Serena and Grace are absolute best I could not ask anyone better than those two even though there was a lot going on with not just myself but it was packed to the capacity in the office and Serena was getting yelled at I'm assuming because it was too many people in the waiting room she's still held her composure dealt with me as if I was the only patient in the office Grace is just absolutely awesome she was patient straight to the point I did not feel rushed she answered every one of my questions in full detail and I can appreciate being treated like I'm the only one in the office.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, Samuel at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and made check-in smooth and easy. Safi, the manager, clearly runs a great team—everything was organized and efficient. Provider Justin was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen and explain everything thoroughly. The medical assistants, Niesha and Christina, were also fantastic—kind, caring, and very helpful throughout my visit. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I am so thankful to have all the staffs (Atefa, Serena, Katelyn and Dr. Seid) at Medlife help took care of my son today. Even tho it was almost closing time already they still let us get check in and took care of my son's arm. They were all helpful and wonderful, got us check in quick and less than 5 min we were being seen already.

When I first walked in Gabby greeted us with a smile and was so sweet to me and my family. She was so helpful and very efficient. This is the most amazing place I have been to in the last decade. Dr. Grace is the most amazing and considerate doctor I have seen since I have left Washington State 5 years ago. She is knowledgeable and friendly, and the front desk staff is wonderful, lovely, and friendly. I highly recommend!!!!

Hello guys, I am reviewing this doctors office. I'm just going to be very honest and blunt. So it is a walk-in office. You have to excuse the time that you're waiting in the lobby because it is only one doctor. It possibly might have been too. I'm not too sure but I know that Dr. Taylor seen me apologize for my weight and was five star all across the board. When I first came in, it was a bit of a confusion about my method of payment. But Anisha got me right. Then at check out Olivia provided five star service with her fixing the payment machine and being able to print out my summary. Thank you guys. We can't treat humans like robots. We have to be patient when they are working as fast as they can to get us in. I will recommend this office to any up and coming patients that need to be seen at an urgent care.

I was sick for about a week and finally went in to get medication. Taylor the PA was amazing and had me out the door in 45 minutes. Elizabeth and Jose were so great when taking care of me. Turns out I have flu a! Safia was very sweet when checking me out up front.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this urgent care, which is something I never thought I'd say about needing medical attention. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for, and two people in particular made the visit genuinely enjoyable: Layla and Safi. Layla was warm, patient, and attentive from start to finish. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and somehow managed to make a stressful situation feel calm and easy. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Safi, the manager, was equally impressive. She checked in personally to make sure everything was running smoothly and that I felt supported. Her leadership and positive attitude were obvious in the way the whole team operated. You don't often see a manager so hands-on and genuinely invested in each patient's experience. I walked in feeling anxious and walked out feeling grateful. If every urgent care operated like this one, healthcare would be a completely different world. Highly recommend!

I originally came to MedLife healthcare in winder ga to have some staples removed from a head injury at work because I chose not to go back to the dr in Braselton ga that put my staples in, every single person from the Braselton doctor to the girl checking me in was beyond rude , I live in winder so I chose a place close to home, so I tried MedLife healthcare in winder ga, I am so glad I did, Mya greeted me when first walked in and was extremely polite and professional, also every one there was beyond courteous and respectful, Grace McLoughlin was the doctor that saw me, my blood pressure was checked when I was seen and it was very high, I have not been to a doctor in over 30 years, but I have made Grace McLoughlin my primary doctor because she actually cares about her patients, she made me feel so comfortable after not seeing a doctor for so many years, and in 2 weeks she has my blood pressure to where it should be, and I feel very comfortable in saying she is the only doctor I will ever go to again. 04/ 24/2026 This is a update i would like to add to MetLife healthcare in winder ga, I had to go back to get the results for a recent screening, I was to see my pcp Grace McLoughlin, however there were some discrepancies on what my balance was , due to the fault of my insurance provider, Jennifer the manager and Fernanda at the front desk got everything straightened out, they were so professional and knew exactly how to rectify the situation, Jennifer and Fernanda resolved the discrepancies, then when I was admitted back to the examination room my vitals were taken by Atefa, she was so sweet and professional , and was very accommodating, I would once again highly recommend this clinic if you want to be treated with respect and care.

They listened, showed true concern, and made sure I had a clear path to recovery. Their compassion and professionalism were unmatched. I definitely recommend them — and because of how amazing they were during my immediate care emergency, I've officially found my new primary care provider!

Stopped by the facility a few days ago after stepping on a nail thinking they would have to send me to the ER. Surprisingly they were able to take care of me there! I was out in about an hour and they did X-rays, checked vaccine records, gave me medication, and drew blood test. This is definitely a more equipped urgent care than others I've been too. Elizabeth, Mya, Omar, and Grace took the best care of me.

My wife hurt her foot and couldn't stand. The nurse's came out and helped her into a wheelchair and rolled her in. They X-rayed her foot and applied a half cast. Very nice and polite staff, and explained everything. We were there less than 2 hours. Great job

I want to take a moment to brag on the staff at Medlife Winder. From start to finish my experience was enjoyable. When I came in the ladies at the front desk, I believe their names were Janiyah and Safia they were so sweet and friendly. They answered all my questions. My wait in the waiting room wasn't long and when I got back into a room my provider Shelloi was incredible! She was very attentive and answered all my questions and went over my concerns. Emma, Kaitlyn, Jose and Mya were very friendly and quick to get all my vitals and things done so I didn't have to wait very long. You guys rock!

I want to talk about my experience at medlife im winder, they were very thoughtful and opened minded. I was greeted with a warm smile and didn't wait for longer than 10 minutes when i was brought back to a room. I just wanted to say this place rocks!!!😊👍 I took my son here today because he had a RSV diagnosis on Wednesday at the ER and the ER didn't give him anything,no cough medicine no breathing treatment, nothing.😕In less than 10 minutes the doctor came in to listen to him,and said oh yeah he's sick.I got everything I needed from this place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who Is sick to come here,these people are highly educated and knowledgeable about things .Thank yall so much for helping me and my son. Dr. Mock and her team are absolutely incredible and thorough. This year I've suffered some health issues and it has given me major anxiety after having been hospitalized. Dr. Mock has gone above and beyond to help tackle each of the issues I'm having and has also addressed the anxiety I've developed about being at the doctors office. This is the best care I've ever received in my life...and I am age 65! I came to MedLife after having bronchitis for four months. I had seen two other doctors who did not give me the care and medication I needed to overcome bronchitis. At MedLife, I was given a good round of medications, plus two shots, a breathalizer, chest xray, breathing treatment and an appointment for one week later. "We are going to attack this with a hammer," the doctor told me. Also, all the staff was nice. MedLife is not just an urgent care, they are also a primary provider. I'm angry that 2 other offices allowed me to suffer for 4 months and I am moving my primary care to MedLife.

NP Gene was very thourough with my husband and I. He is a wealth of knowledge and doesn't push drugs that you don't really need. He is most concerned with the health and happiness of his patients. We did not feel rushed in any way. In fact, we were surprised and very impressed that he took his time making sure we truly understood what we needed to change to impove our health. A very kind man, NP Gene is one of the best health providers that we've ever met. He truly does not rush you. He listens and offers the best medical advice I've heard. His loyalty lies with his patients, not the pharmaceutical industry.

I came here originally for urgent care. I was also looking for a new primary care physician. They made me feel like they cared about my well being. I have been seeing Desiree almost every time I come in. Elizabeth the lead nurse has taken care of some misunderstanding on my chart immediately. Kimberly has super sonic hearing and has your next appointment scheduled before you come out. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone that needs positive care.

When I tell you that Elizabeth was sooooo kind and reassured me that everything was going to be good with her method, I don't know what I was complaining about and on a scale of 1-10 of the pain it was like a 2. Miss. Thomas the nurse practitioner took great care of me for my annual and sick visit, Daisha who did all my testing in office made me feel so comfortable in the office while doing the test and also made my son feel comfortable while I was getting this done. Kaitlyn and Von who worked me up made sure to get all of my information and KeeKee made the check in process so smooth! Got hurt at work and I was admittedly afraid to go to a physician within their network but I can genuinely say I absolutely appreciate the amazing care and service I receive from Dr. Thomas, Dr. Martin, another female doctor whom I got a chance to meet once before who was also amazing, and last but not least the rest of this staff including but not limited to Alfredo and the front desk assistants. My family has recently been hit with a horrible long lasting cough. After putting it off for a while I finally broke down and we all went individually to be seen. I was seen by NP Kristin and my son was seen by NP Sam both were absolutely wonderful NP Kristin helped me with some other issues I had been having and upon my request did a full blood panel for me so I could get a good baseline. When my results came back I had a follow up with her and she was very thorough in explaining all my numbers. Oh and whoever took my blood was very gentle I really don't care for needles but it wasn't bothersome at all. NP Sam was also very kind to my son and listened to both he and I about his condition. I love the staff, especially Brittany and Kristen. They are both awesome, friendly & patient. Brittany took the time to show me on the new electronic device in the room about what was going on with my back and explained what was what in certain areas. It helped me to understand better what was going on with me. Kristen was very patient & took the time to listen & answer my questions. They go above and beyond to help their patients. They both deserve a raise.

I have never been treated so nice at an urgent care before. They really have a great team working to better help us. I was extremely sick in and out of the hospital. The hospital let me go and I was still not well. They Gave me the care that I needed. Along with medicine while I was there, including I.V. Thank you so much. I haven't been to the doctor in years, so this was my first experience in a long time, and I have to say not only did this place make me feel better, but also scheduled me for some appointments that are well needed. The nurses practitioner was the best she listened to me And got me exactly what I needed. The nurses were great but in all I couldn't ask for a better experience at a doctor especially since they freak me out anyways, thank you medlife

Visited for the first time last week and I was very impressed. Jodie and Bridget were the two young ladies who work in the front desk and they had great energy. Very kind and respectful. It was a great experience overall and I would have to say my best experience in any Urgent Care facility.

I love this place I never had a bad experience but this last week and yesterday was to remember sooo much I called my mom and told her my great experience and she ended up changing her primary care doctor along with her whole household…my Dad my brothers and sisters lol I'm only upset I already changed my before I came here… Sharon and Samantha I hope that's her name was extraordinary!!! the way she was attentive to my baby girl even getting to same level as her standing on her knees looking my daughter eye to eye speaks to the level of care she have!!! showing my daughter personal interest and all I love them!!! Keep up the great work and always remember sometimes people are just having a bad day and we are sick so if I ever seem short with any of you just understand I'm just sick and want to go back in my bed!!! if I can give you all 10 stars I would and it don't stop with you guys the staff was amazing!!! my lady that checked me and my daughter weight and temps we talks like we were old friends you guys rock!!! and excuse my run on sentences me and baby girl in the bed resting drinking our Pedialyte💁🏾♀️ I had to let everyone know how great you lovely ladies are and we're to me and my baby girl Khaleesi❤️

I was able make an appointment today. I know that they are walk in and since my appointment was made my wait time was less. Jody and Bridgett had me checked in with privacy. They were prompt and kept their voices low. I wish the office did have music playing to help with privacy. As I got to the back office all of my questions were answered by Kritsten. She helped me understand my health condition so well. I am truly grateful for that. Gabby(?) was quick and spot on with that needle while drawing my blood. I hate needles by the way. Thank you for my care:)

My experience since coming to medlife has been great the service has been excellent I've received great care understanding and me as a person not just a number the receptionist treat you like you mean something to them I would recommend this place for medical care anytime you need Kristen my Dr has shown true concern and companion also being a human proffectinal thank you girls for your service going beyond your call of service thank you Bridgett and Jody for your beautiful smiles and friendly ways also your professionalism having to deal with the public

Dr. Sultana did an amazing job caring for my daughter. She had a deep wound to her forehead and Dr. Sultana took care to stitch her up so carefully, that when the stitches were taken out the scar looked so much better than I had imagined. She truly took care of my daughter and made our experience with the practice a great one. Truly recommend them. I have used them twice in emergency situations and they have been phenomenal both times. Thank you for treating us with such care and respect.

The staff at this clinic were very helpful! I came in to have them treat my cold symptoms. They were very busy, but I understand that a lot of people are sick right now. They got me in and out as quickly as possible. I will continue to go to MedLife for all of my medical needs!

I was extremely pleased with my experience the day I discovered MedLife Primary Urgent Care in Winder! Myself & 2 of my children were all sick about the 2nd week of starting back school this fall. All of the staff, (the front desk attendant, nurses & Doctor Merchant) were kind, patient, thorough & took the time to ensure we were given the very best care. We all three had something different. My son, an ear infection, my daughter had fibrosis & I myself had an upper respiratory infection. They were so great that I decided to change to them for my primary care as well! I highly recommend this office whether you are sick or if you are looking for a new PCP!

The staff go above and beyond their oath to "Do no harm". I was treated like a person, not a dollar sign. The staff (P.A. Momin included) is just INCREDIBLE; kind, respectful, and courteous. The best urgent care experience I've ever had. The nurses were extremely kind and thoughtful. We were the first ones in the building when it opened, so it wasn't terribly busy, but the care was expedient and thorough. All staff were very knowledgeable and the front desk staff were helpful and timely with prescriptions and insurance questions. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I think they even healed some trauma that my 5-year-old had developed with visiting the doctor/hospital. I woke up early on a holiday where everything was closed or delayed with a sick child and left their office having a great day. Lovely people, lovely place, A+ visit.

Prob one of the best experiences I've had! The staff is extremely helpful and caring. I had to take my 1 year old with me to my appointment and the staff offered an endless amount of help while I got blood work and x rays done. I can't thank them enough!

My daughter (6) cut her finger badly on a bicycle chain Monday night. Urgent care was closer than the emergency room and less traumatic. Brought her in and the doctors and staff were super quick and beyond helpful. We were in and out in an hour and they took their time with her and got her fixed right up. Couldn't recommend a better place!!

Huge Rave for Dr. Ferguson! If you need compassion with a sense of humor, look no further. She has a very calming presence. Her confidence, compassion, and bedside manner isn't something that can be taught. She is a true healer. She listens and connects with her patients on an individual level. The entire staff is professional and work hard to make sure you get immediate care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a provider. Remember if you are having to wait to see a provider that means that the provider is giving the person in front of you their time and attention. The same as you will receive. Be patient and kind. As someone that works in the field believe me it's as stressful for them as it is for you when the schedule gets backed up. Keep up the good work Medlife. I'm glad to have you here!

The staff is very kind and professional. I felt comfortable taling to them and they were quick and efficient. I will definitely be coming back here for all my urgent care needs. Happy to add another great review! I had to make a visit on a Saturday about an hour before they closed due to a nasty injury to my foot. Staff was kind and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Pleased with the care I received.

All the staff are great, providers are extremely helpful, everyone is so nice! The service is exeremely prompt, especially for an urgent care. I'm so happy there's finally a place my family and I can go to with people that ACTUALLY care. Will definitely be switching them to be my primary care. Welcome to the neighborhood Medlife!!
