I had a great experience at Family Practice Center of Palatine & Immediate Care Palatine. This clinic is one of the best options for family practice, primary care, and immediate care in Palatine. The staff is professional, the facility is clean, and the service is fast and efficient. Nurse Practitioner Sabeena Faiz was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her care felt personalized and truly patient-focused. If youâ€™re looking for urgent care near Palatine, primary care doctor, or family clinic, I highly recommend this place. Consistently high-quality care and a great patient experience.

We came in because my 8 year old daughter was having stomach pain and a headache. We didnâ€™t know what the issue was and Dr Ali and his staff analyzed the problem and came up with the solution. It was bowel obstruction, which was discovered after examination and X-rays. Thanks to their good work, she is back to school and feeling good again.

Theyâ€™re able to see patients quickly and offer convenient onsite labs, X-rays, and ultrasounds. The staff is friendly and compassionate, and both the doctors and nurse practitioners are highly knowledgeable. A special mention to Sabeena Faiz, who has been managing my momâ€™s care. Dr Sabeena is nothing short of amazing and the nurse thereâ€¦.I canâ€™t recall her name but sheâ€™s an older lady and so wonderful to see. Every time I go there she just makes my day!!! They all do actually. The ladies are really so caring. I feel blessed I found them. ðŸ™

Dr Ali is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. His staff is also kind and tries to address any concerns. The MA, Asma, is excellent with finding difficult veins for blood draws. I would highly recommend this clinic.

My visit to Family Practice in Palatine was very pleasant. After being greeted and checked in by the very competent and nice receptionist, I was brought in and my vitals were taken by Timothy. Afterward, doctorâ€™s assistant Gabriela took my information regarding my visit. After that, I saw Dr. Mir Ale, who gave his diagnosis. It all went smoothly and I was soon on my way. All very pleasant.

I had a good visit as a new patient for annual physical â€” front office, technician, nurse, doctor, everyone was kind, positive and efficient. I love the settingâ€” intake, blood draw and appointment all in the same room. I like it more than in bigger hospital systems where you change room or even floor to get through one physical exam. The only thing I didnâ€™t like is that the location seems to be understaffedâ€” Iâ€™m impressed by how everyone there operated efficiently given the situation.

What a Fantastic clinical team and blood draw experience I hadâ€¦with Ms Asma Precise, perfect, and helpful as they listened to all my concerns as well as in providing responses! FNP S Faiz was amazing as well as her assistant! I work in healthcare at numerous outpatient care centers, but nothing compares to Dr M Ali & Dr P Decilloâ€™s and S Faiz office and clinical team- they are experts and a phenomenal patient focused team. I love this practice. They have great hours and skilled doctors and PAâ€™s. The doctors remember you from the last visit and care about your concerns. They have diagnosed some complicated issues and will call an ambulance to get you to the hospital if necessary.

I had a wonderful experience with Sabeena who is the nurse practitioner who works at Family Practice Center. She truly listens, is incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patient's well-being. It is clear she is passionate about providing the best care possible. I also had the opportunity to interact with her student, Smruti, who is already showing the excellent qualities of a nurse practitioner. Under Sabeena's guidance, Smruti is learning from one of the best. I feel very well cared for at every visit.

I made an appointment for a pre-surgical exam. I got in there and was called upon in less than 5 minutes. They did some vitals and asked me some questions about my medications, did an EKG on me. And then I saw the doctor. Everything was prompt and went smooth.

Was seen within 25 minutes of first time arrival even though they were very backed up the day before TG. I was feeling horrible so it was much appreciated. The tests helped immediately identify what bad infection I had caught and the strong meds needed to heal me. The doctor called the next day to check how I was doing. That was great. I am glad I went before worse things could have happened.

Wonderful care! Short wait as they were not busy. I had a pretty serious infection from a dog bite and their staff was very friendly, thorough and helpful. I was so thankful especially after I had been turned away at another local urgent care that is a â€œchainâ€ I will definitely come to this facility for all urgent care needs going forward. We made a same day appointment for our daughter and we were seen almost immediately. The whole staff was professional, courteous and very easy to work with. A diagnosis of a urininary tract infection was made, medication prescribed and called in and a blood test was ordered. This was all completed within 1 hour. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this facility!

I went here when I cut my thumb badly and knew that I needed stitches. The staff was attentive and the doctor and nurse practitioners had good bedside manners as they stitched up my thumb. I received a follow-up call checking on me 48 hours after I had the stitches and again 48 hours after they were removed. Overall, my experience with them was excellent when I needed immediate medical attention and I definitely recommend them.

I really like this clinic! After disappointing visits with CVSâ€™s minute clinics and those new Amita Health â€œPhysicians Immediate careâ€ places, I feel like I found a great immediate care clinic at the Family Practice Center in Palatine. Their staff are all very professional, yet personable, they offer a wider selection of services than you find in those chain clinics and I was satisfied with the services my daughter and I both received during several visits. Dr. Ali and his nurse practitioners and medical assistants are all top notch. I am happy to recommend this place!

I call to tested for COVID they tried to do virtual and it didn't go through so the doctor call me asked some questions. She said come to the office and stay in my car. It was very quick. I'm happy I went.

I had corneal erosion flare up in a large part of my eye after healing from a previous eye injury. I was in extreme pain, and there were no eye doctors open given that it was a Sunday morning. After an ER visit that provided no help, I called here and left a voicemail on the emergency care line. Dr. Maurer called me back and met me at the office - the treatment she provided gave me immediate relief. Clean offices and nice professional staff that go out of their way to help patients - looks I just found my new long term eye care group! She even called the pharmacy before sending the prescription to ensure they had the medicine I needed. 10/10 doesnâ€™t get better than this place!

The medical staff of this center was a breath of fresh air! The moment the nurse took me in and I was seen by two, they took their time to listen to my concern and was attentive (and it was serious enough that I had to be referred to the ER- more on that later). They took a strep test, which came back negative. When the doc (I saw Sabeena Faiz, who was pleasant, kind, AND attentive) and the second nurse came back with the results, I was confident from Sabeena's demeanor that she had the answers and more importantly actually took the time to LISTEN rather than feel rushed. One look at my throat and she knew that there was much more than just a sore throat that was misdiagnosed from an urgent care facility I went to earlier in the week. The seriousness of my condition was enough to warrant a trip to the ER! Importantly, she accurately diagnosed my condition AND explained what it is. I will be going back to Sabeena for all my medical needs in the future! Kudos to the medical staff for their prompt attention to their patient. A happy one now that post ER procedure has made one helluva relieved patient!

I was able to make an appointment for the immediate care online, which saved me time. The front desk staff was quick and helpful. The nurse who took my vitals was very patient and answered my questions. The doctor I saw was great and informative. The facility was clean and I was very happy with my experience there. Will return if I need to visit urgent care again in the future.

I am forgetting her name but the assistant that brought me to my room and took my vitals was absolutely amazing!! I went in for urgent care/had never been a patient here before. I was clearly upset, nervous about what I may be sick with, exhausted physically and mentally - she talked to me like I was a family member. She reminded me to be positive and just honestly was one of the most caring and compassionate humans I have met in a really long time. I Thank God for humans like her - we need more in the world we live in today! The nurse practitioner that actually treated me was very sweet as well. she answered all of my Questions, discussed treatment options/which medicine may be the best and let me know if/when I should come back in. 10/10 all around.

Very Professional, pleasant staff, excellent and knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Ali, Assistant Paula, Nurse, all of them are very accommodating and make you feel comfortable in discussing any of your medical needs. Dr. Dicillo has been my Dr since Dr Kase passed away. Dr.Dicillo was my mom's Dr too. He's been the only Dr. that I have really had. There's not enough good things I can say about him. We came in because my 8 year old daughter was having stomach pain and a headache. We didnâ€™t know what the issue was and Dr Ali and his staff analyzed the problem and came up with the solution. We made a same day appointment for our daughter and we were seen almost immediately. The whole staff was professional, courteous and very easy to work with. A diagnosis of a urininary tract infection was made, medication prescribed and called in and a blood test was ordered. This was all completed within 1 hour. I went here when I cut my thumb badly and knew that I needed stitches. The staff was attentive and the doctor and nurse practitioners had good bedside manners as they stitched up my thumb. I received a follow-up call checking on me 48 hours after I had the stitches and again 48 hours after they were removed. Overall, my experience with them was excellent when I needed immediate medical attention and I definitely recommend them.

I had corneal erosion flare up in a large part of my eye after healing from a previous eye injury. I was in extreme pain, and there were no eye doctors open given that it was a Sunday morning. After an ER visit that provided no help, I called here and left a voicemail on the emergency care line. Dr. Maurer called me back and met me at the office - the treatment she provided gave me immediate relief. Clean offices and nice professional staff that go out of their way to help patients - looks I just found my new long term eye care group! She even called the pharmacy before sending the prescription to ensure they had the medicine I needed. 10/10 doesnâ€™t get better than this place!

The medical staff of this center was a breath of fresh air! The moment the nurse took me in and I was seen by two, they took their time to listen to my concern and was attentive (and it was serious enough that I had to be referred to the ER- more on that later). They took a strep test, which came back negative. When the doc (I saw Sabeena Faiz, who was pleasant, kind, AND attentive) and the second nurse came back with the results, I was confident from Sabeena's demeanor that she had the answers and more importantly actually took the time to LISTEN rather than feel rushed. One look at my throat and she knew that there was much more than just a sore throat that was misdiagnosed from an urgent care facility I went to earlier in the week. The seriousness of my condition was enough to warrant a trip to the ER! Importantly, she accurately diagnosed my condition AND explained what it is. I will be going back to Sabeena for all my medical needs in the future! Kudos to the medical staff for their prompt attention to their patient. A happy one now that post ER procedure has made one helluva relieved patient!

Quick,Curtis and professional staff! Thanks to Sabeena who recommended this place to me. She is the best Nurse practitioner I came across, takes time to listen to patient and make them feel comfortable, especially during these times. Also, one of the staff Asma helped me in setting up my appointment made it quick and easy. From the time I set up the appointment till I was done, I was well taken care off as a family and my test results came back very quickly.Very happy with my experience at the medical office . Thank you all for excellent service.

The expertise from the Nurse practitioner and the Medical Student that I saw today made me feel that I was treated as a person not as a computer screen their bedside manner was outstanding and they are definitely an asset to this physician center Thank you for the care You are both Awesome also the Nurses assistant was very pleasant too .

I am forgetting her name but the assistant that brought me to my room and took my vitals was absolutely amazing!! I went in for urgent care/had never been a patient here before. I was clearly upset, nervous about what I may be sick with, exhausted physically and mentally - she talked to me like I was a family member. She reminded me to be positive and just honestly was one of the most caring and compassionate humans I have met in a really long time. I Thank God for humans like her - we need more in the world we live in today! The nurse practitioner that actually treated me was very sweet as well. she answered all of my Questions, discussed treatment options/which medicine may be the best and let me know if/when I should come back in. 10/10 all around.

Our family has been going to Family Practice Center of Palatine for 25-30 years. Very Professional, pleasant staff, excellent and knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Ali, Assistant Paula, Nurse, all of them are very accommodating and make you feel comfortable in discussing any of your medical needs. I highly recommend this medical center.

Waited over 2 weeks for Cvs test results & nothing? Needed to get results so I could return to work, got a hold of family practice they got me in right away & tested w/no problems. Didnt even have to step foot in bldg! Thank you!!

All of the staff, from the front desk, to the woman who took my vitals, to the physician's assistant, to the physician, were professional, efficient, and caring. Everyone listened to my concerns and provided excellent care. I would highly recommend this medical facility for urgent care.

I always get Excellent MedicalCare for Routine Doctor Visits + if I need any Immediate Urgent Care. Their Extended Business Office Hours are Great + Really Convenient. You Will Get Very Attentive + Good Competent Medical Care.

All my visits to Dr. Ali's are comfortable and quick. The wait time is never long and the front office and medical staff are always warm and friendly. My whole family sees Dr. Ali and I recommend him to everyone. He is really a great physician and a very knowledgeable man. Thank you

My son wasn't feeling well, I called ahead and they stayed open to see us even though we arrived shortly before their closing time. Dr. Ali and his staff were thorough and kind, my son was comfortable and recovered well after antibiotics. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Dicillo has been my Dr since Dr Kase passed away. Dr.Dicillo was my mom's Dr too. He's been the only Dr. that I have really had. There's not enough good things I can say about him. There are not many Dr.s out there left like him. Knowledgeable, caring, helpful. Really knows his patients well. And you can tell he legit likes/loves his job. Very genuine.

Great experience, great service, amazing doctors, and friendly staff. Even though I arrived at this location at 8:50 PM and they were closing at 9 PM, they still took excellent care of my daughter. Thank you.

Dr Ali is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. His staff is also kind and tries to address any concerns. The MA, Asma, is excellent with finding difficult veins for blood draws. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I love this practice. They have great hours and skilled doctors and PAâ€™s. The doctors remember you from the last visit and care about your concerns. They have diagnosed some complicated issues and will call an ambulance to get you to the hospital if necessary.

I made an appointment for a pre-surgical exam. I got in there and was called upon in less than 5 minutes. They did some vitals and asked me some questions about my medications, did an EKG on me. And then I saw the doctor. Everything was prompt and went smooth.
