Dr Fazia Ahmed was able to see me right away. She answered questions that I had and had her staff test me for what my symptoms were indicating. I was prescribed an antibiotic as a precaution to help with my cough. I had to call the office a couple days later with a question and the answered it over the phone and told me that I could come back in if the cough persisted. I use Dr Fazia Ahmed as my primary physician and highly recommend her office.

I am very IMPRESSED! I saw the Phys. Asst., S. Philip. I have a lot of complicated issues with my health since September and had been at a different immediate care the morning prior,. I had concerns about the meds the other place prescribed, but couldn't get a hold of anyone by phone, (like so many places now a days), so I ended up coming here the next morning and am so glad I did. They took their time getting my history and asking me lots of questions. Reception was friendly and helpful, nurse was friendly and compassionate. The Phys. Asst. was very professional, concerned and understood my situation. He sorted through my history to provide me with the best medication for my issue and even called me that evening with concern on how I was doing and if I was tolerating the meds. The people at this facility are Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate & just as important, the are available to speak with when necessary! I will definately be returning here whenever I need medical care. Thank you for proivding the type of "Service" that so many other places have neglected to provide, as the others have become lost in today's minutia of electronic only communications.

I made an appointment online for a same day appointment. No wait when I got there, and called back a few minutes early. All of the the staff were kind and helpful. The Dr was very responsive to my symptoms and provided excellent care and follow up. The app was a little glitchy to check in, but I was able to complete it.

This was my first time coming here. We needed a sports physical. I was not expecting to be wowed like I was with past experiences at other local clinics, but the staff had such professional customer service skills. I was very impressed. Our experience at Immediate Care Plus was fantastic! We were traveling and needed to see a Dr for our little one in the area. The check in process was seamless, even as a new patient from out of town. The entire staff was extremely friendly, from check in to the nurse who took vitals and made the experience fun for a 4 year old, to Dr Ahmed who was very attentive, diagnosed the issue, and provided resolution in a short period of time.

I would recommend Dr. Ahmed to anyone looking for a primary care doctor. She is very thorough and better than any other immediate clinic I've been to. My husband and I have gone to her for mild sicknesses, colds and flus, and she has taken good care of us. Too bad we will be moving soon or else I would make her my primary care doctor. The receptionists have not always been five stars, but it is worth going through them to see Dr. Ahmed.

I would recommend this place time and time again. The doctors are awesome, I do prefer seeing the lady doctor. I can never remember her name but she is very thorough and caring. Not to forget the two nurses that are usually in the front, they are super nice!!!!

I took my teen Autistic child for a Covid 19 test and to see Dr. Khan for allergy issues. She was treated with care and she was quite willing to trust him even though it was a first time visit. The Prescriptions were called in the pharmacy immediately which made things a little easier considering it is a Sunday. The front end staff and nurses are very nice.

We were in within 10 minutes after finishing paperwork. Doctor Faiza Ahmed was really nice and x-rays were done within 5 to 7 mins with results. They provided proper care for injured ankle. I would strongly recommend this place for immediate care.

We just took my son in because his eye was swollen red and runny and my fiancé went in and they said they do not take children under two our son will be 2 months in a few days they said let me ask the doctor and they took him in all the staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was super clean and the doctor was fantastic thank you guys for letting my son be seen so we didn’t have to make a trip to the e.r ! The visit was really quick, and the clinic was clean. This place kinda reminded me of a free clinic but that could've been the vibe from the other patients there. I went in assuming I had strep and was still offered a covid test which is fine. The service was great, everyone was kind and professional. I have no complaints other than I didn't actually receive a diagnosis, just a prescription. After logging in to the portal I saw the diagnosis.

I took my 7-year old son to get stitches removed. Him and I were both a little nervous not being his own doctor (his doctor couldn’t get him in that day). The young lady at the front desk on 11-16-20 was very nice and helpful. The doctor at immediate care was very patient, very kind and very gentle with him and we both felt very comfortable w her. She kept telling my son he was doing a great job and that he is very brave. When she removed all stitches out, my son didn’t even realize they were out. The lovely doctor spoke of herself also having children and also going through the same so she understands. I have been here a few times for myself and for one of my other children and the doctor has always been very kind. I’ve never felt rushed. I even sent my mom there when she needed and she also really liked her. My family and I have been happy coming here when needed, even last minute when we can’t get into our regular doctor. We highly recommend.

This is the best place ever! The staff is very caring, efficient and professional. All the doctors are very professional and the kind you can actually talk to and get your questions answered. I especially give Dr. Faiza Ahmed more than 5 stars. She's actually better than my Primary Care Doctor who is also very wonderful. I would highly recommend this place over any of the other Immediate Care Facilities in the Fox Valley Area.

I am absolutely amazed with the excellent care given to me this past Tuesday night. I was in extreme pain and Linda, the front desk manager made sure i was taken back right away to get my vitals started. They also made sure my son was good during my procedure which speaks volumes. Its rare to find an immediate care that actually cares! Thank you so much to this team of doctors and staff for taking such good care of me.
