Absolutely incredible care!!! I was suffering with a severe earache. When I went to see the Dr he actually showed me with a mini camera the inside of my ear canal as I watched from a phone. I could see my inflammation and sores! I left completely informed on my situation and care protocol!! I was finally feeling better in just a few short days. Since then I only go to this walk in and they’ve cared wonderfully for my kids as well!!!

I use them when I need to see a Dr quickly. I've always gotten great service and treatment. I'm so appreciative that they are nearby and when I need help, I don't hesitate for one minute.

I am based in Savannah and I called to have an employee do a drug screen while OTR and Ms. Keisha was very accommodating and set this up for me. She was extremely kind and communicative. Process was easy and employee was in and out in under an hour. Pricing is also very reasonable.

Very nice and professional. I was feeling very bad and sick. They ran tests on me and found out what was wrong with me. Everybody took very good care of me and I am on my way back to feeling good again.

All the staff from the receptionist to Dr Gill all were very courteous, helpful and caring and took care of my problem with exceptional care and concern. Thank you to all that were there.

I'm a self-pay patient so when I was bitten by a dog a couple of weeks ago I decided to go to a clinic rather than the ER for evaluation. I chose ERgent Med and I am so glad that I did. I was called back, evaluated, given a tetanus shot, a couple of stitches, provided a prescription and made my appointment to return to have the stitches removed all in less than 1 hour. The staff was friendly, funny, yet professional and very knowledgeable. One of the least stressful medical visits ever. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

Thanks to Dave and the entire ERgent Med team for the excellent care! Broken thumb and missing fingernail - can't say that I would recommend that... BUT if you do happen to find yourself in a similar situation, I would absolutely recommend ERgent Med!
