My spouse has been trying to get me to go and have a sleep study done for years. After meeting the Koala staff and how thorough every staff member was, I pulled the trigger and purchased the mouth pieces. They informed me when I started to dream again, the piece was doing its job. I now look forward every night to adjusting my mouth piece, intrigued to how my next morning is going to be. A week ago I had my first dream but couldn’t remember it, but I knew I had got some rest. Now, last night I had my second dream and this one lasted a while and I even remembered it when I woke up. Today makes the first day I truly got to witness first hand just how amazing this mouth piece is. I woke up knowing now what amazing rest can do for you over night. Something I haven’t felt in years. The best part about Koala and their knowledgeable team, when they reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns, she was excited at my excitement.. that’s why I chose to spend my money with them and currently trying to get my mother to go see them. I highly recommend going to Koala if you have or may believe you have sleeping problems. Thank you Dr. Brenda and the Koala team, you all have helped me start a new journey to better sleep AND better health. I’m only about 3 weeks into this, I can only have continued excitement knowing it’s only going to get better.

I really enjoy using my oral appliance. It works well and saves me money on consumables used with a plug in device. The staff at Koala are all friendly and very professional. My wait time was short in the office. I highly recommend an oral appliance over a CPAP machine.

Dr Willey is really awesome!! He knows exactly what is wrong & how to fix the problem!! Would totally recommend Koala to anyone!! He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in great detail, & keeps working with the patient while the problem/issue is still unresolved, he doesn't just say well there's nothing more we can do for you, sorry, & send you on your way. He keeps working until the problem/issues is ? resolved. By far 1 of the greatest Dr's I've ever had the pleasure to be treated by!

For the first time, I felt someone was listening to me and actually offering solutions. Answers to questions like why I experienced ringing in my ears, and other odd sounds. Dr. Willy took the time to explain and show me the changes in my mouth, teeth spacing, jaw alignment and tongue are classic signs of TMD/TMJ. I look forward to being fit with an appliance that will help alleviate my sleep apnea and TMD symptoms, reducing stress points causing tension, pain and headaches. I would recommend others check this out.

Excellent device that improves sleep of sleep apnea patients. A terrific alternative to CPAP. Much more eco friendly and convenient. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The arrived quickly and fits perfectly.

AMAZING! Night and day difference. Highly recommend if you have troubles with sleep apnea or TMJ or even snoring. The staff here are so friendly and ready to help take care of your needs. If I could add a million stars I would!! I recently got treated for TMJ and let me tell you, all of my symptoms were treated.

Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They advocated for me with my insurance, who initially denied coverage, and got them to change their decision. I did not have to fight with insurance to get it covered, Koala did that for me.

I do not write a lot of reviews online. I had a moderately severe case of apnea. I was tired throughout most of the day. I woke up feeling groggy and clouded. One of the main factors that pushed me to get diagnosed and seek treatment finally is the toll it took on work, personal life, friends, etc.. the issue that kept me from doing something sooner was using a C-Pap machine. They are loud and hard to keep clean. I knew that I would not wear it consistently. My current provider had mentioned an appliance that was very similar to a retainer. Not as intrusive and is way easier to use. The whole setup at the clinic was painless, and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They ensure you are comfortable using it and follow up a few weeks later to ensure everything is going well. I appreciated they took the initiative to do that. I also had the pleasure of talking to the Owner Dr.Willey, who is highly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. Companies these days sell you the product and send you on your way. Of course, it does take some getting used to and a few adjustments, which are easy to do. The point of this review is that Apnea is a severe issue that far too many people leave undiagnosed; most people underestimate what this can do for you and the people around you. On top of the fact that it can impact your health to a severe degree later in life. Hopefully, more people will become aware and take a little time to get an appliance like this or see a sleep professional. Thank you, everyone, at Koala
