I have been a patient at this location since they first opened more than 10 years ago. The ladies here are just great! Very professional and caring. The providers are equally as wonderful. I always feel welcomed, safe and I feel like I matter.

I recently used Lifeline Care and was very impressed with their services. The staff was professional, compassionate and attentive to my loved one's needs. The nurses were punctual and skilled ensuring comfort and safety at all the times. I highly recommend everyone to go this clinic for excellent medical treatment.

I had my first visit there and everyone was really helpful and kind. I needed to find out if I had all my vaccines for college and they weren't above and beyond to make sure I not only had my vaccines, but that I had all my yearly check ups done!

Easy to make an appointment and not too long of a wait when you make it there. Front desk administrator isn't the friendliest but she's never came off rude, which is a plus. The NPs are friendly and explains things clearly if you ask something. I'd recommend giving them a try. Only complaint I have is they switch their NPs between facilities instead of keeping them at 1. I like to keep the same pcp and every time I've been here I've seen a different person.

Best local medical clinic I have used in my life. They called me to ask if I wanted the COVID-19 vaccine, which blew me away. So I didn't have to drive for hours or chase an appointment to get it. Cleanest medical facility I've ever patronized. I don't think I've ever visited where there were more than a couple of other people in the waiting room. And Lifeline has performed tests on me that other, much larger, and better known medical clinics didn't bother to do. Lifeline gets my highest recommendation.

My daughter and I have been coming here since 2018. We absolutely LOVE IT!!! They always take such good care of us and are very thorough when we come in even as a walk in and we never wait too long to be seen. It’s great that my daughter and I are able to have not only the same doctors office but also the same doctor Martha Caldwell. Eleonora is awesome making sure we have everything we need from check in to check out and the nurses are equally great especially when it comes to my little one cause she is a fighter when it comes to doctors lol I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough and I couldn’t be more thankful for the care and compassion that they give each and every time we come in. Thank you all so much your all rockstars!!!! 🥰⭐️✨

Nice and friendly doctors and nurses here as well as the Lilburn location.. I don't feel rushed while being seen. The facility is clean and well kept, I would recommend this practice to pretty much anyone. I also feel a sense of comfort here at this particular location it's spacious and I have 2 small children that I sometimes have to bring them with me but it's very accommodating. A very welcoming and relaxed environment to say the least.

I have been going here for about 6-7 years for my primary care physician visits, colds and infections, all testing you can think of . I have ALWAYS had a great experience. I have had many different doctors and they were all good. I would recommend this office to anyone.
