Haley was a kind face at the front desk, helpful at the beginning and the end of my appointment time. Tara was efficient and kind as well, prepping me and helping Roxanne. The front desk staff was very helpful. Due to a mistake, my referral letter was not sent by my primary physician. A call was made and the approval was obtained. I was able to keep my appointment with no delays. The nurse practitioner, Roxanne Swafford, was very thorough and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and treated me appropriately. I definitely would recommend Preferred Dermatology and plan on returning for additional care.

Dr Swafford & her staff are accommodating & friendly as well as professional. I really appreciate that they value my time as much as they value their own, so I never have a long wait in the waiting room before being seen. I believe Dr Swafford to be very thorough in her exam, catching spots early to prevent problems later on.

I saw Swafford at Preferred Dermatology. What a pleasant experience! I just needed a skin check after a transplant due to the anti rejection meds I take. She was very knowledgeable on how those meds could affect skin cancers and how rapidly they could appear. I was very appreciative of her knowledge. I would recommend Preferred Dermatology to anyone.

Great visit for myself today. I had an appointment late in the day and they allowed me to come in earlier. . They were out standing to accommodate me. The wait time and Dr Swifford was great! I have been seeing dermatologists for years. I relocated from Phoenix to Sulphur Springs, TX almost four years ago. Someone referred me to Roxanne Swafford. She is absolutely amazing. She found a spot on my arm that was identified as cancerous from the biopsy. She did outpatient surgery and it came back with zero margins. She’s Knowledgeable, Professional, Personable and conveniently located. She is excellent and you owe it to yourself to schedule an appointment with her.
