My first experience at Lifeline Primary Care in Stone Mountain was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked through the door, the entire staff made my 14-year-old son and me feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. Every medical assistant was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The doctor was exceptional. She was compassionate, attentive, and took the time to truly listen to our concerns instead of making us feel rushed. She asked thoughtful questions, explained everything clearly, and showed genuine concern for my son's health and well-being. After dealing with ongoing issues and feeling unheard at his previous primary care office, this experience was such a blessing. Because of the outstanding care we received, I have officially made Lifeline Primary Care our son's new primary care provider. It is rare to find a medical office where everyone treats patients with such kindness, respect, and professionalism. I highly recommend Lifeline Primary Care in Stone Mountain to anyone looking for a healthcare team that truly cares about their patients.
