I can't say enough good things about my experience with my dermatologist and the entire office. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and my medical assistant was especially wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and at ease and were so caring and attentive throughout my visit. My dermatologist took the time to truly listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and explain everything in a way that I could understand. I never felt rushed or like just another patient. The compassion and personal attention I received from everyone in the office truly meant so much to me. It is clear that they genuinely care about their patients. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful dermatologist, medical assistant, and staff. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional care from people who truly make you feel valued and cared for

Miss Sara the receptionist, took her time to answer our questions and made us very comfortable while taking our information and making an appointment with Dr. Mast. When we met Dr. Mast, he was so kind and congenial, he put us immediately at ease. He treated us like we were his family. When we left, we felt we had made new lifelong friends.

I went in and was seen very quickly by Stephanie Davis. She was kind and professional, examining a couple moles I was nervous about. She had a very polite assistant as well(whose name i cannot recall unfortunately). Even the front desk lady was amazingly kind and everyone was welcoming. Very professional and quick. Went to the Sherman location.

I had an outstanding experience with Preferred Dermatology in Sherman, especially working with William Mast. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. William took the time to really listen, explain everything in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in doing things the right way, not just rushing people through. The entire staff was friendly, organized, and respectful of my time which is rare to find these days. The office runs smoothly and you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. Saw William Mast today as a new patient and I'm just THRILLED with the whole experience. He was comforting knowledgeable, warm, funny AND took care of me like a beloved family member. Will is AMAZING with our 8 year-old on the spectrum. Our son has had a wart on his hand for almost two months and the pediatrician's office was just not cutting it. Will explained everything to our son in a very calm way, offered choices, and talked him through everything. Our son felt safe the entire time, which is huge for him with anything scary involving his body. Will is amazing at what he does and also an amazing person! We will only be using him for all of our family's dermatology needs from now on!

I had an excellent experience at Preferred Dermatology in Sherman, Texas with Dr. William J. Mast. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful making the entire visit very smooth and comfortable. Even i was late to my appointment but they took care of me. Dr. Mast is very knowledgeable, thorough and takes the time to explain conditions and treatment options in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Great staff! The front desk was super patient with me and helped me get my account straight. The Will is focused, attentive, and listened to understand my concerns. Additionally, he made sure he addressed each concern, individually! Thank God for the Sherman Art Festival.😁

William Mast is the man to see for anything dermatology. He is so kind and takes time to talk to you and make you feel comfortable with your treatment. The office staff is friendly and it is so easy to get an appointment or reschedule. I made a 30 minute drive to Sherman because he is that good of a doc!
