I was a walk-in, no appointment, was immediately processed, very professional to the point, waited five minutes and was called in for consultation again extremely professional. I was given a recommendation and instructions and I was out the door in like 20 minutes. Highly recommend! Much quicker and cheaper than going to the ER at the hospital!!!

The doctor was very compassionate and listen to all of my symptoms. After evaluating my symptoms, he assured me that he would help me feel better and get back on my feet. The doctor's assistant was also kind and professionals as well. I would come here again.

I had an excellent experience with Noor Aziz. From the moment she walked into the room, she was kind, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns. She took the time to explain my symptoms, possible causes, and the best course of treatment, making sure I understood everything before proceeding. Her professionalism and bedside manner made me feel comfortable and reassured during my visit. Despite the urgent care being busy, she never rushed through my appointment and made sure all my questions were answered. She also provided helpful aftercare instructions and followed up to ensure I was improving. I highly recommend Noor Aziz to anyone in need of quality care! Thank you so much!

My husband needed to get a DOT physical before his deadline and was able to get a last minute same day appointment. Everyone treated us well and we was pleased with the service. Brooke and the nurse was absolutely amazing!!!

Brooke was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and caring. She even followed up with me and offered support after my visit. The MA’s were also so nice, constantly checking on me and keeping me updated on everything that was going on. A great experience, during a really hard time!

Full disclosure: I'm the type that hates going to the doctor's office, and usually won't unless I absolutely have to do so. I was in pretty bad shape from a respiratory infection which led to an opportunistic bacterial infection that also spread to my eyes and ears. Dr. Sheridan was wonderful, professional, caring, considerate, and encouraging. I'm a huge believer in being an advocate for your own healthcare. It's not always been easy for me to feel at ease with physicians, particularly when they don't seem to respect a patient's desire to play an active role in one's own healthcare. She doesn't talk down to you, patiently listens, considers, and will answer any and all questions you might have. She is also eager to partner with you and encourage you in making educated common sense health choices. Thank you Dr. Sheridan!

I absolutely love Brooke. She's phenomenal. She's personable, sweet, gentle, professional, listens to concerns and any questions I have. I recently told her I was interested in weight loss and we're now planning on a solution. I've also seen Dr Syed, he was super nice as well. I've never had an issue there. The place is super clean, the nurses and receptionists are nice.

Doctor was extremely thorough, nurse was great with my son, and this was a very easy and painless experience. Highly recommend supporting this local Doctors office instead of the large chain offices. They will treat you like a person instead of a number!

I'm glad to have come across with this place. My teens had gotten sick about 2-3 years ago and I was lucky to come across this walk in clinic. The staff is very friendly and professional. The place is super clean. The Dr's that my teens have seen here are so welcoming, caring and professional. They take the time to hear our concerns and they explain everything so well. This is our favorite walk in clinic in town. You can schedule an appointment ahead of time and fill out all paper work through your phone. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I would totally recommend this urgent care. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and the assistant that took my vitals was very friendly as well. Felt very comfortable with the entire staff.

Everyone is super sweet in this office. I was having really bad experiences with trying to see a medical provider for an issue I was having because of an insurance I had. I was turned away twice and then called this place and was seen with no issues. They are all very friendly and attentive to your needs. Thank you!

I went there for a high heat rate as a pregnant woman and they took care of me right away. They had me do my registration and paper work after. I was in and out in 20 minutes I do not remember the doctors name but it was a female doctor and she was so nice to me, and answered all my questions and concerns.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS SUPERB. The receptionist was most cordial, professional and helpful. The Doctor was even better. Not only did he have a great bedside manner, but he rather quickly diagnosed my problem to my great relief. He prescribed precisely what I needed and even showed my an app which discounted my medication.

Little to no wait time.! Walked in an was seen in a matter of 3-5min if that. Receptionist was very kind an patient and helpful. Nurses were warm and welcoming. Doctors listen to problems and work with you to get to root and fix it. Clean nice facility. Will be making my new physician office.

I highly recommend this clinic if you have any issues. I went to this urgent care this week upon a friend's recommendation. It is under a new management as of few months ago. I am so happy that I took my aunt there. The facility is newly remodeled and very clean. The staff was extremely courteous, service fees were very reasonable. Here is the best part... we saw Dr.Shuttari and he was the most gentle, humble and friendly doctor EVER. He pin pointed and diagnosed my aunt's problem instantly. My aunt felt really comfortable sharing her problems with him and he listened very patiently and attentively. Thank you Dr.Shuttari. We really appreciate you taking care of my aunt.

Gold standard! Wonderful experience for my accident. Dr. Mohiuddin and his nurse took great care of me. We had called prior to see if they take x-rays, they do. They all met us at the door and helped me inside and took me right back to start. My husband took care of all the information they needed, and we finished paying at the end. It took us about an hr. if that in their office from finding a diagnosis to stepping outside. I highly recommend this staff and office. This is a privately owned Bolingbrook business. I appreciate everything they did for us at 5pm on a Saturday.

The staff there is very friendly. I had an appointment for three children and we were in and out within the hour. The clinic is new and very clean, and the Dr is awesome!
