I had such an amazing experience at Medlife today, and I couldn't leave without recognizing the incredible team that took care of both me and my son. From the moment we walked in, Akayla at the front desk welcomed us with kindness and made check-in quick and easy. Ms. Sherry in triage was so sweet, patient, and compassionate. She made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and treated us with genuine care. Kim in the back was wonderful as well. She was friendly, professional, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. I especially want to recognize Sara, our provider. She was absolutely amazing! She took her time, listened to every concern without making us feel rushed, answered all of our questions, and truly cared about our health and well-being. It's rare to find a provider who makes you feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for, but Sara did exactly that. She went above and beyond, and I left feeling confident that we received the best care possible. I'd also like to thank Jay, the Assistant Manager, and Shanta, the Manager, for leading such an outstanding team. It shows when a medical office has people who genuinely care about their patients. Omg!!!! I love coming here when I tell you I was dealing with a clogged ear for 3/4 weeks and they solved the problem. From Akayla at the front desk with the great customer service to Christian asking the right question all the way down to Sara the provider diagnosing me and treating me properly to the man of the hour who got me right JAY!! He flushed my ears! I was nervous and he made me feel comfortable and was very mannerable!!! I will be back if anything else occurs!

I had the most amazing experience today at Medlife urgent care. This was my first time visiting this facility and the team was absolutely phenomenal. Staff was amazing. My son and his mother were in a car accident and they were accommodated very well. Mike up front made the check-in process for new patients, Akayla was very welcoming during her triage process and Jay was very gentle with positioning during his xrays, lastly. All of my issues weren't able to be addressed there, but if you are sick and need antibiotics or dehydration IVs they are good. They are very sweet, and the Dr was down to earth and empathetic. They are 10 out of 10 for colds and acute issues, but if you want to quit smoking or lose weight you may need a general FNP because their month to month care isn't as good.

I always come here when im feeling sick or under the weather. The staff is always 100% friendly and helpful. Stephany was perfect when taking our information, very professional but charismatic, made us feel very comfortable. Meme up front was very fast and efficient to get us seen as quickly as possible, very friendly but also professional. I was in the back in less than 10 minutes. Diana was awesome she asked us some simple questions went over what they were gonna do, again very fast, efficient, but professional and friendly. Kirule was super friendly as well the whole staff was, but when it came to those swabs, he prepped us, made sure we didnt sneeze, was quick so it wasn't too bad, and like I said super friendly. Honestly going to make this my primary. Wonderful visit, every time.

I took my teenage son in after a skateboarding injury, and we found out his foot was actually broken. The entire staff at MedLife Urgent Care made what could've been a stressful visit feel surprisingly calm and even comforting. Dr. Christina Agyepong was fantastic—thorough, patient, and great at explaining everything so we knew exactly what was going on. Stephany, our nurse, was friendly, funny, and genuinely helped put both of us at ease. She even joked about how impressed they were that my son wasn't in more pain considering his injury! Kendra, the X-ray tech, was quick, professional, and very kind throughout the whole process. And at the front desk, Kirule greeted us warmly and made check-in simple and smooth. It's rare to come across a medical team that works this well together and treats you with such compassion and respect. I'm truly grateful for their care today, and I highly recommend MedLife to anyone who needs urgent care.

I had a wonderful experience getting my USCIS immigration physicals done at this clinic, and I'm incredibly grateful for the entire team. Clean and quaint facility. Staff was both personal, professional and helpful. From Raven at check in, with her infectious smile, to Alyssa and Shondala the care and concern was felt. I'd never had an urgent care experience like this but with a Practicioner like Christina at the helm I understand why this well known lies machine runs so smoothly. Both my initial and follow up visits were less than 30 minutes including checkin wait, triage and care. I returned to Christina sharing that I felt better but hadn't taken all prescribed meds. Instead of allowing me to chose my fate she informed me of the purpose and impact of the additional meds (antihistamines) and assured me it would aide in my continued healing. These ladies were incredible, they kept me laughing even through my discomfort. Thank you!!

Omg ! I would recommend this urgent care to everyone. Do not judge this book by the cover. The PA'S are so personable and warm, but most of all they are knowledgeable. It's so nice to go to a practice where you are known and you can reach someone any time you have a problem. I have seen Dr. Christina and I loveeeee her so much. Also another huge perk...they are open 7 days a week!

Raven is the reason I'm giving this place a 5 start review. I went in for an examination. There was some miss communication between the office and the lab center, where I was very nervous since the lab center called me telling there was an issue. (There was no issues) Raven took the time to call me and gave me peace of mind. She make sure my mind was at ease. She make sure I was worry and she apologized for the misunderstanding. When I went in to pick up my documentation she was very kind and welcoming. It makes a big difference when people take the time to understand how are you feeling. Raven was amazing. I had such a wonderful experience during my visit! Dr. Christina was extremely informative and took the time to help me understand how to reach specific goals related to my health. The front desk/backend administrators-Raven, Brittany, and Alyssa were just as pleasant and welcoming, they made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Everyone was amazing—so professional, kind, and attentive. I didn't have to wait long at all, which was a huge plus. The staff and Dr listened to me and what I wanted and didn't want the DR did not push what she felt was best for me. I cannot say enough good things about Medlife Urgent and Primary Care. Ever since I started experiencing this nerve pain, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I especially want to recognize Latonya—her compassion, dedication, and consistent follow-up have truly amazed me. She has been in regular contact, making sure every detail was handled with care and urgency. Dr. Ann has also been incredible. Together with Latonya, they worked quickly to get my referrals processed so I could see a specialist as soon as possible. Been here several times to get Covid testing. Went here last week after having gone through a tumultuous period of dental and medical visits including the ER. From check in to check out was an amazing experience for me. I was HEARD and well taken care of. NP Ann Harber is absolutely phenomenal. Patient, kind, and amazing bedside manner. This was the most pleasant and best experience I have had. Starting from the front desk Raven she is such a sweetheart respectful and patient person she helped me figure out my Insurance and that saved me so much money , LaCrease was super helpful as well and cleaned up and answered questions I had, Kendra was very gentle with me and gave complements , while Britney was very polite and attentive . Provider Christina was very understanding and explained each vaccine and procedures I was receiving. I was able to get an appointment the night before and was in and out. There weren't much people there before I came in but when I left approximately at 2:30, there was quite a few. Book an appointment if you can. The medical assistant's were very friendly, warm and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner was also very knowledgeable and assuring. I would absolutely use this urgent care for any of my needs!

I'm used to urgent care being a bit dismissive as they have lots of patients to treat and want to move patients along but my experience at MedLife was incredible. The staff was very kind and understanding and the PA who saw me, Christina Agyepong, was very considerate of any concerns I had. She ran numerous tests to be sure they hadn't missed anything important and combined both fast acting and long term treatment to make sure I felt better right away while my prescriptions kicked in. This is my new go-to urgent care for me and my family.

Kendra is absolutely amazing. She has amazing Phlebotomist skills. I was waiting for her to insert the needle and wondering why is it taking her so long to actually insert the needle. However, to my surprise the needle was already inserted and blood was being drawn. Additionally, she's extremely patient and professional. I don't typically write reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. First and foremost, going to the doctor is never something anyone looks forward to, but Kaylin and the entire team—Travae, Anita, and Ann—were absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped in, I received exceptional customer service until the moment I left. Dr. Kaylin is truly outstanding! She's incredibly caring and gentle with her patients. Her personality is infectious—she's absolutely amazing. I'm so glad I chose this place over Piedmont Care; I was in and out quickly and treated like a person, not just a number. If you value more than just medical treatment—if exceptional customer service and how you're treated matter to you—don't hesitate. I've officially made this place my primary physician, which I didn't even realize was an option. Give them a try—you won't regret it!

From the front desk to the examination room was amazing, I had cut my fingers pretty bad at work and got sent with workers comp. My job gave me minimal info to give to them, but they got it figured out and done and got everything free for me. The NP Anne Harbor was so sweet and caring and had me stitched up with no pain and was so concerned with my comfort. I started feeling hot and light headed and she immediately got me comfortable, washed my forehead with cool water, got me an ice pack and feeling better quickly. The suture job is excellent, I didn't think it could be done but she did it.

So wonderful and they took care of my sick hubby with such attention and kindness! Treated him fast and were great w the needles. Didint over prescribe but made everything available to us and let us know our copays. Great experience!! Nice people!!

I've taken my son a couple of times to the McDonough practice. PA Rentschler, NP Billingslea, and NP Matthews have all been patient, caring, and thorough throughout my child's treatment from letting him play with their stethoscope at the beginning of the visit to blowing kisses back and forth to one another at the end all the while making sure he stays his sweet healthy self! A drs appt is never a dread to J (son) when i tell him we're going to Medlife!

I can not say enough about this place! Me and my children have been here many times for different reasons! They are so kind and officiant. Never wait long. They do not try and take all your money! They really care for you! Best urgent care in henry county!

I literally am just getting home from here and I couldn't wait to make this review. This has been the best urgent care visit I have ever had. The appointment was for my soon to be 2 year old. She has very bad anxiety. They gave her so much grace, attention, patience, love and affection. She felt as comfortable as she could with them. When I got in my car I cried realizing that. This little urgent care treated me and my baby better than her own pediatrician. Nobody has ever gave her Hugs, back rubs, let her touch the stuff before they used them..etc. nothing. It took for me to see her having great service that I realized that sadly I have been blindly allowing my baby to have basic, piss poor service. Which has been further worsening her anxiety with medical professionals. We will be looking for a new pediatrician office (any recommendations would be great) I want to thank you for your service and how you both have treated us. We will be back for any future accidents or conditions. ❤️

I live in Savannah, Ga., three hours away from the Medlife. My daughter sees Dr. Raquel and recommended that I make an appointment. I've been looking for a doctor after my primary physician moved to Florida. I was feeling weak and tired all the time and could never get an answer as to why w/the doctor I was seeing here in Savannah. My daughter told me to come to McDonough to see Dr. Raquel and I finally made an appointment. The staff was awesome and caring. I was given a full workup and I received the answers to my issue w/tiredness. But wait! I asked Dr. Raquel about a certain medication to help w/my diagnosis and CVS here in Savannah told me it would cost over $500.00 w/my insurance and coupon. I agreed to take the medication I could afford (which caused me discomfort) and without me knowing, the office found a pharmacy that charged me way below that price and also delivered the medication I requested to my front door here in Savannah. I love this office and I love and appreciate Dr. Raquel. Thank you so much! I'm feeling better, and my energy is back. Thanks to my daughter for introducing me to Medlife!

Dr. Billingslea and her staff are AMAZING! Making an appointment is definitely the way to go but they do their best to take walk-ins quickly and as time allows. Dr. Billingslea listens to you and takes all of your concerns into consideration when making treatment decisions, and makes herself available for questions or concerns that may come up at a later time. Cannot recommend this practice enough!

Dr. Raquel and her staff are amazing. Everyone was welcoming and took the time to listen and preform tests that I requested without hesitation. All of them were kind and understanding, and I will be coming back anytime I *need* to. It's hard to find doctors that actually sit down and listen empathetically, and I feel extremely grateful for this team!

This was my first time coming here and the staff was truly friendly. Upon walking in the young lady Abriyan immediately greeted me and came out and talked to me in regard to self pay. Jaime at the front desk walked me through insurance process on what to do once my insurance kicked in. Katelynn was in the room and took all my info on what happened and was very polite and Mrs Raquel (NP) was fantastic. She was spot on and very direct with care and a care plan. Well done Team

I highly recommend this urgent care facility, they are fast, kind, professional and they can give a shot with no pain. The NP was fabulous Rachel Billingsley ❤️. I will never use another urgent care but MedLife Urgent Care. The others don't even compare.

I love this place. Everyone is kind and professional. I've seen some bad reviews about wait times. We are in a pandemic and you are lucky to be seen anywhere. There's a shortage of doctors/ nurses to patients. This place makes an effort to see everyone that needs to be seen. My favorite is Alicia. She takes her time with you and listens. Ty Medlife!

Today is Christmas Eve and we need a PCR or Antigen test before our 12/26 cruise. Needless to say we went to 5 other Urgent care locations before going online finding this location. So we booked online of course only to get there and told they were too booked. Not taking anymore patients. Imagine the devastation we were feeling😩 However, as we were standing at the window someone cancelled and the Dr said " Take them they have a cruise!" OH MY GOD!!!!!!! We were so relieved to hear this!!!!!!! Thank you JESUS!!!!!!!! We waited to get tested🙏🏽 GOD IS SO GOOD!!!!! Thank you doctor!!!!

I cannot begin to say how well these ladies handeled my very difficult Autistic Daughter. I didnt catch their names but they are rock stars! As a mom who is always stressed out when I have to take my girls who dont always cooperate to the doctor They were fabulous and kind and understanding! Will definitely be back They are Amazing!

I went to Medlife Urgent care back around March for COVID-19 test first because I felt sick the entire staff was and is great. Ms. Tillman the NPA and all the doctors that I have seen there helped me figure out what was going on with me which I could never thank them enough !! I took my daughter there to have blood test done last minute they did pretty well except I had to fix a billing problem that came up no big deal . Now my husband is going today for a COVID test and when I started reading some of the reviews I am amazed at some because everyone is in the same pandemic and there aren't enough doctors and nurses and hospitals to help everyone and I do understand it's scary but why not just try and help instead of getting angry because they really are working very hard to help everyone they can. I have a primary care doctor which I think is the greatest but even durning COVID in March couldn't go see him because I had a fever so I went here to get help and they helped and are very kind and understanding. May I suggest if you don't hear from them call them and ask before you get upset my primary doctor has been lately not getting back to me right after my test results come in and there really isn't enough doctor and nurses and NPA's to care for all of the COVID-19 sick. But some days a little kindness and understanding might get you answers quicker then anger. This is THE BEST urgent care I have ever visited! The staff were so warm and welcoming. Prior to surgery, I had to visit multiples sites to have COVID testing, all of which were very poorly managed. You can tell this office actually cares about their job and the patients that they see. As a healthcare professional, I am still impressed by the efficiency and quality of the services they provided.

Dr. Merchant is amazing!! I was able to do my COVID test quickly for an upcoming international flight and have the results at 5pm the next day....she was a such a lifesaver! She's so friendly and professional and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Dr. Merchant for your healthcare needs.

Great place to go for all your medical needs! The staff took safety measures by having me wait in my car and immediately putting me in a room when I was called back. The doctors were super kind and made sure that my concerns were heard.

Got my covid test there yesterday morning. Dr. Merchant was INCREDIBLE. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend you go and see them. I needed to travel to Africa for Christmas, i walked in to get a covid Test done, Camisha was extremely helpful to me, she told me i will get Result the Next day by 6pm. They called me before 6pm the next day to inform me that my result was ready. i would highly recommend this place.

I've been to a lot of medical offices and urgent care facilities. The experience I had was unmatched. I have health anxiety and most of the time I ask a lot of questions regarding my health or treatment. Dr. Merchant and her staff took their time and eased all of my worries. OMG....... The best!!!! I called because I just wanted to know what to do about possible chemical burns on sale and face. From the moment I called there was nothing but professionalism. Once I arrive my wait was less than 5 mins. The staff and doctor were truly a God send. Everyone was so helpful and truly a joy to be around. I appreciate everything that the staff did. If I ever am in need of urgent care..... I will always return here.

I was seen on 8/16/2020. Dr. Merchant and the staff was Amazing, sweet and nice! Dr. Merchant took X-rays and EKG. No waiting, I was in and out! I recommend this facility if you are sick and need to be seen!!!!
