Seems to be a neat & clean clinic . I went there for the first time , I filled out my paper work and they collected my money for my deductible. I waited for a little while and they called me to the back . The doctor came in to tell me that I needed to go to the ER . I didn't understand if they didn't do anything for me , why am I paying a deductible and my insurance being billed for something I didn't receive . Good luck if you go to their clinic , you may need to start at the ER . Thanks

Very professional service the use of AI for charting was fabulous. Save the nurse practitioner a lot of time and very professional charting x-rays were done almost immediately. Aftercare recommended

I was stressed out because I was hurting and surprised to hear no pharmacies in the area were open that evening, and as soon as the NP said he could give me a shot to start antibiotics I was totally relieved. They were very nice people, and I appreciate their professionalism.

The experience I had at Precise Urgent Care was beyond exceptional. The receptionist was very friendly and took care of me right away. The nurse and physician came in shortly there after and went over everything quickly knowing I was feeling so bad. I was given two medications and a shot, and already I’m starting to feel better. This was my first visit but not my last. I highly recommend Precise Urgent Care

Had to make a stop by in the evening when I shot a framing nail into my hand. The staff was amazing and they got me on my way with an X-ray and tetanus shot. Will definitely be back if I get another injury while I'm at Lake Livingston.

I was ver impressed with the service at Precision Emergency Care. The doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable and the staff, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. They do take Medicare.

The entire visit really exceeded my expectations. The reason I was there was due to a fall and my overprotective husband insisted that I get my wrist looked at. The young woman who checked me in was efficient and went out of her way to help me negotiate the whole computer check in when my phone wasn't doing the job. The nurse was very kind and took care to make sure I was comfortable. Especially when putting on the wrist brace. The PA took her time and was thorough in evaluating my problem. And when my husband suggested that I should have a shot for pain, she wasn't dismissive of his concern. Hopefully, I won't need to, but if I ever require another emergency visit this clinic will be my first choice.

The staff were amazing! They were very understanding, communication was very clear and I'd rather come here than our pcp. Keep up the good work! Also office was very clean and comfortable!
