Message for Dr. Ross, who requested a call on Sunday- today. A phone call will not go through. Richard Baim- acute bronchitis. The prescription for doxycycline hyclate 100 mg, has been effective. I have been coughing much less after this medication. Don't think I will need to come back. Thanks

I was in so much pain, I was scared of getting a shot but the assistant really helped calm me down. Great service, very clean facilities and synthetic and nice staff!!! I definitely recommend this place if you need to be seen!!

The only urgent care I'll take my family to in an emergency. Walked in (no appointment) with my 2 year old boy who hurt his arm in a fall. They had us buttoned up with splint and out the door in under 45 minutes. Not only were they immediate in their response but they were amazingly patient with my child and delivered treatment with a soft touch. Thank y'all again!

They are fast and efficient. I love the ease of making an online appointment. Wait time isn't bad at all compared to other urgent care centers. The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff are always kind as well. 10/10 recommend!

I had to complete a pre-employment drug screen in 48 hours. I was able to schedule my appointment the same day and complete my registration online. I arrived to my appointment and was done within 20 minutes. The staff were pleasant, kind and helpful.

Everyone here is so nice and friendly! My nurse Ms. Lisa, who took me back for my vitals is amazing! I felt horrible and she genuinely made me feel comfortable and at instant ease. She is amazing woman. I don't think I'd want to ever go to any immediate care clinic but here.

We've used this immediate care of Oklahoma after hours clinic several times. I like that this clinic has an online "appointment" system to reduce wait times. I also appreciate the window of time that they are available every day. I love Dr Todd. He is always very caring and kind. In fact there have been several times when our regular dr could not fit us in and we immediately headed here. They have helped us a few times when no one else would. The Drs have even called to check in on us to make sure that their patient was recovering well. I really appreciate the staff and high level of excellent care that we receive here.

Came in with an issue that I couldn't wait to make an appointment for, and they quickly did tests and provided a prescription for me. There was one doctor and one nurse who were efficient at having maybe 5 patients in the waiting room at any given time. No fuss service!

Have yet to receive my medical insurance card in the mail, I called ahead before I went in. The receptionist was nice enough to look it up on the computer when I was on the phone to ensure that I was covered. I am grateful to have been seen by Dr. Robert Todd. I found him to be very knowledgeable and cordial. Dr. Todd took his time instead of trying to shove me out the door. To my dismay, he doesn't have a private practice. Dr. Todd would make an excellent Primary Care Physician.

I went in for a bad cough, saw an MD which is unusual for urgent care clinics - usually it's a PA. He listened, gave me what I asked for, and knocked the cough right out.

Went in this AM for crud and to make sure I would not spread anything at Christmas Gatherings. Staff was great! Check in was smooth, fast, and nurses were friendly/professional. I met with PA, she was very thorough, helped get me fixed up for the holiday weekend / travel, and out the door in a timely & satisfactory manner. Thank you!!

I've come here multiple times, for a multitude of things. They've treated every member of my family. The staff is always very nice. Every doctor is very nice, informative, they have always answered all my questions, and this is a great clinic to go to. The online check in also makes time go by quickly. Very convenient.

My experience at Immediate Care of OK was the best doctor's office experience I've ever had. It was quick, productive, and everyone was polite and friendly. A few days after my visit, Doctor Todd even called me to follow up and see how my recovery was progressing. The next time I find myself feeling particularly under the weather, Immediate Care of OK will definitely be my practice of choice!

I called and they were very welcoming and seemed to want the business. We went to the clinic. It has a very nice appearance. Staff is very efficient and nice. Doctor listened carefully and ordered what was needed. We got great care. We will not be using anyone else in the OKC/Edmond area! Thank you!!

Wonderful staff from the moment I hit their front door. Exceptional service from becoming to end. The clinical Manager took care if ne right away; checked on me in the lobby before I was called to the back to see the Dr. Even from getting sutures, Dr. J. Tanner hooked me up. Great bedside manner.

Been in here twice, both times right before closing. Unlike some other urgent care locations, these people will actually see you through the end of their office hours! Never once felt rushed through, they were all so kind and helpful even though it was the end of the day! Thank you guys for taking such great care of us!

We've gone here several times for different things over the years and have always been pleased with the service. The wait isn't too long, the reception area and patient care areas are clean and well maintained. Dr. Todd is wonderful. He is personable and professional. Keep up the good work.

Thankful these guys were open as late as they were on a Saturday and helped us out with our daughter's forehead cut when others were closed or couldn't help. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have been to Immediate Care four times and I've been happy with the service every time. I have been so impressed with Dr. Todd especially-he has taken the time to answer my questions and concerns, calls to check in to see how things are going after care and has been great with my kids!

Best urgent care in Edmond!! The physicians and staff are always so friendly and helpful. We've never had a very long wait. They've treated my husband and I and our 3 year old.
