So fast every single time. But not fast in a way that they aren't thoroughly checking your symptoms and running appropriate tests. But in and out within an hour max! My family and I have used them since they opened.

Seems to be a neat & clean clinic . I went there for the first time , I filled out my paper work and they collected my money for my deductible. I waited for a little while and they called me to the back . The doctor came in to tell me that I needed to go to the ER . I didn't understand if they didn't do anything for me , why am I paying a deductible and my insurance being billed for something I didn't receive . Good luck if you go to their clinic , you may need to start at the ER . Thanks

Fast and efficient care provided. My 3 year old’s PCP was unable to fit him in and my son was inconsolable. Precise urgent care got him in and out while tending to all of my son’s needs. Thank you, I would definitely recommend if the need should arise.

Very professional service the use of AI for charting was fabulous. Save the nurse practitioner a lot of time and very professional charting x-rays were done almost immediately. Aftercare recommended

I was stressed out because I was hurting and surprised to hear no pharmacies in the area were open that evening, and as soon as the NP said he could give me a shot to start antibiotics I was totally relieved. They were very nice people, and I appreciate their professionalism.

The experience I had at Precise Urgent Care was beyond exceptional. The receptionist was very friendly and took care of me right away. The nurse and physician came in shortly there after and went over everything quickly knowing I was feeling so bad. I was given two medications and a shot, and already I’m starting to feel better. This was my first visit but not my last. I highly recommend Precise Urgent Care

Had to make a stop by in the evening when I shot a framing nail into my hand. The staff was amazing and they got me on my way with an X-ray and tetanus shot. Will definitely be back if I get another injury while I'm at Lake Livingston.

The entire visit really exceeded my expectations. The reason I was there was due to a fall and my overprotective husband insisted that I get my wrist looked at. The young woman who checked me in was efficient and went out of her way to help me negotiate the whole computer check in when my phone wasn't doing the job. The nurse was very kind and took care to make sure I was comfortable. Especially when putting on the wrist brace. The PA took her time and was thorough in evaluating my problem. And when my husband suggested that I should have a shot for pain, she wasn't dismissive of his concern. Hopefully, I won't need to, but if I ever require another emergency visit this clinic will be my first choice.

Both the nurse & nurse practitioner were SO good with my little one - he doesn't like to go to the doctor and this was his best sick visit ever! The facility was clean, workers were friendly and efficient, our visit did not take long at all.

Been here a nimber of times for myself and family. They easily take care of everything from possible broken ankles to sever colds. The ladies here are amazing and weve had zero issues of any sort. I absolutely recommend using this urgent care to everyone.

I scheduled an appointment with Precise Urgent Care in Livingston, Texas because I suddenly became ill and required medical attention. I scheduled my appointment for 2:00 pm and filled out the user-friendly pre-visit questionnaire. I got there a little early, and was called in 5 minutes after arriving. The staff were professional, courteous, and extremely pleasant to work with. Immediately after answering the required questions for them to better understand my predicament, and performing a few necessary tests, I was seen by the nurse. We discussed the prognosis and agreed on the proper procedure. Everyone treated me as a participant, and not just a patient who has no voice in the decision-making process. My experience at Precise Urgent Care not only helped me physically; it helped me recover mentally also. Hard to be in a good mood when you're really sick. I HIGHLY recommend Precise Urgent Care for those needing urgent medical care!

I had a great experience at Precise Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, attentive, and really helpful from the moment I walked in. They were able to diagnose my ear infection correctly on the first visit, which I really appreciated—it meant no back-and-forth or extra appointments. Everything was quick, smooth, and professional. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for care that's both efficient and compassionate. I’ll be coming back here if I ever need urgent care again (hopefully not too soon!).

I'm from north Texas and came down with my grandson to visit my sister. He got very sick so I took him to Precise. They were all wonderful. Got us right in and took good care of him. Even though my sister lives in Onalaska I told her to make that small drive to Livingston and go to Precise when she's sick. Great place to go.

Everyone was so sweet and kind . The office was very clean and neat and smelled really good. The receptionist helped me with my registration.Being as I could not use my finger and made things simple for me. The nurse gave me a shot and I never felt it she was good. Everyone gave top notch service.

I had to go 2 days in a row due to my daughter’s injury. The care we receive was literally I felt top tier. They all were so kind and understanding let me ask all the questions considering I freak out easily ! Dr Reagan graffagnino is literally the best. He was patient with my daughter walked her through all the steps he needed to do to her injury. I believe her name is Anita and then Jennifer was super helpful and so kind to us on both of our visits. The place is clean and smells amazing. I will continue to go there for all my needs in the future. Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet girl❤️

The staff is always so sweet, and every time we've been there, no matter what doctor you get, they are so kind and take their time with you and genuinely make you feel heard and seen. It's always a great experience with y'all, and you're not waiting forever, you're in and out, which is the best when you're feeling so sick. I wish you would make it a primary doctors office so I could use y'all as my family practitioners!
