I've been seeing Christi Bailey, PA-C for several years, and I've always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the office is always clean and well organized. They take the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make me feel comfortable during every visit. I've never felt rushed, and I appreciate the consistent, high-quality care I've received over the years. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate dermatology care.

From Dr. Barrows to the persons at the front desk, I have been treated with kindness. Things were explained prior to my having my procedure done. I was relaxed and confident I was in good hands.

I had a small skin cancer removed. I had first appointment of the morning at 8am. They saw me immediately. Zero wait time. The process went smoothly and painlessly. The doctor and his assistant were pleasant and worked quickly. Minimal follow up pain. Just a slight tingle around the stitches.

So happy I chose this location and will definitely continue to see them when needed. After months of seeing other doctors and treatments that didn’t improve my condition I decided to go here and they were able to properly diagnose after my first visit. Provided treatment and honestly the first place I felt they actually listened to everything I was concerned about. Everywhere else it felt like doctors only heard a fraction of what I had to say. It meant a lot to actually find someone who listened, provided answers to all of my questions and didn’t rush me out the door. Even though my results weren’t what I had hoped, I still felt relief and it would be quite manageable. All the staff were kind to say the least. Easy to talk to, great communication and affordable. Thankful to have a go-to when needed 🙏

I love this office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and professionally. Melissa took me back to the room and was friendly and comforting. I saw Dr. Christi Bailey, and she could not have been better! She listened to my concerns and along with a medication, samples and good advice, she covered each issue I had. She was warm and friendly and so helpful. I had been to a dermatologist previously for the same issues and they threw a few samples at me and patted me on the head. They had no interest in helping me. I will returning to them! are awesome!

I’ve been outside my whole life. I used to go to a tanning salon when I wasn’t doing that I was at the lake. So now every six months I get my face and head checked out for pre-cancerous patches that can be burned off with liquid nitrogen.

Scheduling and front office staff are always so professional and kind. MA’s always have a smile and are so helpful Christi Bailey is caring and so knowledgeable. Diagnosed my husband with a problem that he had been experiencing for over 20 yrs, blessed that she takes such good care of us.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. My wait time was short, the nurses were very polite, answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I understand how to care for my post procedure. My Dr. Was amazing! Friendly, and professional. She gave me her recommendations, pros and cons and gave me the time to decide. I will be going back!

I was worried about a spot on my nose. Preferred dermatology got me in same day. I was taken care of by Christina with gentle sure hands at stonebriar mckinney location. She was very kind, and knowledgeable as was her assistant. From office receptionist, to check In, to doctor visit all were professional, and and efficient. They took good care of me.

I was desperate to find a local dermatologist for an abnormal breakout on my face. I chose Preferred Dermatology and I am so glad I did! My initial phone call with the back office was so helpful and she was so pleasant. The front office staff were friendly and welcoming. The nurse was so kind and very informative - I felt cared for. I have been seeing Dr. Barrows for many years. He is personable, thorough, and highly professional in his conduct of a full body dermatology exam, and has identified and treated a number of precancer, squamous cell, and early stage melanoma. I trust his medical judgment implicitly.

Christi Bailey, PA and nurse Joyce were absolutely incredible. After a rough experience at another clinic this place was so warm, welcoming, and supportive. In a world where education is lacking they gave me thorough education while addressing my concerns. Dr. Bailey was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. She made a usually painful procedure almost painless. Nurse Joyce showed compassion and distracted me during the entire thing. I could not ask for better care. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family. I also saw Dr. Bruno before in the past and he was amazing as well. All around great team!!!

Dr.Hixon is the best, I wouldn't know what I would do without him. He helped diagnose my Eczema after pregnancy and he has answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him. He has given me such a relief and has improved my quality of life!

I went for something else, but then, while I was there, I mentioned that I have had this horrible itch for probably 10 days my whole body it almost feels like my veins and my blood were itching. It was just unbearable and then Christine Bailey just looked at me and said are you taking allergy pills like Claritin or Zyrtec? I said I was till about a week and a half ago because I started taking Flonase she said so you quit the others I said yes bingo that’s what it was immediately when I got home I took a Zyrtec and within 20 minutes. My itching was 100% gone and hasn’t come back Unbelievable quick Fix!!! Relief 💕

Dr. Hixon is an exceptional physician. He is incredibly thorough and takes the time to ensure every detail is covered during appointments. His extensive knowledge is evident in the way he explains complex medical issues in a way that’s easy to understand. What truly sets him apart is his approachable demeanor—he’s very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable discussing your concerns. Most importantly, he genuinely listens and addresses your questions with care and patience. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Hixon more highly!

Matthew Bruno is the best dermatologist I have ever been to and I have seen many. He has cured anything that I have come in for. I highly recommend him to all my friends that need a dermatologist. Besides being a great dermatologist he is an awesome person, always makes you feel like you are the only person that matters in the world at your appointments. My entire family goes to him. I went here to get some moles checked for possible skin cancer (good news was that they weren't). The nurses are really friendly and I had a lady Doctor (can't remember her name). I did not have to wait long in the waiting room or patient room. The decor inside is very nice and the couches are super comfortable. I would recommend this place.

I have a very complicated chronic condition, for which there is no cure. After seeing a different derm at another practice, with horrible results, I decided it was time to see the best. I have received excellent care from everyone at this practice. Never wait more than 10 minutes. They've helped me get my condition under control, and that's exactly what I needed. They get 5 stars from me.
