Where to begin, After my accident back in 2024, I was in immense pain due to bad aneck & back accident. He was a such a kind doctor with a magical hands who listens to his patients & care for them for a pain free day to day living. I had multiple trigger point injections at his Staten Island office & few epidural injections at Jersey City & Brooklyn medical centers. Very clean environment with a extremely friendly staff always greeted me with a smile respectfully. I will highly recommend Dr. Shailesh S. Pathare for all you pain management & spine care needs.

For a very long time I resisted going to the Dr’s office. I was constantly in pain, upset, seeking medical advice, diagnosis, relief, and validation from a professional. I was referred to Dr.Pathare’s office and I was hesitant to make an appointment. But I did. It changed my life. Both Dr. Pathare and his staff are amazing! Pain management has allowed me to live again.

Dr. Pathare is absolutely wonderful. I was incredibly nervous about getting an epidural injection, but he took the time to walk me through every step of the process and put my mind at ease. I am so grateful for the relief he provided and highly recommend him to anyone needing specialized care.

Today I had a really bad day, pain was unbearable. Try to get my medication from Walgreens, however they said it was on back order. I called Dr. Pathare”s office, had to leave a message because the office was closed. , Dr. Pathare called me 2 times. We tried 3 different pharmacy’s, til I got my meds. I am so grateful. Some offices hear a voicemail and don’t call back. Everytime I call his office they call me back, but today meant so much because I was in bad shape and his office was closed. 🙏🙏🙏

I Got into a bad car accident about a year ago. I was having a lot of issues and my chiropractor recommended me to Dr. Pathare . He listened to my issues and took his time to exam what my concerns were. I was having bad back pain and pain going down into my legs. We did a couple of different treatments and he performed a DiscFix on me which is when they cut out the areas that are herniated or bulging. Which then Relieve pain from the nerves that’s was causing issues in my legs. Dr. Pathare is a doctor that cares truly about your well being. I could say that I am now here pain free and he made sure of that by seeing the process through and making my health and healing his priority. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff and I would highly recommend him.

Amazing pain doctor very knowledgeable and thorough with implementation of his knowledge of the medicine and care for my individual needs. Professional courteous office and prompt with answering emails and calls. He goes above and beyond for his clients and I was very happy with my outcomes and results of my medical treatment, I had a serious car accident I could barely walk after my accident and have been getting pain management for over one year and will do so since I had major surgery lately .. the care I received here is amazing otherwise I would not been able to stand straight and walk I would definitely recommend him to family and friends and to all those who are suffering from pain. Thank you Dr!

This is for sure in my Top 3 Best Drs & Drs office that I've EVER been to! Dr Pathare and his staff GENUINELY CARE about you as a patient and are SO KIND and RESPECTFUL! Dr Pathare NEVER rushes the visit, taking the extra time most Drs do not, just to check on how you're doing and how you're feeling and to explain all treatment options yet, somehow, he still manages to keep a nice flow to the office (the front office ladies contribute much to this, no doubt!); I've NEVER had to wait longer than 10 minutes before being seen, it's almost magical lol! I ALWAYS feel better walking out of the office than I did going in; there's such a peaceful, serene ambiance to this office that most others lack and it's very uplifting! I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Pathare, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better Dr, in this, or any, medical field! If choosing this office for your pain management &/or spine care needs, YOU WILL NOT be disappointed!😃💯💖👍🏼👍🏼

Dr Patara is a wonderful and caring for his patients My experience has always been both professional and knowledgeable of the pain I experience and his concern for me. I have been a patient of Dr. Patara for close to 20 years. I am always satisfied with his concern. He has wonderful listening skills’, and makes me feel comfortable speaking with him. He understands my pain and prescribes what medication is needed and explains what the meds will do to alleviate my pain. I Would recommend him to anyone I know, to have the same experience. as myself The staff is knowledgeable and professional and answers any Questions I have.. This It’s my second review as I’m not sure the first one was posted during the pandemic. Dr. pathare is the kindest most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to. He’s quick to call you back he does all procedures himself he explains everything thoroughly and spends a lot of time with you. When you go to his office you see the doctor himself not a physicians assistant. This pandemic has made me an anxious neurotic nervous mess Which im sure is making me a very challenging patient to deal with and yet the doctor always addresses all my issues with compassion and expertise so I always feel better knowing he cares about me as a person as well as a patient. His office has strict safety protocols which I very much appreciate. Dr Pathare is a rare find and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a competent caring physician who is also double board-certified. His office staff is also terrific I cannot say enough about Dr. Pathare or his staff

This dr is amazing he’s very knowledgeable and hands on. He does the procedures himself. He listens to the patient and answers all questions you may have In terms a regular person can understand. He’s very quick to call back if you need something. His goal is to make sure you feel better and will do anything in his power to make that happen... I really cannot say enough good things about advanced spine Care and pain Management. usually when you go into a doctor's office the girls in the front are rude and nasty and they don't care that is the absolute opposite here. the girls know all of the patients they know what's going on there fantastic with scheduling and you could tell they really care about you. As for Dr. Pathare he is literally the BEST. I moved out of state and still come in to see him because no other doctors would care not only about my physical health but cares for my mental health as well. His bed side manner or out of this word and his treatment plan is outstanding. I would never trust anyone else as my health care provider. Also a big deal for me is the wait time is never long. They are prompt with getting you in on time. Anyone complaining saying that they are not understandingrude or inconsiderate is probably someone who was trying to just go in and get a prescription for narcotics. Because that's not this office at all so if you see anyone honest review list saying anything bad about this doctor's office they probably have never even met the doctor because the girls stop anyone looking for narcotics right from the jump. You could tell when someone's just looking for drugs or they actually want help. and as for one of these reviews saying they didn't take my insurance and they wouldn't suggest someone who will that's not their job they don't know who takes your insurance they know what insurance the office they work at cenex it's your job as a patient and your insurance is job to send you to a doctor that takes your insurance so don't blame this office or the girls who work there for your misleading because you are wrong. So many years and he’s always been the best doctor. I wish he was a general practitioner because I would use him for that as well.

If you're in the market for a compassionate, professional and knowledgeable Doctor whom has mastered the lost art of a "wonderful bedside manner" you've found the right place. The office is always clean and neat. The medical assistants are usually very busy but will attend to you as soon as you walk through the door. This doctor is high in demand and with good reason. If you have any issues with your spine he will find a way to help you to the road of recovery. He performs his own surgeries at another site and injections in the office. No referring you elsewhere to deal with other doctors. DR Pathare does the procedure and follows up with you, effectively eliminating the middle man. What more can you ask for? Call up his office and Start feeling better sooner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pathare for over 5 years now and have to say, everyone has been so caring,attentive and professional during each visit. From my first consultation, Dr. Pathare empathized with how my condition was affecting my daily activities & devised a treatment plan that would be most effective in pain relief. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable in how he conducts himself with patients. If you are looking for a Caring,Compassionate,Yet truly Professional Pain management specialist, then look no further! Dr.Pathare is all of that and more. I have been a patient of his for quite sometime and I know from personal experience! He is always trying to stay aware of the latest technology anything that can give his patients a reduction in pain. When you have a caring Doctor, your staff must follow suit, and they do. They are always kind and willing to accommodate your needs. They don't overbook! Like most Staten Island medical offices do. They realize your time is valuable. I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Pathere or his staff that is why they all get 5 Stars.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pathare since 2004. I would not trust anyone else, if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be walking today. Even in a time where insurance company’s dictate patient load, Dr. Pathare devotes his time to each patient listening and explaining in detail all options for your treatment. He is always studying new procedures and would never advise anything for his patients unless he felt it would help.I am truly blessed to have him as my Doctor.
