was very pleasant. No people were in the waiting room when I got there at about 12:30 . I only waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room . I waited along time at least 1/2 hour or more. Everyone was kind even when I had an x-rays. My expectation were met. It was 1:47 when I got into my van. I would have been in the er alot longer.

10/11/25 visit for a sinus infection that's been nagging me for weeks. Arrived shortly after 4pm and was out around 4:40. Easy check-in and triage. Spacious waiting area. Physician tended to me quickly in the exam room. They sent a prescription to CVS. I haven't had positive experiences with urgent care facilities so I was weary. Thtilled with today's positive experience.

Met the owners, who are both emergency room doctors, many years ago. They hire good and caring people. They have been the first stop and/or call for all medical issues for myself, my wife and my daughters ever since.
