Professionalism at its best! Fast, efficient visit, a clean facility, and employees with a personality. What more could you ask for? How about a doctor, like Dr. Muhammad Bajwa, who has a perfect "bedside manner," a calming demeanor, and explained everything perfectly (and in perfect English). Cherrie, my intake nurse, was efficient, detailed-oriented, and even knew some tricks when the pulse oximeter didn't get a reading on me--she looked me in the eyes and said, "well, you're dead." Made me chuckle 🤣 My girlfriend and I came in last night (12/23/25) together, as we had the same symptoms (a viral sinus infection). We walked in after 5pm, spent just a few minutes checking in with the receptionist, got called in quickly, intake RN/Dr, I think we were done and on our way in 20 minutes or less, and off to pickup our prescriptions! Since I happen to be "in the market" for a new PCP, I will be contacting them soon to sign up for Dr. Bajwa. I highly recommend Dr. Bajwa and Integra Primary Care in Canton, Ma!
