Love the doctors and the staff however I have had an issue with billing i did not agree with . I was very upset about it and was ready to stop doing business with Medlife as a whole . I have since then had a conversation with the billing department and Mr Srurabh was truly a god send in helping me resolve the issue , have a understanding about what happened and have restored my faith in what i thought was shady billing issue . I want to share my beautiful experience with Dr Seid Gibanica. He is not only an amazing Dr but an amazing human too. I met with a car accident and I was taken to Medlife and from there I am being checked by DR Seid. He is such a beautiful soul he listens to all my queries and pain beautifully. He helped me in every way be it my lumbar pain, and all other issues. He is Million times better than other drs who just listen and prescribe some meds. My provider is Kaiser but I never wanted to go to them again as they made me suffer a lot and did lot of delay in my treatment and alternatively Dr Seid helped me with everything. May lord bless him... he is an angel for me he saved me with so much of pain. I am still in pain and hope i get treated only by him and not my provider.... thank you dr seid please give him a promotion he deserves it.....

The team here is great! Thanks again to Seid, Aisha, Martin, and Brittany (Sorry if I misspelled anyone's name). Had a visit here for a routine screening and the staff were equal parts courteous and expeditious as they worked to guide me through the process, keeping me informed and comfortable throughout. These guys are top notch and absolutely stellar with their care, even on a very busy day. I was in and out in no time, and I'd rather go here to this staff than any other facility. They're uniquely positioned as both a Primary and Urgent Care facility, so they can see one through a broader spectrum of situations and I think they're going to be my go-to for regular checkups and (knock on wood) any urgent care I may need in the future. I am pleased to say when I walked into the office i was greeted by two ladies by the name of Stephany and Safia, it was nothing smiles and a fast check in. :) Today I had to get my Ultrasound along with lab results but my Ultrasound was first and the Ultrasound tech did great but I can't remember her name. Fast forward I was roomed by young lady name Jasmine and she was very quick fast and friendly. :) Ms. Laura had to collect one more lab from me and I must say she talked me through because I was nervous due to me not liking to be stuck by any needles. :) Gabby was very helpful by assisting me with a cup of water after I got my lab…thanks Gabby :) Dr. Evelyn was sooo sweet and understanding as ALWAYS :) I recommend Medlife Urgent/Primary care to anyone who's second guessing. Very Diversity, Very Fast, Very Clean, and most importantly FRIENDLY! Theirs nothing like having a PCP who truly cares about your health! Today was my first time stepping foot into this clinic and I must say I was very happy. I was helped by a wondering MA by the name of Jasmine. Two great individuals by the name of Stephany and Safia helped me with checking in. I love how Gabby came to assit when Jasmine called her for help. Awesome team work. Let's not forget the wonderful Laura who came to put my IV in she was soo nice and gentle. Dr. Evelyn was amazing, she took her time to understand my concerns and did a excellent job. I was telling Gabby and Jasmine how I was new the area and didn't have a PCP and they both recommend me to become a patient with Medlife and I am pleased to be a patient. They give you so many options for shots and immune boosting and would heavily recommend coming here if you're feeling sick or need any vaccines. When I first moved to GA- It took forever to find a primary Dr. I liked- and I went here for an emergency one time and ended up staying for almost 4 years now. The staff is consistent with being supportive and welcoming from the front desk to the Doctors. You can tell they enjoy what they do. I ended up making this office my Primary Care Doctor for myself, my husband and my daughter. Evelyn is the Dr. who sees us now and she is amazing but even if she is not in the office the others are just as great. Even moving further from the office - I still make the commute to see THIS team.

Medlife urgent care has become my favorite place to go whenever I have any kind of health issue. My kids come as well to do a variety of sick panels, or when their pediatrician is not available over the weekends. We have been coming here for the last 3 years, and every provider has been attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. Seid is one of the providers here in the office and he is very knowledgeable, empathetic and gives great advice. Evelyn Molina is the reason why this place is my primary place of care because she helps me make informed decisions by giving me all the information, data, and options needed to move forward with my care. The wait time as a walk-in isn't terrible, and the longest I waited was maybe 44 minutes during back to school season. Ive been coming to this same primary care clinic for a few years now and everytime i come, Stephanie & Jocelyn always greet me with a smile and helps me feel more comfortable because i hate going to the doctors😂 it was my first time meeting Nory and Kristin today and they were just as amazing. Went to this clinic for the first time today and was so happy with my experience! Even though they were short staffed, Stephanie was incredibly pleasant and got the provider, Evelyn, in to see me in no time (having come in first thing in the morning). Evelyn was so kind and thorough in her examination, and explained all the reasoning behind her care which I greatly appreciated. Stephanie checked me out and was again, so nice. Everyone was working as quickly and efficiently as they could and I felt very cared for.

I really love coming here Doctor Molina started working here and I truly love her outstanding customer service. And care she provides for her patients. She is kind and friendly and very committed helping people. She really does go above and beyond to listen to your needs and is passionate and knowledgeable. I really recommend her to anyone. Sometimes staff take a little long but it is worth the wait. I don't see why people would complain about them taking to long. Every patient has different needs. The whole staff has always been friendly to me and my kids and overall I am very happy with their service.

Great staff except the Spanish nurse. She was very rude and made me feel like i was bothering her being there. The receptionist was lovely and Dr. Devin was the sweetest person...will turn anyone's bad day around just by her presence. Really caring and down to Earth, she really goes the extra mile for her patients and you can tell she chose to be a doctor bc she genuinely cares not just for the money.

I had the worse scare finding this Doctor at 730 pm. I was so delighted due to me working weekdays and off by 6. But this day was a major scare because my breast was leaking fluids. My first thoughts was breast cancer and to find a doctor to help me. When arriving to medlife I was welcomed with smiles. I'm a person that panic and by surprise the sweet nurse was able to calm me. Although the breast cancer situation was at hand the Doctor made me feel safe. He was so hands on and explained to me step by step, getting me in for a mammogram and ultrasound ASAP just to help my mental of it all. The doctor told me that he felt that I was going to be alright and what he thought could be an infection but wanted to rule out any surprises. I did testing and the communication was great, not making it too much of a scare as I waited. Great news I was cancer free and guess what? What the doctor said was wrong was wrong. I would recommend this care to anyone because it's nothing like doctors and nurses that really care. Not to mention they make it convenient for your care opened until 830 pm daily, Saturday and Sunday. Omg amazing!! Thanks for everything Medlife.

The doctor and the employees here are amazing! Being new to the area I had no idea where to go other than the emergency room on a Sunday evening. Deciding to stop here as I soon found a very clean organized environment with well-spoken personnel. Every one was super nice to me and even helped assist me get into a specialist the following day considering my injury. I'd recommend this place to people in town and out of town to be honest. So glad they just opened this primary and urgent care in Norcross! Close by to home and convenient. Everyone was SO sweet and nice. They all listened and I didn't feel rushed. I love the fact that they are open daily. I was able to go yesterday which was the day before Thanksgiving. Every where else had shut down or wasn't open this week at all. All I can say is I hope they are extremely successful because their business hours are truly there to care for patients that need them. The cherry on top is that the staff is extremely courteous and easy to talk to. They removed the stress from my day as soon as I called and they continued with the same positive attitude when I arrived. Please see for yourself. Oh, I don't usually leave reviews because it's time consuming but I had to write this one.😀
