My wife saw a spot on my back and suggested I have it looked at. Dr. Brooks said that spot was normal but there were spots on my ear that she didn’t like. Ended up being melanoma that needed to be removed. Very positive experience and patient staff. Highly recommend. She also tested a spot on my wife’s leg that she’s had forever, and we were relieved to learn it was no concern.

This place is amazing! I suffer from a skin defect causing me to itch erratically and thought I'd never really get it fixed without some doctor declaring i have a rare cancer and need a ridiculous medication or procedure costing God knows how much. Apon arriving and meeting my new favorite doctor, Dr. Brooks, she immediately identified the issue and gave the more effective solution. Ther was no insane price tag, or trials with several irrelevant prescription and I saw improvement after visiting almost immediately. I can not recommend this place enough for anyone suffering from any kind of skin condition or issue!

I have been coming to Alexandra Brooks for many years. As a child I grew up by the water and being fair skinned and freckled I burned badly. As an adult I always try to get in as soon as possible for her to make sure the areas I am concerned about gets checked and taken care of as needed. What I really like is she always gives me a good look over and takes care of things I didn’t even think was any issue. She is a warm, caring and very easy to talk too. The office staff and nurses are all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this team.

Highly recommend Alexandra Brooks! I’m pretty picky when it comes to providers and she surpassed my expectations. She’s extremely personable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. You could really tell that she’s passionate about what she does. I also loved how she gave me options and I never felt pressured on what to do. Very caring and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to use her as my dermatologist. I plan to bring my daughter as well after a poor experience with another provider.

I was late by an hour to my appointment but the receptionist said that she could squeeze me in an I was able to get seen for my condition. Everyone in the office was so nice and friendly and the office was nice and clean. They were awesome! You need a dermatologist go see them!

Great experience from start to finish! The receptionist was very nice, and I only had to wait a few minutes for my appointment. I saw Alex who was very thorough and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me in a way that I understood. I am a high risk patient having had melanoma. Alex made sure to do mole mapping so that she could compare my moles over time to see if they had changed. I feel confident that I am in the best hands when I visit this dermatologist!

I used to take my daughter all the way to Frisco to the dermatologist for Isotretinoin Treatment . We had a couple bad experiences, so I found this place and I am so pleased with their services!! I hate visiting the doctors usually. Typically they treat you like a cow for slaughter and go on there way. I didnt feel that way at all here! Nurse Crystal came in and looked me over and actually actively listened to what I had to say. Doctor Alexandra Brooks came in and actually explained what she was doing and what she would do to even save my pocket book! I usually dont post these things but I have to give these folks a shout out! Incredible staff from the receptionist to the doctors through and through. 10 out of 10 wiould visit them again!

Amazing office, they have helped us so much this year, acne treatment for the teenager, I had a horrible case of poison ivy, and they removed my lypomas. Dr Alex is absolutely amazing and I'm so glad we have them on speed dial!

Dr. Hixon is great at what he does and he's friendly while he does it. It's hard to find doctors that actually hold a conversation with you instead of taking down your symptoms and handing you a prescription. So far my skin has seen more improvement than I was expecting and he's still determined to get it even better.

I saw Alexandra Brooks the PA and I genuinely loved our visit. Not only is she beautiful but she is sweet and quick and to the point. She addressed my concerns and had a plan to tackle it. I love this place! The entire staff, Kaleigh, Kelsey and Dr. Alex, are the best. They are super friendly and nice. Dr. Alex takes the time to talk to you and answer any questions or concerns that you have. She doesn't rush through your appointment to get to the next patient. I've never enjoyed going to the Doctor, but I look forward to going every month. I highly recommend booking an appointment with them!
