I originally went to Piedmont Hospital in Covington for a traumatic head wound. I was told I needed staples and a head ct. After waiting for 3 hours I came to Medlife instead to get said staples. I was in and out in under 2 hours!! I was triaged by Tahjai; who has a wonderful personality. She was very quick with my triage and made sure to get all the important information. I was seen by Lauren who is so funny and such a girls girl. I let her know that I was very scared of the pain. She asked if I wanted lidocaine to help and I immediately said yes. I was super nervous so some of the MA's I think their names were Talecia and Regina they were very interested in my procedure and Talecia held my hand the whole time. I'm so grateful for her because she took a lot of the anxiety away. I didn't feel the lidocaine going in, nor did I feel the staples!! Lauren did so well on my staples you can't even tell there was an open wound. So thankful for this staff they treated me with so much love and care unlike Piedmont. They made me feel so much better. I will be back! <3

The staff here is always so friendly and welcoming and that is one of the reason I continue to come back. They have everything you need all in one place. The provider Calyn is caring and very thorough and made sure I left with no questions. The team Shanta, Jay, Me-Me are always willing to help no matter who is there that day and the MA's are super nice. I will continue using them as my PCP.

My mother wasn't feeling well today and I heard great things about this urgent care. We had amazing service from the beginning to end. Keandre at the front was so nice, The managers MeMe & Shanta were welcoming and sweet. Jaiden made sure to take my mother's b/p twice for an accurate reading. T.J was great stick and had a great attitude. Last but not least my favorites Tempest & NP Calyn !! Tempest's warm and inviting attitude made my mother feel better. She was amazing. NP Calyn asked all the right questions , provided top tier service and made my mother feel very comfortable like family. Thank you so much everyone! I appreciate all that you do!

I had a great experience with Jay! He was very professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I love being taken care of by Calyn and Sheri here. Today I saw Sheri and as always, my Care with efficient and just what I needed. Keandre got me checked in quickly with no issues and Regina was thorough in going over my history before getting my IV treatment. Sheri placed my IV with minimal pain and no discomfort and it didn't take too long to be complete. The whole team did what was necessary to get me in and out while still showing they cared about my concerns!

Omg!! Dr. Shari and Nurse Latonya was awesome. I came all the way from DC undiagnosed. Only to be diagnosed with slight pneumonia. Nurse Latonya, knew just what I needed. She was great. She was very welcoming and warm. She made me feel welcome and treated me like family. The same with Dr. Shari. Dr. Shari even treated me for other medical issues as well. She requested a follow up all the way from DC. I thank God for the both of them. Kudos on a job well done!! I'll be back. Run to this place. You won't be disappointed 🤗

Her gentle and empathetic approach immediately put my daughter at ease during a very difficult time. The women here do an awesome job. They are so kind and caring. They have a very positive environment here for patients and their families. I love that they accept my insurance. I had a hard time finding a place and ended up at this gem. As a Black Woman, it is awesome to receive care by so many awesome Black women in health care who get our unique struggles. MetLife primary and urgent care have far EXCEEDED my EXPECTATIONS of a primary care clinic. They took care of all my mother's testing on the very first visit. I have never experienced such professionalism with the nurse practitioners, the nurse assistant, the phlebotomist and the front desk clerk. They were very astute, and proficient in their duties. I am so glad that I chose them to be my mother's new Primary care Clinic.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at MedLife Primary and Urgent Care in Conyers when we visited for my mom's fractured elbow on 3-14-25. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the visit as smooth as possible. Taidesha Myrick, NP was exceptional in her care! She was not only thorough in her examination but also took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we understood the treatment plan. What really stood out was that she personally called me the day after the visit to update me on my mom's X-ray results. That extra level of follow-up made her feel truly cared for. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely return if needed.

I just wanted to say that the ladies at MetLife Conyers were very inviting as well caring. The respect goes to the young lady who greeted me at the front Ms Latonia her smile lights up your day as you walk in from beginning to end.thf nurses in the back are truly wonderful and gentle. This is the best doctor's office I have ever been to. They are so professional and they take the time to listen and do what's best for the patient! Everyone from the front desk, nurses, phlebotomist, nurse practitioners- are very knowledgeable and professional. I am so happy to call this my primary care center. They also work around my schedule and have weekend appointments which are very convenient for my schedule as a teacher. This facility deserves 5 stars plus!

My appointment was yesterday with OCTAVIA PERRY, NP and staff. I can honestly say from the moment I walked in until the moment I left out I felt like I was literally getting taken care of by family. Every single staff member that I came in contact with was super nice, super friendly and super empathetic, which is hard to find nowadays. I even made the decision to switch them to my primary care physician, even though I went in for urgent care. Thank you all for your attentive care!

i love this place this is the best doctors office i've been to ever. i've been to multiple different doctor offices and no one has ever taken care of me how they did here. you can tell they actually care about their patients and they are very thorough. CHEST PAIN..? they do xrays right there..LAB WORK.. no waiting..draw samples Inhouse. Everyone is pleasant and On Point. I. Over 50 and never had this much team work over my care. Loving IT!

I definitely have to share my experience!! First of all where has Medlife been all my life?? You guys exceeded my expectations. Dr. Amin was alright , but you guys are perfect in every way!!! The receptionist are awesome, the ladies that do the triage are awesome, And Ericka and Heather are PERFECT!!!! Even with the office being busy they still take time with their patients. I love the fact that they are very thorough with everything. The fact that I hate any medical setting, but I feel at ease when I come here speaks volume for this Conyers location!!! Shout out to all the staff at this locations, and A BIG SHOUT OUT TO MRS. HAWKINS-HOWELL, because It takes a special person to deal with me and all my questions/ concerns!!!

Good afternoon everyone, I just wanted to stop by and speak about my recent experience at the Conyers location. Nurse Patty was so nice, so patient, so understanding it was a pleasure working with her, she made my time there a fantastic one to remember. I would like to reach out to anyone who is having some hesitation about the facility, just to visit and you will be well taken care of. Its important to have a good repor with all who have a hand in your care, I found this experience from the moment I stepped into the facility from the front receptionist, the Doctors and Nurses, their smile, their social skills were not to be compared. Thank you for making me feel so welcome on my first visit. Happy Easter everyone!!

This rating is for an individual. Ms. Jody went wayy above and beyond for me when I needed assistance. I had been trying to get assistance at resolving an Issue with no success and was under a struck timeline. Then I spoke with Ms. Jody she made my needs her priority working to make sure that I got everything I needed. She worked with me everyday keeping me in the know with constant updates on her progress until everything was resolved. SHE made this location worth visiting… Thank you Ms. Jody

Medlife is amazing my wife was suffering from high blood pressure and they got her straight back , calmer her down and bring her blood pressure down before she left with a full physical this place is more than amazing and actually cares for their patients and their health I can honestly be thankful dr.admin left and this new practice took over so more professional and caring I would give ten stars if it would allow me. Thanks again team for your amazing work and also the staff every single one is nice, smiles, laughs just a very loving, friendly professional environment.

OMG this place is amazing a true find a primary care and and urgent care all in one my physician Miss Samantha was so attentive. She didn't miss a beat. She didn't miss a test. I am sure I am on the road to recovery. This place is awesome. The staff is awesome. The receptionist is awesome even the people that draw your blood, don't miss this place. It's a true find you won't be sorry thanks everybody for all your help for taking care of me.

This was my first time visiting this location and my new provider, NP Gamarra, reminded me of what quality care should be. Not only did she take the time to listen to my concerns, but she also walked me through all of her thoughts, comments and recommended care that was needed for my betterment. I WILL be returning!!!!
