Dr. Roberts was so caring and kind. She explained every procedure that she was going to do with the MOHS surgery on my nose. She did an amazing job. It was basil cell cancer. Her incision ended up being very small and not very deep-but she still managed to get it all the 1st time!. Her nurse also explained all of the procedures while doing the bandages. She also went over the next several weeks care. I would highly recommend Dr. Roberts and her team! Keep up the good work!

Love this dermatology clinic! The doctors are kind and caring. Same for the support staff. Definitely would highly recommend the clinic in Lewisville with Dr. Yee as well as the clinic in Denton with Dr. Roberts. My MOHS surgery with Dr Roberts was great. They let you know each step they are doing and are right there with you even when waiting for your results. So please with both doctors and the staff in both clinics.

I highly recommend Preferred Dermatology, Dr. Erin Roberts and the amazing staff who work there. They take the time to answer my questions and are very thorough. Both my husband and I have had care and procedures there. I recently drove back after I moved because of the high level of trust in their expertise.

Dr.Roberts, Nurse and receptionists were all so friendly, professional and efficient. Erin did a thorough exam and found a couple of small spots that needed a biopsy. Excisions were painless. I am very pleased.

All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. I showed up early to fill out my paperwork and didn’t wait a minute more once I was done. The staff even came and adjusted the temperature when the waiting room was a bit warm. The appointment was well spent, and I was not rushed at all. Dr. Manivannan and Lauren were wonderful in addressing my concerns and throughly explaining the treatment plan. The front desk was very busy and was still kind when assisting me. Highly recommend!

My only complaint is I'm in a wheelchair that I had a really hard time getting in the main door by myself. All of the staff was very friendly The doctor was very friendly I had a really pleasant experience The office space is very clean. Dr. Meenakshi is the best dermatologist I’ve ever seen. She’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Her exam was far more detailed than any I’ve had before, and she caught a skin cancer that another dermatologist completely missed. I’ve seen several dermatologists for skin checks over the years, and she was by far the most meticulous and made me feel genuinely comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend her. The rest of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful as well.
