I came to MedLife for urgent care and the quality of care I received was top notch. Every staff member from the front desk to the nurses to the PA's were very kind and caring. I especially want to thank Meredith for not giving up on getting my IV started. She was a rock star. The only downside of my visit was the long wait, but it was a Saturday, which is usually a busy time for any urgent care.

I triple booked a primary care appointment for myself and my 2 daughters, there was a little wait, HOWEVER the service, care and bed side manner was spot on. We have never had so much fun at a doctors appointment before. Dr Kevin and his amazing nurse (I wish I was better with names, but she was awesome with the lashes of an angel) made us feel right at home and didn't bat an eye at 3 patients in one room. We will be back, the staff were sweet with on point humor and matched the vibe perfectly. Thanks for the wonderful visit.

Let me just tell you if you are going through menopause it is a nightmare especially for me. I went somewhere else first and had the worst experience but a friend recommended I go and see Meredith. She literally changed my life! I'm not being dramatic… I started HRT with her in January and my whole family have seen the difference. Meredith is the most compassionate and patient healthcare professional when it comes to treating her patients. I HIGHLY recommend her and this office! Trust me, don't walk, run to her if you are going through menopause!

This place is the best . I wish I could give 10 stars. The Dr's and Pa's are extremely educated. I highly recommend this office. I went in extreme pain .. I was referred to specialty orthopedics.The doctor there at meddlife and together with ortho we have devised a plan to get my knee working.They got me out of pain, gave me an injection and saved me a trip to the e r. I cannot praise them enough! I encourage you to try them out.

Great experience: The facility was clean and waiting area pleasant. My waiting time was quite reasonable considering I was a walk in patient. The staff from Front desk, MA's, phlebotomist to the PA Justin were awesome. I was treated with respect and care.

I've seen two providers at MedLife - Lee Varner and Meredith Hulsey, Lee is beyond knowledgeable and helps me with every area of my healthcare journey. I'm facing menopause currently and have just developed a neck injury. She's so patient, listens to my concerns and educates me on the best route to take. I find her bedside manner to be that of a very caring & real person who feels like talking to a friend. She provides comfort for my anxious thoughts as well. It's rare to find a provider that takes the time to get to know each step we face at different stages of life. Meredith, is also a knowledgeable provider and a great educator! I've seen her several times for hydration treatments, Botox and fillers. This team is a dynamic duo that will keep you healthy and feeling pretty all in one visit. I can't recommend MedLife enough. They serve the entire family too, from pediatrics to geriatrics and everything in between. If you're looking for a provider that cares, that will not judge you and that you can trust, look no further than Lee and Meredith @ MedLife flowery branch/oakwood. I can't say enough about this place. I brought my five-year-old autistic daughter who is terribly doctor– phobic. Everybody was very polite and played it cool when I told them about what triggers her. They were very patient, sweet, and engaging. it was one of if not the best medical experience we've ever had. I only caught the NP's name but Kevin and everyone on shift tonight shined with excellence. 12/10!

Wonderful urgent care. I ENDED UP Here After going to 2 other places not accepting united healthcare ins. I had awful sore throat, phone died, and they were so nice. The receptionist charged my phone so i could get home.i was given a steroid and an antibiotic shot, tested for step. I did not have strep and I feel much better here the next day. They are 43 mins away but will be my primary care dr now. Great Office Staff, CARING, thorough!! Thank you!!

Dr merchant did my stitches and she did it so smooth. Stephanie was polite in the front and gave me a good service. Cris brought me to the back room and she was making me laugh and making sure I was okay.Melanie helped me clean my finger and she did it good. Olivia also cleaned my finger and made sure no blood was left. Ericka was a good person and she checked my heart beat.

This team was amazing… my boyfriend was sick and I had hurt my ankle and called early in the morning and was able to be seen within just a few hours. Receptionist was really nice. She made me an appointment over the phone. I came in and all I had to do was fill in the paperwork and give my insurance card with my id. They took me Within 10 Minutes this was so nice especially when you have a one year-old who is very fussy and sick , the nurse that attended my son was super nice. The doctor that saw my son Was very informative and had good bedside manner Took his time and asked me to make an Appointment in four days to recheck my son which I have gone to many urgent cares and not once have they asked me to come back and recheck my son that just shows the doctor really cared about his health. I came here because they accepted my insurance. Once i came in I received the best care i have experienced in a very long time. I decided that I needed to make them my primary care physician. These medical professionals are amazing and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk -in, being welcomed and greeted by Ms. Magda, and quickly being taken back by Leslie & Alex to be seen within minutes on an unexpected walk-in visit, I was having severe back pain with a cough and these ladies worked together to pinpoint the root of my problem they were quick and effective, Katelyn in the lab had my results back in a timely manner to confirm my negative results for Covid/flu/rsv, and Lilly set me up on a nebulizer with albuterol and I am back in action immediately feeling better! Thank you ladies for the fantastic visit!!!

I came in just before close in need of stitches on my pinky. Meredith and Sara were great. They helped me stay calm while they stitched me up and kept me talking about pets and life to keep my mind off of what they were doing (I don't do well with this kind of thing). Highly recommend. Dr Hulsey did an incredible stitch job on my finger and I've never felt more comfortable in a medical setting. Big thanks to both her and Sara!

My first time there and the visit was phenomenal! I took my daughter in for a visit and noticed I left her insurance card at home by mistake. The nurse Sara helped me put tremendously as it being Saturday and the insurance off was closed. She found my daughter member id number for me immediately. The wait for the doctor was not long at all which blew my mind. Meredith was my doctor she went above beyond to satisfy my concerns with my doctor. Even gave me advice on how to avoid swimmer ear in the future. 100/10 I would highly recommend this place! HIGHLY!!!

This place was great! Friendly staff and doctors. I received effective treatment for a dangerous nasty tick bite on a Friday at 5 pm. Very little waiting. Super clean and efficient health care that my insurance covered completely!

Dr. Merchant was kind and caring. She knew exactly how to help me. Her staff did an excellent job in helping me with my pain. I am a visitor from France and I am unfamiliar with the American healthcare system. But I was so lucky to be under the care of Dr. Merchant and her staff at Flowery Branch. They knew exactly how to assess me and help me with my problem. Smart, kind and excellent care. This is a wonderful place where I would bring my family and friends for their healthcare needs. The staff is wonderful! From start to end. We didn't have to wait very long to be seen. The NP that we saw was very professional. Bri was awesome!! We loved her!

I had to take my 2-Year-old daughter here to get stitches after she fell. Dr. Meridth was so kind, gentle and had the best side manner I have seen in a long time. Even at our follow up appointment she remembered us and our names. Her staff was very helpful and friendly as well! I would highly recommend!
