I accompanied my friend to this location a few days ago and she had such a wonderful experience with Sergio! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was kind, compassionate, professional and made her feel completely comfortable throughout her visit. His patience and positive attitude really stood out to me. My friend was really grateful for the care he provided. He is definitely an asset to this place, and I would highly recommend him!

I came to this location because I was not feeling well and I wanted to get a check-up to make sure it wasn't something serious. When I showed up I was a nervous wreck thinking it was something serious. I was greeted by Sergio, medical assistant, at the front desk. He was very welcoming and super vibrant. He was amazing. He asked me for my medical card which I didn't have. He walked me through finding it through my online portal. I would have been charged $300 for out of pocket expense. He went the extra mile and helped be get a copy! But he made me feel welcomed. The whole staff did! It was my first visit but not my last! Will be getting all my primary work done here!

My dad came here today and told me to leave a review. all though he had to wait a little while for labs to be taken , he said he loved how medical assistant Sergio helped him understand everything in Spanish from the beginning to the end of his appt and when having to call in a few times after for help as well and said dr.Olivia was nice and welcoming, thank you guys for helping him!

I am writing this review because i believe the same way we give bad or undesirable service power , we should acknowledge the good or way above par services as well. I was referred to the medical center by a friend. As soon as I walked through the door the overall ambiance felt very relaxing and quieted my skepticism. The check in was swift, thorough, and efficient. The medical assistants were very friendly and accommodating. Now to transition to my formal introduction to the health care provider, I met NP Luke Sherrill for the first time and it was nothing short of amazing. He entered the room with that sort of posture that oozes confidence without giving an air of arrogance. The whole time I was there for my appointment he made it a mission to make sure I felt valued and heard. Within the moments of treatment he gave me decisions with clear explanations. There was no moment where I felt unheard or unseen. Periodically he would check in with me to make sure I was okay and didn't need anything. His personality and knowledge as a health care provider is a perfect for medicine. Providers like NP Sherrill definitely exemplify the "Care" in "Healthcare". I definitely would recommend 10 times out of 10.

I started going to this primary care office last year & finally found the provider that works best with me for my health. His name is Luke & he genuinely cares & takes the time to listen to me about how I am feeling. I haven't had such a great person taking care of my health in over a decade. I feel heard & well cared for. He includes me in his decisions for all of my health issues. I have met with a couple of other providers there & they're also good but my communication & trust is the best with Mr. Sherrill - I can't say enough good things about this provider. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen & put me at ease at every visit I've had there!! I highly recommend this doctors office to everyone I know. The office is always clean & I have switched my mother over to his care as well. Wait times have been very good & I actually enjoy going to the doctor now 😌

I can appreciate the care I receive at this location because I feel heard, and taken care of when I come here. Whether it's urgent or a follow up, I feel welcomed the moment I walk in to the time I leave. My life was saved by Nurse Practitioner, Calyn Kelly of MedLife Urgent Care in Conyers, Georgia. She sent me for a CT Scan and no more than 2hrs later, she personally contacted. We shared a conversation containing phrases such as, "Do not go home! Go back to the ER asap! Do not go home and laydown! You may not wake up!" She actually, factually, and thankfully saved my life! In days like the present, we need healthcare professionals that literally care and that are not lackadaisical about results that are prudent to our everyday lives. It wasn't AI or an Assistant that contacted me. She took her personal time to call and alert me to the life or death situation I was facing, in real~time! She is who our healthcare staff, as a whole, needs to be modeled after. Needless to say, I am more than thankful to her for taking the time to accurately interpretate my test results. She makes me feel heard. She does not rush our encounters. She genuinely cared about which is frankly rare in the healthcare industry, to me, now. Thank you Calyn Kelly, NP! You are my She~ro! ✌🏽💜💡

Dr. Iana Malakian is such an amazing doctor! She was so concerned about my shoulder and took care of the rest of my medical concerns regarding my left foot, left hip and my right middle fingernail. She even made sure my physical showed no deficiencies in vitamins! I love her treatment and so grateful and thankful for it! I would recommend her to other patients for sure!

I was here for some vaccines,after not having to be injected in almost 15years.i was so scared like a little girl and wouldn't let the needle near me.at first a tech did give me 2 out of 6 of my vaccines,it wasnt so pleasant i most say.then KAYLIN walked in,kept me at ease,then gave me 2 more vaccines,I promise you I didn't feel a thing.it was quick and painless.i was meant to come back the next day for my last 2 vaccines.i prayed it was KAYLIN who would give them to me and she did.this time I was calm,cool and collected,a far cry from the little scared girl who walked in yesterday.if you're anything like me with needles,please ask for KAYLIN.she is the absolute best 👌 👍 😍

I cannot say enough fabulous things about this center. The staff up front is so professional. The gentleman who took my vitals was friendly and professional as well. When the NP came in -- Christopher Sherrill - he was awesome. He took blood, he gave me a steroid shot, they did Covid testing, checked my thyroid then they hooked me up to an IV for fluids. IF I had gone to my primary care physician, who I love, she would NOT have done all of these things in a short time period. Additionally, when they hooked me up to the IV, it took awhile for it to drain into me. But you know what? One of the assistants was RIGHT THERE before it completely ran out to check on it and remove it. Also, the prescriptions they recommended were over to my pharmacy before I even left the building. Unbelieveable. This place is TOP NOTCH from start to finish. I highly recommend them!!!

My expert this location was amazing. I received a phone call from Ms. Stephanie telling me that my husband was missing some vaccines. I explained everything to her that I went through regarding the whole experience in the Conyers location. She informed me on what is needed and suggested that we complete it in a detailed order. I asked her if it is possible to come to her location and when she is working, she said yes. When my husband and I can the staff was so well mannered and the bedside manner was amazing. I asked Ms. Chantal for Ms. Stephanie and they both helped us through everything we needed. I totally would recommend any and everyone to go to the Buford location and ask for Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Chantal for assistance. They won't lead them wrong.

This place is amazing. I have been going through a very difficult time with autoimmune issues and have been trying the hospital system as well as other doctors around NGHS and I felt my concerns fell on deaf ears until I was treated hear. The doctors and staff truly care about their patients and spend time researching your case. I cannot thank them enough for helping me through this difficult time. Five stars doesn't cover my appreciation for their outstanding care.

Hailey is AMAZING!!!! I came here with a lot of things medically going on. I was so discouraged trying to make sense of it all. Hailey listened to everything I threw at her which was a lot. She was kind, caring and really really thorough. She said we will get to the bottom of what's going on. She started testing, changed my meds that I had been on for a long time from a previous doctor. She even referred me out to a Rheumatologist for further diagnosis and treatment. I felt heard and found someone who cared!! She covered it all!!!! I love her so much I even rescheduled one of my follow up visits because it was her off day 😂. Within my first 2 follow ups she has gotten things turned around and going to right direction!! If you are looking for someone kind, compassionate, thorough and want to feel heard Hailey is your answer!! THANK YOU HAILEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chris at the front desk was awesome with the check in process. She made it very quick and easy which got us back quicker. Alfredo in triage was very pleasant and professional. Shreeya the provider was very patient and listened to all of my concerns. She addressed every concern and explained things very clearly. Nelly the phlebotomist and Lilly were absolutely amazing with my four year old who is terrified of blood work. They were patient with him and got it done the first time. We love this office!

I can say that they are excellent for emergency visits. I've been treated for a physical visit for a rolled ankle, keeping me out of the hospital ER. Saving me from the expenses and the waiting room. They have also helped with some viruses and other illnesses. I've received the best care from Dr. Hailey Hull and her excellent, dedication, attention to details, and focus on any health issue I have had and helped me so much that she is now my primary care doctor. She really does listen and tailors her care for you needs. Their are so many others at MedLife from Andon at check in, to the NP, and all of the nurses whom work as a seamless team that address all your health needs.

I've been seeing this location for a couple years now and everyone I interact with is so nice and professional. I usually see Jung Kim and she is always amazing. Today I saw Haley Hull and she is also amazing. The person who drew my blood today, Kylie, (name twin lol) was so quick and accommodating when I told her I have a pass out response. It was the easiest blood draw I've had in a while. They are quick to respond to the online messages and not afraid to suggest trying something new to help feel better if something isn't working. I always feel comfortable asking questions. Will always suggest to friends to come here.

Our first visit was incredible. The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. We called ahead with a lot of questions looking for specific vaccinations for school and Maddy was extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Jung Kim and the staff at MedLife are so efficient and attentive— I switched from a traditional PCP to med life because I've been trying to figure out some health stuff and need to make frequent appointments. It's so hard at other places to get appointments and since MedLife is also an urgent care, they take people even walkin. It gives me such peace of mind. Also Taylor and Victoria (I think they are both nurses there) are so fun! Of course they keep things professional, but I had to get my blood drawn and they were really good about keeping me distracted with jokes and small talk so I wouldn't faint😅 Particularly being a younger woman, it's really hard to find healthcare facilities that make you feel safe and validate your concerns, and MedLife is definitely one of those few places. I highly recommend!

I moved to Ga. late 2020 and finding a good PCP with great staff has been a challenge causing me to travel back and forth to NYC for most doctors appointments. Last year my husband suggested I try MedLife Urgent care because he had a great experience I'm so glad I did. They have plenty of parking and the location was very easy to find. They have tea and coffee available to patients waiting. The bathroom are always clean and fresh. It's close to home and the staff is always professional. Although they get busy at times they're pretty efficient because I'm not sitting in the waiting area for extended times. What's important to me is great medical care and how I'm treated when I walk in. The young ladies at the desk and super sweet, very helpful and always remember my name. 😊 The young ladies interviewing me before the doctor comes in are very personable, friendly and always make me feel comfortable. However my favorite person to see is Dr. King Kim she's so dope. From the initial meeting and talking about my medical history to my future personal medical goals. She's patient and listens to me when I'm expressing my medical concerns, she's relatable, extremely knowledgeable 📚 and has a great sense of humor. I'm very happy receiving care at this facility as mentioned before the staff is great they really takes the nervousness and anxiety out of sitting in a doctor office. My ❤️favs 🥰 are Ellie, Victoria, Melanie and Lakin they go above and beyond what's required of them to make the patients feel comfortable. Great experience in getting treated for an upper respiratory infection. The staff was friendly and patient in addressing all of my questions related to my visit and other services they provide. These folks were fantastic today! I was a walk-in, and so expected along wait. Less than an hour, I was in a room, and had a lovely nurse asking me pertinent questions, and starting my process. The doctor actually listened, heard my concerns, and came up with a plan we both found agreeable. Part of that plan was a shot, which was administered with care, skill, and not a lot of pain, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Medlife staff, for your help today.

Being new to the area I was looking for a new doctors. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Momin today. I love the way she treats her patients, she is genuine and caring. Went to this urgent care on 3/3 at 7:30pm on a Friday by accident thinking it was a different one in the area. They didn't have a wait my 5 year old was diagnosed with strep as I suspected sent prescription over she was on her way to recovery ❤️🩹 it was smooth especially late at night staff was amazing doctor nurse great no problems with insurance would go again thanks for making my life easier

We are new to the area . Our daughter had an allergic reaction to her pain meds. In a rush to find somewhere to take her we visited this new location of close to us. I can't say enough about our experience here. The Dr was fast kind and informative about her situation. They all truly cared about their patients. Waited in the lobby maybe 5 min after making an easy online appt. The staff was sweet and non judgemental of my medical situation (my black eye). They did what they could possibly do without me having to go to the emergency room. Every single person/lady I encountered there was sweet and caring. Best Urgent Care in the area, hands down. The entire staff and nurses & doctors are phenomenal. They don't make you feel rushed and they're always very informative and thorough. Where do I begin... If you are like my Husband and I, we dislike going to Doctors but especially urgent care facilities. We are temporarily living with my parents in Buford and sadly COVID struck. So, we had to find a facility and FAST. Medlife Primary & Urgent Care by far surpassed all our expectations. The care we have received has been no doubt the best ever. The whole staff is very pleasant and helpful during the stressful times, but we truly have found our angel on earth there. Sweet Miranda!!! She goes above and beyond and in a very short time has become more than just a nurse at the urgent care place. She is our forever friend!!! We will definitely be using these amazing Drs. and nurses for more than just urgent needs!!!

Medlife Urgent Care is the best Urgent Care I have ever visited! I went there for the first time when I had covid 19 and since then I have not stopped going. They have new facilities, they always take care of you on time and all the staff are polite and loving .... Jerica and Miranda, the girls at the front desk are divine! And not to mention Doctor Riddhi and Doctor Dat, they are the best and always very accurate in their diagnoses ... They offer a spectacular treatment called Meyer's Infusion composed of vitamins and antioxidants that helps a lot in the recovery of covid.

I have had to bring in 3 of my children in the last month. The office has taken extra measure to keep it clean and safe. Miranda Bray has greeted us at the front desk each time and is such a breath of fresh air when you are concerned about your child. She made me feel confident I was at the right place and that my concerns will be addressed and my children were in great hands. If you are in the Buford area and are in need of Urgent Care this is the place to go. So much I can say about this practice! We love them! Miranda,Dr.Merchant, Jerica and Jamie all took care of my family and got us up and feeling in the right direction! I was there Sunday with one of my kids Monday with myself Tuesday with another child and Wednesday my husband went in. I have never had a bad experience here they are all kind and welcoming! I felt very welcomed and they made me feel very calm from what I was going through. The nurses are so sweet especially Miranda! we have barely made it out of the parking lot and I am already writing this review because our experience at MedLife was hands down the BEST experience with any doctors office we have ever had. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurse, to Dr. Dat were extremely welcoming, informative, and all around wonderful. Dr. Dat took the time to talk with us, explain information with great detail and even get to know us during the process of the visit. We went in right before closing for a quick check up on my husband after an intense workout, and we ended up scheduling physicals before we left— that's how impressed we were! Hands down the best office in town— and beyond!

Wow! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I found them in a google search when our normal urgent care was booked for the day. And I have to say, this is our new permanent place. The staff is so warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to accommodate my autistic child and my sick child - they were fast, courteous, and just exuded understanding. I won't name names but we had the opposite experience at our old urgent care in Braselton (the doctor was patronizing, a teen filmed my son in the waiting room to the complete disregard of the staff). But MedLife is amazing!! Wish we'd found them sooner. We were in and out in less than 25 minutes and they were super thorough and attentive. We've never had an experience like this. This is, by far, the best urgent care my family has ever visited.

What an awesome primary care and urgent care center! Dr. Merchant & Physicians/Practitioners Dat Le & Devon have great bed side manner. All 5 times I have been have been great experiences. I have made them my primary care doctor office too. With my high blood pressure issues that spiked since having Covid, they have seen me 3 times already and given me so much advice more than any of my other 5 doctors (yes, I have been to that many others because I am picky). Nurse Practitioner Dat Le explained so thoroughly with easy to understand analogies of my heart and what is going on with my body and why my blood pressure is struggling. He researched meds that would work for me and my unique condition (PCOS & Hypertensive). Dr. Merchant also gave me amazing advice on weight loss with fasting certain hours of the day which has helped me already with my stubborn metabolism. She made me feel at ease about my concerns. Her physician assistant Devon is also so friendly and amazing too! My 3 sons even enjoyed going together to get covid tests and the doctors were so engaging and positive with their interactions, they felt safe and not scared at all (the car ride there was full of anxiety until they met the doctors who joked with them). It is a very clean facility with low to no wait times. The front desk is very friendly too. I can't say enough great things about them. I seriously cannot wait until my next visit, which by the way I can go after work with no appointment necessary whenever I need a BP checkup or for them to look at my throat/ear because I caught something else from working with kids all day long as a teacher.

I recommend anyone that wants to get in and out of a urgent care quickly to come here. Their staff is amazing and makes you feel welcome from the time you walk in til the time you leave.

I took my son and he was seen by Dr. Merchant. At the Flowery Branch office. I was amazed at the Dr and the Staff. They are more like a Dr office then a quick care. The Dr and staff where so caring. The doctor made sure she checked my son out very thoroughly and answered all of mine and his Questions. I would recommend this office to everyone. Thank you to Dr. Merchant and all the staff!!!

This urgent care was very busy, as they all are, but provided great care in a timely fashion. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I was most pleased with such a clean and safe environment during this pandemic.

This is one of the friendliest urgent cares I have ever been to. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a welcoming smile and immediately helped. The nurse practitioner, Shannon, made my experience a rememberable one. She went above and beyond to show she cared about me (not only as a patient but as a person). The staff shows genuine concern and makes the patient their priority. Thank you to this team of health care professionals! I recommend everyone come here.

I went to Medlife where the staff was amazing. Provider Devin Perry was absolutely amazing and took such a good care of me. Place is beautiful, clean and service is great. Highly recommend this clinic.
