I went in and was seen very quickly by Stephanie Davis. She was kind and professional, examining a couple moles I was nervous about. She had a very polite assistant as well(whose name i cannot recall unfortunately). Even the front desk lady was amazingly kind and everyone was welcoming. Very professional and quick. Went to the Sherman location.

I had an outstanding experience with Preferred Dermatology in Sherman, especially working with William Mast. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. William took the time to really listen, explain everything in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in doing things the right way, not just rushing people through. The entire staff was friendly, organized, and respectful of my time which is rare to find these days. The office runs smoothly and you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. Saw William Mast today as a new patient and I’m just THRILLED with the whole experience. He was comforting knowledgeable, warm, funny AND took care of me like a beloved family member. From the initial phone call to checking in, discussions with staff/ nurses….. the whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend…5 million 🌟!!! A++++

Will is AMAZING with our 8 year-old on the spectrum. Our son has had a wart on his hand for almost two months and the pediatrician’s office was just not cutting it. Will explained everything to our son in a very calm way, offered choices, and talked him through everything. Our son felt safe the entire time, which is huge for him with anything scary involving his body. Will is amazing at what he does and also an amazing person! We will only be using him for all of our family’s dermatology needs from now on!

William Mast is the man to see for anything dermatology. He is so kind and takes time to talk to you and make you feel comfortable with your treatment. The office staff is friendly and it is so easy to get an appointment or reschedule. I made a 30 minute drive to Sherman because he is that good of a doc!

Great staff! The front desk was super patient with me and helped me get my account straight. The Will is focused, attentive, and listened to understand my concerns. Additionally, he made sure he addressed each concern, individually! Thank God for the Sherman Art Festival.ðŸ˜
