This was my first time visiting and I'm impressed. I felt like I was heard. I felt that my concerned and needs were met above and beyond. All of the staff were friendly and understanding.

Every time I go there I'm usually just a walk in patient. But I'm always greeted with a friendly face. The wait time is tolerable , usually within an hr or less . The staff is always nice and helpful.

My wait time was very minimal! I was given the appropriate tests at a minimal wait time as well. The provider was efficient and friendly the whole time.

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. I was seen quickly and very efficiently. They explained everything and made sure I understood everything before I left. I will definitely return for future needs. Thank you to everyone from the Receptionist to the Nurse to the PA that explained the test results with me!

We took my daughter (4) up there today for a foot X-ray because she couldn't walk. They were super sweet, gentle, and kind with her. She's got a cleft lip and palate and we told them that she was scared of Drs and they took their time and didn't rush or scare her. I was really impressed and if something happens again we will definitely take her back!

My son had a high fever so I took him to Immediate Care. From the moment I got there everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor that treated us there tonight were amazing. The nurse was so thoughtful, kind and reassuring which was just what I needed as I was worried about my son. The doctor was thorough in the tests he ran and was able to figure out what was going on so that we didn't have to go to the ER. I highly recommend this Immediate Care. Thank you for taking such great care of us tonight!

The staff is friendly and frequently sanitize the facility. PA Jacob Allbritton is an effective communicator and made sure my mother and I understood the information we needed. He listened and was compassionate. The best PA we have ever encountered.

I had the need to go back to Classen Urgent Care. Once again, it is by far THE most professional and helpful urgent care I have ever been to. I have never been disappointed with the wait time, the provider or the service they performed. Today, Kayla the nurse and PA Jill Chambers took the best care of me. The go-to urgent care if you ever need one

Very quick and efficient in getting me seen! Front desk was very helpful and nice. I only wish they would have told me to chose a pharmacy that was open 24/7 so I could have picked up my medicine tonight. Great place though when in need of care after normal business hours!!!

It was fast just sign up online show up they get you in on time, but you need to be on time first time visiting you have three page fill out and get your waiting room and the staff was fast and easy going. Very helpful on getting the right stuff for the flu.

This is 100% the best urgent care clinic I've ever been to. Friendly staff, really great nurses and doctor. There's another urgent care closer to where I live, but I would absolutely drive across town to go to this one.

I went in knowing something was definitely not right. When I found out how elevated my blood pressure was I knew it was bad. I thought I could maybe get back to my place and ask a friend for a ride. When I saw the look of concern on the attending physicians eyes I knew it was probably worse than I thought. I went ahead and let them call an ambulance to get me to the ER. Turned out to be the right choice because the friend I was going to call had his truck in the shop. Thank you all for saving me from myself.

I went to Immediate Care Urgent Care yesterday morning with a bad Upper Respiratory Infection. I was cheerfully greeted and my wait time was minimal. PA Ann was professional and thorough. My whole first time experience at this facility could not have been better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Sitting in Dr. Turkowitz's dental chair you feel like you have you are sitting with a close friend who deeply cares not only about your dental health but of your whole life. The staff reflect Dr. T's warmth. As one other review put it "Him and his staff are just great! No pain, no waiting time, unbelievable service and a funny dentist who seems like he's actually having fun fixing your smile." How often do you look forward to visiting a dental office? I recently had a spinal injection for a bad back (l-4-l5, SI joint) the next day i was in so much pain I couldn't work. (I'm an owner of a restaurant so not working isn't an option) now keep in mind i was 100% honest. I had aMRI showing just how bad my back was. I wasn't dr shopping and I wasn't looking for hardcore drugs. I just needed something to help. I mentioned something that had helped me before (schedue 4) and we had a long talk about exactly what was going on. HE LISTENED. HELPED. HE EXPLAINED THINGS! this is hands down the best place I've beent to and if I lived in okc i would drive the 30minutes to get here.

The front staff is excellent. Dr. Brock is a great doctor! The back staff was kind. They rubbed my feet, made me coffee and gave me a blanket and a remote. This place is better than home. I also love Dr. Nelson. He's the smartest doctor I've ever met. He reminds me of Dr. House. You either like him or you don't!. Excellent care. I would highly recommend this facility for care! I love you guys!

Saw the P.A. (Cassie) at clinic. Was first visit, but front desk process was made simple/quick. Very short wait .P.A diagnosed & treated symptoms. Script called in and picked up on way home. Noticeable relief within 2 hrs. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient service. Recommend if you need immediate care. Normally would not give a 5 rating after only one visit, but feel it is deserved. .

Great care by very professional and kind staff. Did not have to wait long at all. Got a strep test, prescription and out in about 30 minutes including paperwork. They even called to check on me a few days later. We have great insurance so we paid our copay and my husband saw them about 2 months ago and we received a check for part of our copay back! So very reasonable prices too! Very happy with this place!

From the front desk, the assistant, the phlebotomist, and doctor, this was the best experience I've had with an urgent care clinic. Everyone was friendly, empathetic, and professional. They worked efficiently, responded quickly to calls after my visit about prescriptions, and listened to me. I live on the opposite side of town, but when I'm sick I will take the longer drive so I can be treated by Classen Urgent Care. I actually feel like I'm a patient here and not a just another problem. A little kindness goes a long way when you feel really sick.
